On-time, they know what they're doing and they don't leave a mess. Artisan is particular good when it comes to state-of-the-art hardware and knowledge about what's available to solve particular problems. And they work with audio, video and data wiring as well as electrical work.

I was impressed with Chris and his staff at Artisan Electric. They did a complete re-wire for me at a house I purchased. I live two hours away from the project and they were great at emailing/calling/texting updates and answering questions. They managed the project with cutting very few holes in the walls which I much appreciated. They were not only competent and professional but prompt in getting back whenever I reached out. I feel confident that they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Had heard great things about Artisan. Also saw all the good reviews. Made an appointment to get an appraisal. He came and gave me an appraisal when he said he would. Even suggested a different idea that I liked.Told me he could get to me in about 2 weeks. And would send me an email. 3-4 weeks later, no email, no word back. I finally called. Said he had just got back from vacation. Found me in his notes. Again, he will get back to me. Been a 3-4 months now, at least, and still no word, no email. I give up! I was really looking forward to having them do my work. Very disappointed. Mine wasn't a big job but I would have rather he told me he wasn't interested than to leave me hanging! Edit...Just wanted to say that Huston Electric stepped in and took care of it for me!! Did a great job. I now know who to call if I need a dependable company!!

I wanted to run Ethernet from my upstairs Router to my Basement Office. They did a fantastic job, were very polite, helpful and reassuring, and completed the task in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with how they performed the task. I gave them (what I thought was) a difficult scenario for the end location of my Ethernet port, but they surprised me by being able to install it in the place I thought wasn't possible. Fantastic! Will use them again for any and all electrical problems/tasks from here on out.

We were so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from the crew at Artisan. We have a historic Victorian home that needed a complete upgrade from knob and tube to modern wiring. These guys not only did an amazing job, but they were able to keep the integrity of the home. None of the original walls, floors, or ceilings were damaged. The Artisan Crew were great with communication and ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of each day. They were respectful of our time and budget. They were also very accommodating with the things we needed to add as the project progressed. I can't recommend these guys highly enough if you have historic home electrical needs. They thought of an easier way to run the new cable than originally estimated for and saved us over 50% on competitive estimates. They also gave multiple quoting options that were most fair to us.
