This location was a bit smaller than other locations that we've been to, which made it feel a bit cramped, but the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The back aisle, against the back of the store had pallets of merchandise that tended to somewhat block the flow of customers. I'm sure that it is probably not like this very often though. Overall, we were satisfied with the employees and the store itself.
I just feel that there is way too much help here. I'm constantly asked if I'm doing okay and if I need help. That's awesome for some people, me personally, I don't need that much help. But kudos for those that need that and the availability the store provides to it's customers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in the products the store has for sale.
I had a great experience. I am one who does a lot of reaearch on products before I make my purchase. I went into the store looking for one of their laptops that was on display and was greeted with a warm welcome. The employee was very knowledgeable in computers and explained some things to me that were very helpful in my decision. Never once did I feel like they were rushing me through. They were careful to answer all of my questions. I like Best Buy because the hire knowledgeable people and they are not on commision.

The store is clean but the staff is always bothering me. They must think I'm a they risk because they're always there. They have q decent selection of things, shelves are always stocked pretty good. Be prepared to be bothered with the credit card talk when you walk in.
The staff is so friendly here!! They are super helpful and knowledgeable on their products! And like other reviews say they aren't pushy about making a sale. They are totally fine with you going there, asking questions, browsing, and leaving. Go with your questions and maybe find something you want/need!
Wanted 2 S9 edge pluses... Lots of providers offer these "deals". Went here and actually got a "2 for the price of 1 deal" ... no contract, unlocked, half price, with a ton of accessories. Also got better trade in offers, a better return policy, insurance, and phenomenal customer service. Also had a screen protector replaced, a malfunctioning smart watch, and a charger issue and they were all resolved same day. If you're in the market for a cell phone, forget Verizon, Sprint, At&T, and everyone else, this is your go to place.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had many questions about audio; some headphones questions and some car audio questions, and they delivered! Even bought a smaller car amplifier with an "open box" discount and price matched a few other items from online.
Well I cant say what I bought yet.....its a Christmas present! But the macbook is really awesome
This is the BEST Best Buy store I have ever been in. I had some complicated questions about a product I bought and connection issues and Tyrell went out of his way to research my questions and find some solutions. Then while browsing at least 4 other salesman asked if they could help us. We were so impressed!

Every single staff member is very polite and very relaxed. there's not one phony person there. All the very very helpful. If the person you are talking to doesn't know they joyfully happily go find the correct answer to your question and both people help you out. I love this place

I just left the Best Buy store today. I needed to exchange my Bluetooth Bose and get a new one. Unknown to me that when I bought there geek squad extended warranty, it was a one-time use. It was not explained to me that way, I was explained that it didn't matter how many times I returned it in the two-year period, I would be taken care of by buying their geek squad extended warranty. Chrissy one of the managers in the Casper Wyoming store was the second manager I talked to. Chrissy was very rude and aggressive as well as hostile. She shoved the box and receipt back at me across the counter several times because she couldn't hold her aggression back when I asked for them to give me a new warranty with the new product because I was misinformed. The box with the product almost fell on the floor until she caught it, but the receipt did fall to the floor. I had to pick it up. She said very loud and rudely that I could call 1-888-Best Buy. So I did, thinking I could get some help from them. All corporate did was take my complaint. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. And of course I didn't get to speak to anyone in the United States. They wouldn't help call the store and have them exchange it either. They said it is up to the store manager's discretion. I believe their a corporation and not a franchise. So it sounds like they are okay with their managers treating their customers in a poor, rude aggressive manner. Another manager in the Billings Wyoming store, "Rashad" , has an issue with being rude and aggressive too. We will definitely not be buying anything from Best Buy anymore. As I have already been informing anybody I come in contact with; such as friends, family, strangers, etc... letting them know about this situation and how I was treated. To not shop at Best Buy, because of how you will be treated when you want to return something or exchange something that is under warranty.
We just bought new computers and the service was great. Rachel was our Sales Associate and she treated us well.
I don't mind best buy. Their warranties are pretty good. They really want to help when you have one. They are very expensive.
Clerk that helped us was so rude! He told us the only cord that would do what we needed was 199.99. Nope my husband was able to figure it out on his own. We bought a 13.99 cord that works great. The guy got mad and walked off. When were in line to pay (I have never seen this done) 2 clerks walked up and checked everyone out quickly.

