I called Birckhead Electric at 8:45 and Tim showed up at 9:41. We had a non-functional garbage disposal. He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was able to see the problem before he even touched anything. He seemed very knowledgeable. He was courteous and friendly. I would have no problem recommending Birckhead.

We had the pleasure to have the Birckhead Electric Inc . services today. The technicians Mr. Tim and Mr. Dalton came at the scheduled time , did a very good job, they where very efficient and left the areas clean. They were very courteous and friendly, I will recommend them to anyone who want a job well done .

Tim was sent out by this company to install an outside lamp post. The work order stated the line would be hand buried and installed. After coming home to a line above ground and excuse that the earth will eventually bury the line itself I was not pleased. It wasn’t until last night when we received our first heavy rain and heard a loud electrical buzz coming from outside; followed by a few lights, lamp post and fridge shorting out. After inspecting outside I noticed the very, very low installed lamp outlet was wet. I called Tim in the morning and explained the situation only to be told I should contact my home warranty or pay a service call for Brickhead electric to come back out. Not the response I was looking for, nor type of service to being with. Would not trust this company to replace a lightbulb!

There was a mistake in installing doorbell in our townhouse by Tim but the owner (Chris) contacted us and offered to fix the fault of his employee at no charge. Although we fixed the problem ourselves, the effort on the Chris's part is certainly appreciated!

Timothy H and Dalyon J did an excellent job installing four recessed lights and a fan about one month ago. We were so happy with the work that we hired the company again to put in twelve more recessed lights and three outside lights plus dimmer switches. Chris, the service manager, was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had the correct lights. He also assisted in picking out the outside porch light that would result in the best illumination. We were so pleased with the second visit that we were planning on installing another ceiling fan in one room and a light in another. We will use Birckhead again. They kept the area clean, they were on time, and Timothy was very knowledgeable on how to best set up the lights. I would strongly recommend Birckhead for their service and customer interactions.
