Service equated to $19 per minute for a 15 minute job and a $7.41 part. When I inquired about the cost, I was offered a $25 discount. Then I was told the minimum charge is $225 - after the fact. After the estimate, it took a week for the repair. Employees are courteous, owner/manager would never receive a referal One hit wonder with carnage after each job. After compromising with the company, I am upgrading my rating. The work was done to satisfactionl. I was extremely bothered by the cost and the original compromise.

I was lucky enough to pick Arctic out of a sea of choices. We had been without heat for several days after BGE and my warranted service could not figure out my electrical problem. Go figure. Kameron was my service tech with Arctic and took care of the install of breaker and wiring to our heater that got us back up and running again. He was pleasant with my wife when I could not be there and explained every step he was doing, easy to understand. Electricians are never a cheap way to go, but when your dealing with your breaker panel and wires inside your walls, it's a no brained for me. Arctic and Kameron took care of our issues in 2 visits but about as painless as possible given the failed attempts of 2 prior services, 1 listed above. I highly recommend Arctic.

Had an old 17 year old unit that needed replacement. Had 3 quotes during the fall of 2013 but never purchased new unit. Decided this fall to replace my a/c and heat pump combination system. Called Artic Plumbing & Air as I had just seen their truck in the neighborhood. They quoted me a new Maytag unit which had a much better warranty then those quoted in the fall of 2013 by the other three companies. The pricing was even better by $370 so I had them install a new 2 ton unit. I was very pleased with the service and surprised how quickly they responded to my needs. This unit runs very quiet and produces ac and heat much better then my prior unit ever did, even when it was new. Extremely pleased. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a central a/c unit or heat pump.

Had a burst pipe over the weekend, called, the receptionist said she would call the on call plumber and call me back. Never got a call back, called a second time and got the same response.

Our business was in a bind this weekend because of a gas leak. Most of the plumbers we called never called us back, even though they advertise 24/7 service. Of those who called us, most said they wouldn't be able to fix the problem on their first visit. Arctic, on the other hand, was confident they could solve our problem during their first visit, so we scheduled with them. Mike came on time and fixed the leak during his first visit (ended up being $250). We're happy -- thanks Arctic!

Tried to call and get a quote after a home inspection was completed and was told "Why would we give you a quote when we might not even get the work"... So unprofessional and rude. Clearly customer service isn't important.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED-OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE ARE HONEST FOR LESS$ They sent a PAST DUE Invoice 6 months later after we told them never mind-They never did any work. They were quick to schedule initial diagnostic visit and provide estimate. Charged $100.00 just to show up and tell me compressor was bad and provide a $1900.00 estimate. 2nd opinion from another company who actually looked up the bad compressor and let us know it was still covered under warranty: They only charged 400.00 Labor to install NOT $1900.00... I NO OPINION ON THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE. -

Don't waste your time with this outfit! We Contacted this company for service on word of mouth referral. Soonest appointment. I could get was 6 days. One day later got call from office that they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for one day later. A little after five, the day before rescheduled appointment got another call that they had to reschedule again. I cancelled appointment altogether, and went with another company? Can't speak for their plumbing work, but they are unreliable in keeping appointments! Don't waste a week waiting for them like I did.

I had work done back in February, 2015 with Arctic Plumbing & Air. The heater repair man did a wonderful job. But the office SUCKS with their part. It's been 16 months since the repair. Why in June 2016 you are just beginning to bill me .

This company was very professional and attentive to my needs .... after filling out the online form I received a text message and the next morning a phone call. Unfortunately i am unable to comment on the quality of work this company offers, as my service call was pretty much ignored for 3 weeks. I needed copper piping replaced in an office to resolve a leak issue. Paid a deposit for the service on 5/29 for the work to be completed on 6/2. I received notice from the superior of the office the work had not been completed on 6/14! I requested my deposit back and was going to find another company, but Sheena (the manager) ensured me we could reschedule for 6/21 at 6 AM, in which i had an employee come in at 6 AM to open the office for Arctic Air to complete the work. By 8 AM, i was informed no one showed up. I called and asked for Sheena and she informed me the tech was hospitalized ( I completed understand) but that they're schedule was jam packed and wouldn't be able to reschedule until later in the week. Being that this was job ignored from 5/29-6/14, and forced to reschedule weeks later, i would assume professionally that this emergency leak could be treated as a priority. I requested my deposit once again, and Sheena agreed and said she would call me back in an hour to confirm reimbursement. She did not. I called back for confirmation. Lack of communication and unprofessional-ism is the sole reason i will not use this company and would not recommend. i chose them based positive reviews, and felt it necessary to share my experience.

Run!!!!!!! Do not walk ....run from these guys. They are highly unethical liars. I had them do a diagnostic they lied about the problem. The next technician came in and found that they had intentionally damaged my unit. Run do not use these people.
