We have used Kinser & Kinser for a few years now. They installed our new heat pump a few years ago and we have our unit serviced about twice a year. We always ask for Mike, the best service tech around! We are very satisfied with the overall service. I do have one suggestion that we receive a reminder in the fall when we are due for the winter check. Us seniors don't remember too well. Thanks.

I had to have a duct installed for a new bedroom in our basement, and another one run to a 1st floor bedroom. I also had a humidifier installed. Kinser was prompt, thorough, and gave me a great deal when I combined different needs. I did need to ask to have the location of a pipe changed because it was too low, but they responded immediately and plan to send someone out again to fix it.

I have used Kinser and Kinser for many years for our HVAC installations, repair and maintenance. In that length of time there have been very few issues, maybe a revisit once or twice, but in the end, they always did the work as promised, mostly on schedule and always sent courteous technicians. These days, in this line of work, that gets five stars, IMHO.

I live in Oldham County and much prefer to shop local and that was the reason I began calling Kinser for my HVAC service. I have never been dissatisfied with their work. Quite the contrary, their office staff and the technicians are very friendly and helpful. The techs are efficient and always leave a clean area and they even put up with my questions while they're doing the semi-annual service. I would never hesitate calling Kinser for any HVAC need.

Called Kinser and Kinser for preventative maintenance on the furnace in a house we just bought. Jarrod was the technician who came out. He was very polite, as well as professional. He took the time to give me and my husband information about our furnace, as well as tips on changing the furnace’s Space Guard Air Filter; a filter which neither of us was familiar. Will definitely use again.

Had a service tech out to trouble shoot an issue with my furnace. After a full assessment of the unit, it was determined that 2 issues I had with the unit was from the original install company (not Kinser) from 2015. Kinser made the adjustments and my system is working great.

Purchased a higher end Trane system from them 2 1/2 years ago. So far our bills are actually lower than the salesman thought they would be! The system is very quiet and helped with cool spots in the house during winter. The Thermostat went out and Kinser came right out and did a warranty replacement and the new one working fine! Happy customer here!

We had K & K install a new A/C for us 2 years ago. They did an excellent job on the install. The installers we neat, made no mess and left our home as clean as they found it. We now have a service contract. they come out each spring and give everything a complete going over. They are very efficient and do not try to replace things that do not need to be as we have experienced with other companies. Highly recommend.

They have bent over backwards to ensure we were fully satisfied. All of their employees were courteous and respectful. They stuck to their appointment days and times each visit. My builder used them for whole house installation: 2 A/c units and furnace. The upstairs unit was wired incorrectly and the temp was at 102 before we got home to turn it off. They came out and fixed it. Next our furnace was not working and quit heating our home. We were told that it was not set up correctly and a thermometer for the exterior of our home was never installed. So they are 0 for 2. No apologies for shoddy work.

The office staff are rude and lazy; not willing at all to go the extra mile for the customer so as to make money. Brush up on your HVAC jargon before you call because they can't understand plain English to provide you with what you need. Hindsight I have to be glad I got a second opinion because Kinser overlooked another major issue with my AC that would have prolonged the repair process. If you want a company who staffs courteous employees that are patient, knowledgeable, and willing to step out of the normal to help their customers during an unusual situation, look elsewhere.

A good HVAC company, is like finding a good mechanic. Unfortunately, there are a lot out there that give you misinformation. This is not the case with Kinser & Kinser. They have always been very professional and accurate. The best around.

Thieves!! We go to court to settle a dispute. They never performed the work they charged me for. I didn’t pay. So they took me to small claims court. I attempted to settle with a check, sense amount was so small ($225)’ and didn’t want the hassle. They refused the settlement, directly in front of the judge. After we left court, (obviously they didn’t feel it went well), they ran to bank and cashed my check. No judgement had been rendered!, This is theft. How can a company be so petty over $225. If they will steal $225 from you, it should make you wonder how ethical, financially secure, and qualified they are to work on your home.

Kinser has been taking of our HVAC and plumbing needs since we moved to LaGrange three years ago, so when my AC went out on a 90 degree day a few weeks ago I called them ASAP. Their consultant Ed was at my house early the next day and quoted a new AC unit. Since my furnace was 24 years old, I had him quote replacing that too. It was a good price so we pulled the trigger on both. They immediately mobilized the manpower to get started on the installation that same day. Two technicians were at my house soon and hustled all day getting both Trane units installed. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Tyler even worked late to finish the job and reprogram my thermostat so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced the next day. They left my house clean, tidy and cool! I highly recommend these guys.

When we built our house 12 years ago, they installed our heating & air. Whenever we have experienced a problem they have always taken care of it in a timely manner and it's usually on a weekend or holiday and they come right out even then. I totally recommend them!

Absolutely amazing company to work with. Kinser installed a new heat pump system in our home last month and the whole experience has been fantastic. Gabe and his team did a great job on the install, telling me what they did step by step. I honestly can’t believe how well the new system performs AND looks. My wife and I are so pleased with our new HVAC. Kinser even sent a tech out after the install to meet with us and answer any questions we had! They also told me constantly during the install and even after: “if you have ANY questions, just call us”. Really put me at ease with such a big purchase. Terry who answers their phones is also amazing!

This company did a great job selling us a new system. The following year, they were terrible. They did not show up for schedule service. When I called, they told me they were running behind. I waited another 1.5 hours then called to cancel. Another company told me our system had a problem. I called to have Kinser look at it because we are still under warranty. The tech said nothing was wrong. I called to ask for documentation for warranty purposes. They said they would email to me; never received. I called twice (a few days apart) to speak with someone in management about my experience. No one ever called back. Finally, I drove there. I still never spoke with management. The lady at the front desk printed the information I needed. Terrible customer service. Unless I have a warranty issue, I will not be a Kinser customer again.

I am very pleased with Kinser & Kinser - everything from working with sales, to the front office staff, and especially the team that came out to install the new heat pump. First, the sales process was very low/nonexistent hassle. Working with Bryden was great and will probably reach out to him again to be prepared for the next heat pump replacement due to the age of the it (12 years) and how easy it was to work with him. I also enjoyed how the front office staff kept me informed and when I called, answered every question professionally and with courtesy. It was great working with them and I felt like they took their time with me and treated me like a valued customer. Lastly, if you have done any research at all, you know that there are a handful of companies with a large number of brands so the differentiation is meh. The #1 thing cited across almost every blog, YouTube video, etc. was that the most important piece was 'who' did your installation. Installation is the biggest factor in ensuring the new heat pump / Air Conditioner / Furnace, etc. functioned properly over long periods of time. I have to say Josh and partner (my bad on names) were phenomenal from the first minute we met them and throughout the entire installation process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the install as I was educated on a couple of topics I had questions about. Plus, they finished early and left the house in very good condition. I am hopeful this one lasts as long as the one replaced, if not longer because of the care they took at getting it installed. Oh, and Kinser warranties their work for 2 years. Almost everyone else warranties it for 1 year which shows their confidence.

I guess u are leaving some things out as well. 1). You guys sued for work performed yet at court it is now for a service call? 2). You guys came out in november and didn’t send me an invoice until February. 3). I offered to settle and walk away not once but twice. Once with a check dropped by ur office and once at the court before the hearing. I was trying to be reasonable. You or your employee refused settlement. That makes that check no good. Yet you still went and cashed it, knowingly that you all refused settlement. Please explain how that is not theft?

Once again it's Kinser and Kinser to the rescue. My aunt's AC went off late last night. Called them very early this morn. They set up emergency run. Within two hours from the call, the nice young worker had the AC back on. I cannot thank them enough.