I like that they price match Amazon prices as long as it’s sold by Amazon themselves and not a third party seller. Selection of some items is narrow but usually find something that you are looking for. Staff is always nice albeit sometimes some are like dealing with kids. I enjoy coming here reviewing options.
Staff was helpful and not pushy. Really appreciate the 12 month interest-free financing! Sometimes you just don't have enough money for the things that you need right away but I hate credit cards for the interest rates. Best Buy makes financing a lot nicer.

Went to pick up a cell phone for my son and they helped us get the phone activated and going. Unfortunately the phone had some issues and they were more than happy to swap it out for another and it works great. Fast and friendly.

The staff is less than enthusiastic about their jobs at this store. They advertised the phone I wanted on their website like it could be found in the store or shipped in and picked up within two days but when I asked about it they acted like was out of my mind and reffered me to another store across the street to just have my old broken screen fixed. Customer service was bad but their selection of new products and devices is fantastic.
So when I came in on 2/27/19, I was in a dilemma with my vehicle's deck. I wanted to keep my factory stocked deck for my Ford Fusion. I educated the guy there was a way to keep it, but still set up my amp and subs. He was telling me, he never heard such a thing. Also, told him interested in speakers. At any rate, there was no motivation. Took another chance and went back today. Gotten everything I needed as well as a way to keep my factory deck. This guy from home entertainment department went the extra mile and looked everything up and sold me everything I needed. My confidence has been restored. Thank you
They were nice and helpful but I had a big surprise when I checked out. They instituted a 15% restocking fee since my last big purchase. So if I open it and decide to return it within the 15 days they will charge me a ridiculous fee. I have bought computers and other big things there in the past. I have never returned anything to best buy to my recollection but I may in the future. A restocking fee rubs me the wrong way and seems like a poor business decision. There are plenty of places to get the same merchandise without worrying about hidden fees. I made a big purchase tonight and was planning to buy a new TV soon. I was also going to go back and get some speakers before Christmas but I will get them elsewhere. Also, I was trying to buy a few other accessories that I need for my new item but they didn't have them in the store (which was dumb because the item I bought is useless without the accessories). The salesman was helpful and was going to order them for me but it was going to cost me $90 just for shipping one item. They have no ship to store option. That was another $300 that I would have spent there tonight but instead will likely give to Amazon or Sam's club.
The thing I don't like about Best Buy is they always try to up sell me. I feel like I'm being hustled. They do have all the latest electronic toys and gadgets. Pretty much the only place in town you can check out the latest electronics.

Went in looking for a tv. Great customer service and found exactly what I was looking for
Went in to see if they had a particular TV since everyone in town was out of stock. It was a time sensitive thing and we figured since they “price matched” and had the TV in stock then why not. They didn’t have it in stock however they said they can get it to us by the 10th. We decided to pull the trigger and do it; heck we even signed up for the stupid credit card. After they sucked us into this mess they weren’t shy to tell us a couple days later that our TV ist coming until the following week. Also they didn’t price match with Costco so we ended up paying $200 more. So now this gift is going to be late and not a surprise. And to top all this off we left a similar review but with more stars to be more fair and Best Buy removed the review from their website. Honestly anywhere is cheaper and just as good quality as Best Buy. I would strongly advise anyone who is reading this to just go elsewhere. Side note: the employees that are micromanaged are like vultures. They won’t leave you alone to browse however I’m not blaming them. I’ve worked for large greedy companies before.
As I walked in, I seen several employees do everything they could to not make eye contact, much less say hello. Then I got far enough in the store that Jon seen me, said hello & walked me to the dept I was looking for, introduced me to an employee to help me with my purchase. Sadly, I didn't catch his name, but he was very nice & helped me with my computer purchase. Amazingly enough, walking out of the store with a handful of electronics, every employee thanked me for coming in! Funny how that works...
This is a really nice Best Buy location. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. That is a good thing especially since Best Buy is just about the only game in town if you need access to a wide variety of electronics, components, accessories et al. About a year ago we purchased a washer dryer set from Best Buy and from the salesman to the installers everyone was professional and considerate. One of the better Best Buy locations I've experienced!

