I call them to set up an appointment but they never showed up. I called several time to reschedule but nobody getting back to me. Very unprofessional. I would not trust this company. The appointment was on 10/09/2018 between 10am and 11am and we are sure about that because we ask confirmation twice during our phone call. We left voice message and we have outgoing calls list in our iPhone the day you did not show up.

Gotta say, I was impressed. Two young men showed up sharply at the scheduled time, got busy, and got the work done in half the time originally estimated. The work involved changing out a chandelier in a 2-story foyer; they had the right equipment, the know-how, and a great customer service attitude. Unfortunately, the costs quoted up front were not in line with what we were invoiced. In the end, the price was not unreasonable, but still higher than what it should have been based on the quoted hourly rate and materials used. I'll consider using them again, but will be very careful in making sure that hourly rates and incidental costs are clearly spelled out.

We highly recommend ALL Electric for all your electrical engineering needs. They were knowledgeable, competent, and stayed within the quoted cost of the renovation. We had Larry and the guys upgrade our electrical panel & outlets, and installed recessed lights in our 1940s home. In doing so we feel they significantly increased the value of our home. Thanks ALL Electric. We will call you for all our future projects.

Called the other day and booked an appointment to have someone come to our apartment to get a quote for installing a new outlet. Appointment was scheduled for 8 am. Nobody showed up at all. No phone call. No email. I gave them my address, phone number, and email when I scheduled the appointment. Not impressed and will not be following up to reschedule.

Appointment scheduled for 8am. They call and say they were rear ended and would call me in 30 minutes with an update. No call for an hour and a half. Then I called them back and they said they would be there in an hour. Two hours passed and no electrician, and no call. I called them back and they said they would check on what was happening and call me back. An hour later, they said they would arrive in 30 minutes. Again, nothing. I call them back 6 hours from the original scheduled time, at 2pm, and they said they'll be there in half an hour because they got my address wrong (despite my telling them my address at the beginning of EVERY phone call). Not impressed even a little bit. I could understand being rear-ended and having to reschedule, but they wasted my entire day by telling me they would arrive in a half hour, then not arriving. I will never call this business again.

Looking to get work done on your house? Look no further. No, seriously, sit down and read this. This company has been amazing since day one. Bryan worked with me to find a good day to swing by and get a quote. He was able to swing by on a day that I already had planned off from work (huge bonus since taking off days is a little hard). Time went by and we were finally able to get some cash together. We called them up and scheduled time to complete the job. Keep in mind, throughout this time I would call Bryan and the insurence company making sure we did what was required. Bryan even called them himself to double check everything. No matter when I call, he picked up. Bryan moved around his schedule so that he could fit us in, this was around 4th of July. He scheudled us right away, just so that we wouldn't lose our insurence since we had ungrounded wires and we were on a time crunch. This company is amazing. I highly recommend them! Shout out to Bryan for being amazing!

Made an appointment for installation of 2 motion sensor floodlights plus replacement of bathroom exhaust fan. The company sent me multiple emails reminding me of the appointment but no one (supposed to be Bill) ever showed up. No call. No explanation. Called the company twice and was told someone would call. This,too, never happened. Unreliable company. Communication issues. Stay away.
