Charles integrated a generator at my home over the past couple of weeks. Charles is a great electrician and very professional, as his recommendations were spot on. I received professional and accurate invoices and receipts. More importantly, he is a good person with strong values. He does what he says, will not give you the run around and you will not have to worry about giving him complete access to your home. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone in need of an experienced electrician. I will be using NB Electric company again!

I was looking for an electrician and I happened upon a great review about Mr. Charles Bullock of NB Electric and decided to call him. I can't say enough about Mr. Bullock, from our first conversation, I felt that he was the electrician that I was looking for. This was a good size job that took some coordination with the local electric company and Mr. Bullock was on top of everything! He worked with the local electric company, had meetings with them, stayed on site with the county inspector and so much more. There is not enough room on this review for me to sing his praises. Thank you Mr. Bullock for being a professional!

Charles was absolutely amazing! He is very professional and provides detailed education every step of the way. I came home to my basement apartment kitchen appliances circuit outlets completely blown out. Charles came and quickly assessed the situation and fixed it. I was reasonably quoted plus he gave great, cost effective recommendations for other issues he had noticed around the house. I'm overall very pleased with the service and will be using his services for any electrical issues in the future.

NB Electric, Charles in particular save my electric bill. I had another electrical company replace my outdoor motion sensor light one a company I had used previously. I chose motion lights because I want the light coming on to draw attention to my property, Well, after replacing the fixture and the sensor on three(3) different visits the light would still not go out staying on all night running up my electric bill. Charles came out assess the situation and found several things that were not done correctly and I am happy to report that the motion sensor light now works properly and does what it is suppose to do, which is come on with movement and stay on for the designated time frame you specify. Needless to say I will not be using the other company anymore and also will be going after them for a full refund for the serviced they did not provide.

Charles was awesome. He had a family emergency and even though he hardly got any sleep the night before he still showed up and helped us fix our issues. He took his time to explain things to my husband and was just really nice. I would recommend him to friends and family and would also call him again.

Update 1/14/19 (3 ⭐): Matter was resolved. It was a misunderstanding as to what the charge covered. Update 1/1/19 (1 ⭐): He never showed nor contacted me. He has our money. Contacting BBB. Lesson learned. Update 12/26/18 (back at 5 ⭐): We got in touch with Charles! He said he'll be by tomorrow or Friday. I'm really glad, because he did great work. Update 12/21/18 (changed to 2 ⭐): When Charles did work in our house, we paid him ahead of time for the kitchen light fixtures to be changed. (When didn't have them at the time) He told us to call him back when we picked them up. Once we did we called him. I've called three times and left messages, none of which he responded to. He has our money and we do not have the requested work completed. I didn't want to leave this review, because we really liked him. But, three unanswered messages cannot be overlooked. IllI try again, but the next unanswered message will result in us contacting BBB. I really hope he reaches out. Charles came to my house to repair a closet light, a socket, and to give us an estimate for our kitchen light fixtures. He was very knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. He was also thorough and worked quickly. We'll definitely be calling him back!

The most humble, unassuming, master of his craft, contractor I’ve ever worked with. A joy to be around and learn from while on location making things happen. Not only did Charles get me the Tesla outlet I needed (custom built by hand) but got my home up to code along the way. So not only am I happy with the faster charge of my vehicle, but the overall efficiency of my electrical system and all of the DYI tips he provided at no cost. He will save you money and be my electrician for life and I don’t say that lightly.

I cannot say enough good things about Charles. He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps his prices more than fair. I’ve used him for install work in the past, and today I called him because I was having a power issue which caused my AC to malfunction, he was on his way out of town but came to my house anyway to get me up and running.