Have bought 2 computers for gaming there For myself and my wife they were very helpful on all points except one. The price matching. They pick and choose that they match. Even if you show them from your phone . We ended up not doing the price match at all.
They've really done a good job of having staff who know the gear that they sell. as a result there's a lot of younger folks working here, which is fine. Because generally they know their stuff.

Great selection of electronics, but I came looking for movies and they had only a few select titles. Unlike other Best Buys that have entire sections dedicated to movies.

This place has a select few people that know anything about customer service or even what's even going on when it comes to the job and how to do it. With the consumer being right they make excuses about how there advertising leads you into thinking something it's not. And the GM doesn't even know how to direct you in the area of making things easy on th customer has a I'm the man attitude think his job title has went to his head. Haven't left there once without have to come back multiple times and having to buy things there better be ready to spend a couple wasted hours of your life you will never get back. Do yourself a favor and shop online when it comes to this store unless you dont value your time !

Every visit to this Best Buy results in me getting constantly harassed and followed relentlessly. If I need help I will ask an employee. If you are not a completely harmless looking, little old lady, you will get treated like a thief here, EVERY TIME.
Went to look at appliances with my wife. We were absolutely hounded by employees asking if they could help us. I appreciated the first guy. The 7th guy to ask, was too much. They obviously make commission off the appliances. They circled us like vultures until I got sick of it and we left.

I have a light blue phone case and when i went to look at the earbuds the staff thought i stole and i was only reading a text and i pit my phone in my pocket then i went to look at the games and one of the staff followed us i was waling out of the store and they told me to give them the earbuds i pit in my pocket, later them finding out it was my phone and now i dont want to go back there.

You held up the line, was straight trying to bully those girls and whining because they charge sales tax, and were refusing to leave until they gave you free stuff and take off the sales tax! My main frustration is the lack of computer components. They have ssds in stock, but only sata. I needed an msata drive and was ultimately ordered the wrong drive (u.2, which is not compatible with msata). They literally only had 1 motherboard in stock the last 3 times I have been there. Employees do seem to want to help, but at the point where a consumer is better versed in tech than GeekSquad...the location's utility goes down. This is not the kind of place you can go to pick up everything needed for a new build. Do they have pricey ram on hand? Yes, although the selection is very limited. Same with the selection of CPUs, hard drives, power supplies, etc. The video card selection is nothing to write home about. Good location if you just need to replace a single component or two. Unfortunately will probably need to stick to Newegg or Tiger for new builds.

Normally I don't care for Best Buy since they feel overpriced. I don't like the way they hang over me when I want to look around and debate with myself. Or that they are never around when you need help. But I was there today and had just the right amount of personalized service and space.

They were swamped today when I went to pick up an online order. I had a guy cut in front of my and get check out. The guy at the register was apologetic about it and ran back to get my order which wasn’t up behind the counter where their pick up orders usually are. He checked me out quickly and again apologized for the long wait.

Please note that the 3 star review is solely due to the fact that I did not find what I was looking for, which was a replacement for my surface pro charger, the only similar thing they had was the surface pro dock which was way more than what I needed and was $200. Honestly, and electronics place that doesn't have something as basic as a replacement charger for a fairly popular computer, raises a lot of questions. I found the charger on Amazon, but I would much rather not have to wait for a computer charger. The staff was fast to help me and they were friendly, the cause of my dissatisfaction had absolutely nothing to do with the staff.

