This is our second time using Furr and both were great experiences. We had Julio come in today had our problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 mins. I highly recommend FH Furr. The last company we had was B&B heating and cooling and could not fix the issue, and were overall horrible, FH Furr went above and beyond expectations. Also great prices and have experience team member like Julio that actually know what they are doing and talking about.

Really disappointed on their flexibility. They are a vendor to Costco for HVAC. They will not provide ballpark estimates over the phone, and require a consultant to come by to the house for an estimate. The consultant can only visit between 10 AM and 6 PM on weekdays; or 11 AM and 12 noon Saturday. Those are the windows (actual visit may be later). Those times don't work for my commute. This is prior to a sale! Sounds like they have enough business even with this inflexibility.
