Home advisor put me in contact with McNeer...These folks were very nice and seemed to genuinely wanted to help...They responded promptly the next morning and diligently worked until they resolved my issue...And while there helped out with another issue. Technicians was very professional... knowledgeable ..& cool. Folks were a true blessing considering that I had been without power for a few days. I had some electrical work and an inspection that needed to be done a soon as possible. I called McNeer Electric. From the lady I spoke to on the phone to the electrician and his assistant who came out to do the work, I was extremely happy using this company. The Electrician and his assistant were awesome and very, very knowledgeable about their craft. I’m remodeling a house and I showed them some of the work that I was wanting to do and they gave me some really great advice on how to go about it all. I would say they went above and beyond the service call and I would recommend these guys to anyone. Electricians are costly in any situation and McNeer was reasonable with their pricing and you absolutely will get what you pay for. I’m going to be adding two new circuits and surge protection to the house I’m remodeling and I am definitely going to have McNeer come out and do the work. The tech’s name was Jamie and I will be requesting him when I am ready to get the job done. This is a guy who you can trust that will do outstanding work and give you sound advice and recommendations without trying to push you into doing a bunch of unnecessary work in order to get a higher bill. If you want the best, call these guys and know you’re going to have the job done the right way and a piece of mind when it’s complete.

First I wanted to say this is my first review I wrote online and I am happy to do so for this amazing company. They are wonderful!! Another company was unable to work on our electrical cable and I called McNeer Electric at 11 am in desperate need of a repair for that day because we been without A/C for almost 2 days! I have a newborn and a toddler at home who did not do well the night before and I was hoping to find a solution. I spoke with Melinda (who is also fantastic) and she was able to pull some strings to get me on the schedule. Patrick, the technician, was on time, very professional, and had a smile on his face despite the 95 deg weather he was working in. He updated me throughout the day and at the end of everything the electrical lines were fixed. A bonus was that he was able to tell me that AT&T was at fault for the tampered lines and they should be able to refund me! They are a great company from the front office to the field work. I felt safe and at ease and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks to all who helped me and my little family have a good night's rest. =)

I really like that they charge by the job and not by the hour. The technician also inspected my home and made some additional recommendations that would save me on energy costs. I took him up on replacing some lighting and even with that his total time at my house may have been 30-45 mins. I've since had some more work done by another technician, who was just as nice and equally knowledgeable. They are excellent to me all around.

I’m floored by the exceptional customer service I received from McNeer Electrical Contracting. From the moment David called to let me know he would be there shortly, I knew this was going to be five star service I haven’t experienced in a very long time. To be honest, I was in the car taking my children to school when he called and was on speaker phone. The moment I hung up, I looked at my 13 year old and said “wow, that’s probably the nicest guy I’ve ever spoken to!” She agreed. The five star service didn’t just end in a phone call, but got even better when they arrived. They both did an amazing job and even put back all the things they had to move in order to get to the breaker. It was so apparent that this is a company who treats their employees like family and in turn, their employees treat their customers the same. I will forever be a loyal customer.
