Excellent troubleshooting and safety checks! We had circuit breaker that would not reset due to a short somewhere along the line. Duanne was great in not only finding the source, outside light switch, but also identified some potentially dangerous wiring in another switch done by a previous contractor. Super friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend!!

Duanne ran wiring for a garbage disposal from our basement to kitchen and fixed a light switch that was backwards today. He was able to position the switch above the sink instead of below it, inside the cabinet, which was my preference. Another local company said they would not be able to do it that way, but I’m glad Duanne could. The other local company came out for an estimate, but never returned calls to schedule the work. The scheduler at Brosenne was very responsive and flexible. Duanne also called ahead of time to let me know his first job was running long, which I appreciated.

Duane used to be my go-to electrician that provided service at more than one home and business for years. Not sure what it going on now from phone calls not answered at the office or on his cell, to appointments not kept, to showing up to look at outlets reported to not be working on a house under contract for less than 10 minutes and charging $140. Maybe if you know the person is moving you charge as much as you can?

I contacted this company back in October to fix a down wire in my in-laws yard and replace a pile on top of there roof. There was a county permit pulled and the company said they contacted BG&E about shutting off the electric. The company said the job would be done by the end of November. Well we are at the end of January and no work.

Had ceiling fan boxes and microwave outlet installed. Neither were done in a satisfactory manner. The attic insulation was never replaced correctly, and microwave outlet was incorrectly installed. To boot, they arrived late, worked 2 hours, spent an hour in the driveway talking and smoking, then charged me for 4 hours due to "rounding up." Will not be back.
