I don't know where to start with this. I have 4 two-way switches that are controlling light between 2nd and 3rd floor in my house. One of them broke - and was not working. I called my warranty company who send the electricians (by the way - have them listed as Bills Electric - so I had to search by phone number to find out that this is actually the same electrician). Electrician came and was unable to fix it -which is fine, but .... he broke the remaining 3 switches in my house. I noticed that maybe 2 minutes after he left (he initially told me that it was somewhat fixed but needed to get the authorization from my warranty to come back and finish). After I noticed that all 4 switches were broken - I immediately called them back and was told that they simply need to get the authorization to properly fixed the issue. 3 days later I called the warranty and was told that my work order was approved and I was suppose to contact Bill Electric (aka bill gilde electrician services) again. So I did. I spoke with Kathy who was nice and friendly and was able to schedule an appointment for me. We set up everything and in 4 days the electrician was suppose to be back between 10 and 11:30 a.m. At 11:45 that day I called to check the status of the electrician and the man (I think the owner) picked up the phone. He told me that he does not have me on his calendar to come. I asked him then when it will happen and he said that he won't come. He told me I live too far for him to come for the amount my warranty was suppose to pay him. I told him it was really between him and the warranty - he voluntarily started working for them - I didn't make him. I also told him that it was ok - but they broke 3 switches when they first came, and then he started yelling at me over the phone. He said that he is not coming back period. He was rude and hung up on me. I was shocked. I did not expect that. Be careful who are you dealing with. I wish these people never showed up in my house. Very very bad experience.

We had ceiling fans installed in three upstairs bedrooms. We received bids from four contractors, all of whom were recommended by national referral companies. Bill Gilde Electrical Services, Inc.'s price was, by far, the lowest. The three fans, which we had purchased, were installed quickly and, I wish I could say, perfectly. Two were done perfectly, but the third, and last, was left with minor damage to the ceiling. It took me minutes to repair this damage and I was disappointed our installer didn't care enough to do this repair himself.
