I called and was transferred three times, each time having to repeat my issue. Then the guy I finally got was extremely rude, curt and condescending. He said he'd send someone out, but since I would not be there (I'm the landlord), I asked if the electrician could call to give me an assessment of the problem (e.g., "is it a $200 issue or $2000 job?) To that, the guy said, "look missy, you should just call someone else!" and HUNG UP ON ME! Ummm.....what??????
