Had these guys come through to install an outlet for a new microwave. They came out on a Saturday, which is tough to find in Idaho Falls. They gave me a great price, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I were in a little bit of a panic this past weekend when our power went out in our apartment and the number for maintence emergencies was out of service. I searched for an electrician nearby and called the first one I saw. Scott responded very quickly to my message informing us he was out of town but provided us with his partner Charles contact information. Charles came right out to us and had our power back on within minutes. Thank you Scott and Charles for your quick response and immediate assistance. I hope I won’t need an electrician again but if I or anyone else I know does I know just who to call!

I called Scott requesting a job to be done and he was at my house within the hour. This was on a work day too!!! I needed a light fixture replaced and had the new fixture ready for him. He and Chuck showed up and had the old fixture removed and the new fixture in place with the job done in approximately 25 mins. Totally satisfied!!! Very reasonably priced. By far the best experience. I own a duplex the tenants lights shut off 7pm after calling a few places and them wanting to charge an after hour fee these guys showed up within 15 min traced the problem ran new wires charged me 200 when the other quote was 435 and 415 definitely gives these guys a call first you won't regret it.

Bathroom lights wouldn't work. Couldn't figure out why. Flipped the breakers and no obvious damage. Called these guys. They were extremely flexible with timing as I was struggling with scheduling an appointment while being engaged in all day meetings. I called on a Saturday expecting to get a voicemail. Scott answered and also came over in a few hours. I had a breaker trip and had reset it myself (I thought) but it didn't work so I assumed that I had other issues. He fixed it right away, showed me what the problem was and would not even let me pay him. I felt silly because I had fiddled with the breaker switch many times, but he was nice and didn't make me feel incompetent for such an easy fix. I have found a permanent electrician! After calling numerous electricians in the area and being told either my project was too small, they did not have the time, or would charge an outrageous minimum, I got hold of Scott Lind Electric. I was told they would be out at a certain time, but they called and asked if they could come early because they got done with another job sooner than expected. When they arrived, they were professional and very pleasant to work with. I had two issues I needed resolved, one of which could have been a major hazard. They resolved one issue in about 10 minutes and explained to me in great detail the problem. The second issue ended up being a non-issue and again, they explained to me why I didn't need what I thought I needed. They could have just took my money, did the job, and left, but their upfront and frank approach was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done. These guys will not take advantage of customers and are very responsive when called. If you are considering an electrician, use Scott Lind Electric, you will not be disappointed.
