The folks at DeBlois are certainly dedicated. Their prices are reasonable and they stick to their quotes. We had a tricky situation with one of our outlets and they sent out multiple electricians to make sure the job got done no matter the obstacle. They also installed a second breaker box for safety. They are quick to respond to phone calls, easy to work with, friendly, local, and accommodating.

I purchased lighting for my kitchen and bedroom from Lighting Concepts and coordinated the service installation with DeBlois Electric. They were very responsive with scheduling. The service tech showed up on time and was very professional. We could not be more pleased with our new lighting. We would definitely use Lighting Concepts and DeBlois Electric again!

I had to give a star to complete this review. I have called almost every contractor around, and they have all been completely honest saying they are booked out solid. I understand that and appreciate their honesty. So it was so relieving when I call ed DeBlois and got them to look at my project in under a week. The estimator was very nice and accommodating. Well 5 weeks later I still have no estimate and have not been called back on my inquiry. I don't see it as a good business practice, or customer service, to bite off more than you can chew. Well hope a second time around on calling the previous electricians brings me some luck.

FANTASTIC! I live in Sabattus and had Deblois recommended to me by one of my co-workers. I called and spoke to Nick in the office who set up a time for one of the technicians to come to my place and scope out a couple of projects I needed tackled (my garage didn't have electricity anymore, a new kitchen light and a ceiling fan installed). Merle came over and took a look for me. He was on time, professional, polite and didn't judge my ignorance. He was able to fix my garage and remove my old lighting for me on that day. I had wanted to purchase my own lighting so I needed a follow up appointment for install. After realizing I'm a terrible adult who can't handle listening to my voicemails, Nick contacted me via email and was INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure I got what I needed and followed up when I completely forgot to make my own appointment! Merle came back yesterday and installed my new lighting and my ceiling fan (pictures attached). I couldn't be happier! I feel much more secure knowing how easy it was working with this company so that when I need an electrician in the future I have someone to turn too. Thanks Deblois! Had Debois come out to give estimate and they had planned to start on the second of January never showed called yesterday and they backed out and didn't say he couldn't atleast say that from the get go instead of lying and saying he could do the job.
