Started out really well when I called at 7pm on a Saturday and someone answered. I was just planning to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get me scheduled for the next business day without issue. They called ahead to give me time to make sure I was home and they stuck to the (very reasonable) initial quoted price. Billy got the job done quickly and even taught me a little about the funky wiring in my house. Couldn't be happier.

Chris did a wonderful job. He was punctual, professional, and catered to our needs well. We had a rogue inspector knit-pick our electrical box and demand each wire in the box be re-stripped, a grommet be installed, a double tapped circuit be re-wired, and a gfci be re-grounded. Wow! These guys are good. I had the lights in my living room and kitchen go out. I thought it was a bad circuit breaker and almost tried to replace myself. Glad I didn't. Turns out it wasn't a breaker but a bad switch. Billy diagnosed quickly, replaced the switch and we had lights again in less than 30 minutes. Billy was a great guy, friendly, obviously knowledgeable and took the time to explain what likely happened. Priced fairly. I've found my electricians. Thank you!

Brian with David Electric did a great job tracking down and fixing our electrical issue. The problem ended up being in a ceiling fan, but had shut power down in bathroom and bedrooms. Great Job Brian! Would highly recommend these folks as they were on time and reasonably priced for the work they had to do.

Simply fantastic! I've worked with my fair share of technicians, service folk, contractors, etc., and Jose with David Electric did an awesome job. I requested some can lights be installed in my living room, as well as some troubleshooting on a few things outdoors. Jose was polite, super knowledgeable, and clear with what he recommended. He was quick and clean. The end result looked and worked great! I've also called twice now and each time I've been greeted by a polite & friendly individual. I had asked about doing another job, and decided I'd tackle it myself, but still they were kind enough to share their recommendations. These guys are excellent and I will definitely recommend them and call on them again.

Contact through Home Depot Pro Referral Services to install 2 ceiling fans. I provided an accurate description of the job, and was quoted $175/fan over the phone. Tech arrived on time, but left for over an hour to get a switch (though the part was unnecessary). We were subsequently charge $500 for time and materials over the quote. There was no time component during the quotation. Ensure you get something in writing... I would never have agreed to $250/fan install!

David Electric has been out twice now to help me out. Both times the service was excellent and very professional. I was called both times about 20-30 minutes before the electrician showed up for service, and both times the electrician showed up within the time frame I was given upon scheduling the appointment. Both jobs weren't incredibly 'difficult' jobs, but were things I was unable to do or didn't care to learn how to do. I was more comfortable having someone else come and take care of it for me. There were recessed can lights in my bathroom and kitchen that would shut off when they became too hot, which was really frustrating when I was trying to cook and my light source went out. I was unsure if it was a simple swap of lights, or if there was electrical work to be done. Jose came and checked for me, and there was less work to be done that I thought, which was great! Jose replaced all of the terrible old lights with new, LED ones and now my home is extremely bright and energy efficient. Thanks, Jose! I had a fan that had been replaced, but because it was on a dimmer switch it would flicker and was incredibly noisy! Billy came and fixed it, changing the dimmer for a regular switch, installing the remote, and my fan now runs with more power and completely silent. Thank you, Billy!

I had an outage in my hall and guest bathroom. I thought it was the circuit but it was actually a faulty outlet that shut off that section of power. Jose came and found the issue almost immediately. He was very nice and explained the issue in great detail. We hadn't owned our home for long and we are new home owners. He answered all our questions and looked to see if there were any other issues. I was grateful he took the time to look around my home. I will definitely be calling them back for future upgrades or if we run into any other issues. I will highly recommend them for any electrical issues or if anyone needs work done. They are very affordable as well. Five stars all the way!!

We needed electrical work done in time for company coming. This was two days before July 4th. It would have been scheduled around the 9th of July and I was fine with that due to the short notice and Holiday this week. David Electric - who I picked because of their outstanding google ratings performed exceptionally well for us. They were able to squeeze us in on July 2nd; then Billy the technician called and arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and fast. He installed a dimmer switch for dining room chandelier, and a new GFCI plug in the bathroom. He then troubleshot and determined I needed a dedicated outdoor outlet for my electric smoker. They gave a quote for this which was very reasonable and Billy stayed and completed it that evening. David Electric far exceeded my expectations!

David Electric really started outshining the other companies when they sent Billy, this young man at 8am in the morning greeted me with a smile. He was personable but very professional. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and what he was doing. I'm nosey so I asked questions and Billy always answered my questions with a smile. He was quick and left me with confidence that my problem was fully taken care of. I'm a senior lady on a budget, but with David Electric I paid a reasonable price for expert service. David Electric can be counted on to get the job done! Bill was able to quickly fix an outlet that wasn't working and problem solve a motion detection light that was inoperable. He took the initiative to check an outlet in the garage noticing that it was wired to the garage door opener and motion detector light so if the outlet want working those items wouldn't work either. Now they are independent of each other. I also had David Electric wire a direct vent fireplace for me a few weeks ago and was pleased with the job.

If you live in the Indy Metro area or the Suburbs and need an electrician, DO NOT call anyone else but these guys. My subcontractor wiring company, when I built the house, refused to take on the job cos they are getting fed by the big builders and had no time. Needless to say, pathetic. I’ve had a short circuit issue in the master bath which kept tripping the breaker. These guys showed up on time, spent about 5 hours, trying to duplicate the issue but couldn’t find anything. The owner himself showed up to assist his technician which is something to say about their commitment to their customers. They offered to come back again and do more tests if the problem returns. Great group of gentlemen and professionals. Once again, highly recommended.
