I had a few residential items to be handled and I called Jaffe Electric and I was impressed by how quickly I got an appointment, the courteous staff and the thorough completion of the jobs. Jaffe Electric is a no nonsense company. We wanted to install an attic fan for our house. Every electrician or roof company we called, they wanted to come first to give a quote. Jaffe Electric did not need any of that. They gave me a standard quote of when I called, which was the cheapest among all the other quotes I have received. To be honest, I was concerned with how cheap it was. I set up the appointment regardless. They came as scheduled, installed the attic fan with no hassle whatsoever. The attic fan works like a charm. We were very pleased with the work product. They cleaned up their work too! I am glad there are still honest electrician out there! Bravo, Jaffe Electric. Keep it up!

Called for an estimate and the first appointment was cancelled, the second appointment he was early and was very informative and clear about what he was proposing to do and promised an estimate in 5 days, 6 days later and no estimate, no contact and no second chance to make a first impression. Would not recommend Jaffe Electric

Called Jaffe Electric and spoke with Steve. He was very professional and responsive. He worked around my schedule and arrived on time. He provided his estimate in a timely fashion and ultimately won my business because of his work ethic. (I should mention his pricing was fair). On the day of installation, his employees showed up a few minutes early! (When does that happen? Most companies give a window and can’t even meet that). Not only did they show up on time, but they worked quickly and diligently. I’d highly recommend this company and I’ll use them again in the future!

After inspecting my ceiling fan, he told me we’d have to schedule another appointment to fix the fan because he didn’t have the part. I was disappointed, but I completely understood. Twenty minutes later, there was a knock on my door. Fred had gone back to the office and returned with the part, and he was able to fix my fan the same day! I'm very impressed with Jaffe Electric and the men they sent out, each time, to do each job. Altogether, we've called them once last year, and 3 times this year, to help us replace all old wiring and outlets on a 45 year old house. We had aluminum wiring and they replaced each outlet with copper (piggy-tailed). They also gave us a new circuit board. I'm so thankful for this and their knowledge, they explained the fires that can happen, with aluminum wiring which I've worried about for long time. The men they sent out, did MORE than I expected, I definitely got my money's worth! Also, I was happy with the price each time too. And they always arrived exactly on time -to the minute! Since it was a big job, a couple times the men needed to arrive at 7am, even though it was so early, and during a wind storm, they still arrived with smiles, very personable, down to earth, truly Good people. I trusted them to work in different parts of my house -so that I could go do something else. They were willing to listen and answer to each question I had, or make slight changes, as they went along -very nice! I felt very comfortable with them, I could tell they are good people, and also they were very smart. Especially Royce…who is an Expert electrician -he was so kind to me and all my concerns, I have much respect for him, will never forget his kindness. He even walked around making a detailed picture, of each switch and size, for the remaining work we hope to do in the future. I felt safe and better, after the work they did. In addition, even the inspector who came out after -said their work was always good, he's never had problems with them! -So all around, they did an outstanding Job! Thank all of you, very Much!

Have never had a better experience with an electrician. The were very prompt and courteous.
