I've hired them twice now and had the same electrician both times. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The first job was to fix a light which was not working in our home; he explained what he was doing which was nice to know so I could possibly diagnose similar problems in the future. The second job he went above and beyond and cleaned up some of the old outdated electrical wires without being asked to, making the final result look much nicer. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with all aspects of their work from working with the office on setting up the appointment to the wiring done on the building. They were able to get to my site in a very timely manner and Juda the electrician did a great job, working by himself to wire the building then bringing Scott a week later to trench lines and hook up service. Being off the beaten path on Westport island proved to be no problem, arriving on time and staying until the project was complete. Very competitive price and the workmanship was excellent. We had an electrician from Casco Bay come out to install a switch that connected our new generator to our breaker panel. Adam was great! On time, very courteous, and diligent about doing it right. He explained what he was going to do and explained how it all worked when he was done. We intend to have him come back and perform more work for us. Very satisfied with the process from start to finish and would recommend them to friends. Can't speak for other customers and their experiences but mine was genuinely first rate.

My 1850 era home can't be an easy one to work on. So I appreciate contractors who treat my home the same way I do. Recently I contracted with CBE for some fairly extensive electrical upgrades, including installing a new 30-breaker main panel for the home. My first contact was with one of CBE's estimators, Jacob Gardner, with whom I did a thorough walk-through of what I wanted done. Jacob answered my many questions and came up with a detailed quote & plan of work for the whole project. On the day of the work, CBE sent a two man crew (Dave & Eric) who proved to be excellent. I would describe them as professional, courteous and very efficient. I was impressed with their workmanship (the new main panel is now a showcase feature of my basement) and their efficiency....no wasted movement. They were undaunted by the inevitable quirks of an old structure and were both a pleasure to have in my home. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the whole CBE crew.

Wish I could give zero stars. I was charged over $1000 for a fan installation! The owner/ manager Matt gas had been very rude. He also tried to charge me for extra hours of labor in which I had to point out I was home during the work and can attest to the hours the guys worked. Nothing but horrific customer service from this company. Take your business anywhere else !

Best and easiest group of people to work with! They installed an automatic generator at my very old farmhouse. When Matt came out to review the site he explained how, what, where and when and then provided a quote which was adhered to. The electricians who performed the install were professional, personable and right on time! Casco Bay Electric is also the Electrical Contractor used at my work place.
