Their technician Rob S. did an excellent job rewiring my entire home and provided good insight into location of lighting and switches. Tree limbs took down My electrical lines and the meter stack. I called mr electric on Sunday and rob called just as entergy was disconnecting my line. Rob came out and was able to fix the meter stack and wiring even though he had to go multiple places to find parts and ended up the entire time in rain. I really appreciate him getting out In storm so I can be back on as soon as entergy can hook me back up.

Prompt and excellent service. I've used Mr. Electric twice and have been extremely pleased on both occasions. I live in a very rural area and one Saturday afternoon I was weed-eating around the septic tank and accidentally cut the wiring on the pump. After kicking and cursing myself, I was at a loss as to how I was going to find an electrician on a Saturday afternoon. Hey, anything that has to do with the toilet system working efficiently becomes TOP priority when it stops working. I got on the Internet and did a search for "emergency electrical repair" and found Mr. Electric. Within two hours, the phenomenal service tech and had come, repaired the issue and was gone. Wow. Then, this past week I tried to rehang a crooked overhead light in my laundry room and couldn't get do it. I'm not remotely mechanically inclined. I had a light fixture hanging by wires. So, I called Mr. Electric again. Within an hour, Jacob--I think that was the young man's name--had come, re-installed the light fixture the way it should be installed in the first place, and was gone. From this point forward, should I have ANY electrical issues, I'm calling Mr. Electric, and so should you.

Cannot say enough good things about Lane who has just taken care of several issues at my home that no one else has been able to handle. Replaced outdoor lighting which has only worked on and off since the original installation three years ago by another company. Also completely checked out the electrical system in the house to determine that the oven was the problem and not the electrical system in the house as suggested by another company. Not looking forward to another electrical issue, but will definitely call Mr. Electric when the need arises!

I haven't done business with Mr. Electric YET but I certainly plan to. My husband sent me to Home Depot with a picture on my phone of what I needed and I thought I would be able to get it from there. Well they all look the same to me one I get on the aisle. I didn't find a HD employee, but a Mr. Electric employee saw me struggling and helped me. I may have never made it out of HD without him!! Bobby helped me find my part, but also told me about Mr. Electric and that we could get a free quote and guaranteed work, and also about some A+ discount plan that you can get. Without bashing my husband's (nonexistent) electrical skills, he told me it was important to have a professional, licensed company doing the work and said Mr. Electric offers a free full- home electrical work up to see if everything is done right in the first place.