I hate electronic stores because of pushy salesman, but the guy that helped me listened to what I was asking and didn't try to upsell me. I thought that was a nice change. Bought a laptop that fit my needs, and got the truth.
Upon walking in, I noticed the store seemed well organized and there seem to be plenty off staff. Not too many long lines or anything off putting upon initial sight. The person whom was there to greet us at the door was very friendly, and proceeded to ask how he could help. He then directed us to the part of the store we needed. After being directed to the geek squad help center (phone replacement) another gentleman quickly greeted us and asked what we needed. I told him about our issue and as I was explaining the issue to him, I quite quickly found myself under the impression that he was too busy, and frankly, I almost felt as if we were bothering/annoying him with our questions/issue. Regardless of what I perceived to be less than superb customer service from him- he did answer my questions. Everyone else I encountered went out of there way to smile and be friendly, though. I think maybe just this one employee in particular either doesnt have the best social skills, or maybe was just having an off day, or maybe a combination of both. He is the only reason I am giving this review 4 stars, rather than 5. He was offputting enough that I made the decision to leave and come back another day to have my replacement done by someone who won't make me feel as if my business isn't important. Other than that one interaction, my experience was pleasant! I really appreciate the warm atmosphere aside from what I stated above.

Helpful staff. Fine for young people that know what they are doing, but older people who don't can go for a bit of ride. And don't come on Thursday since apparently that's when deliveries come and it will take hours to get anything from the back. They should have deliveries after hours.

Pretty much everything you could possibly need that is electronic. Great selections, a wide variety of manufacturers, and when it comes to movies you can pretty much find it there.
Best Buy has great products, that is undeniable. However, their service fees are criminal. 4 out of 5 stars because they have great products and great employees. A negative star because of the ridiculous service fees.

Explained everything well, gave me numerous options, yet kept a "no pressure" approach to everything he explained. I bought 2 new phones, and even though it was very close to closing time, he helped me set them up and transfer data from old phones. He was good enough that he was able to help me set up new phones, and help other customers with small problems at the same time. Will never go anywhere else for mobile phone help!
The staff are more than willing to help with anything I need, and they were more than happy to awnser my questions!
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Buy Casper. I will vote with my wallet and never make a purchase at any Best Buy store ever again. Best Buy, you have lost a customer for life.

This is a good Best Buy. Probably the best customer service in the Casper WY Mall. Talked car stereos with a young guy. He was kind of lost on my question but he did his best to help me. This store still doesn't accept Bitcoin but hopefully in the future.

Got amazing deals on black friday. The staff was awesome. Regardless of how crazy and hectic it was the staff went out of the way to help me. Was standing in line and forgot to grab a Spiderman ps4 and one of the guys ran and grabbed me one so I wouldn't lose my place
Had my car stereo installed by the geek squad there. It took 2 hours, and the installer blew one of my speakers. Then, that set off the stereos panic mode and now none of my speakers work. I don't even know if that's why the speakers don't work. I came back to get it fixed but they're making me wait 5 days. FBB!

Went in to have the radio on my car fixed. I totally botched the thing by trying to do it myself and made a complete mess of the wiring, honestly I didn't think they were going to be able to fix it. Not only did their car sterio giy fix it but at a hundred dollars cheaper than I was expecting and at an incredible speed to boot. He even hooked in and fixed my subwoofer wiring for free. He's an awesome guy I highly recommend
Best Buy is very knowledgeable, and they carry the top brands. This location has great service. They will tell you if they can't help you, and they will help even if it means sending you elsewhere. They used to be too expensive, but have really evened out over the last few years. Look for their great sales on older tech.
They were all very helpful and kind. I was greeted at the door and he directed me where I needed to go. I met another associate in the area I needed and they helped me find what I was looking for. Great customer service.
I order stuff from this place all the time. I've bought plenty of computer supplies, like my power supply for my computer, as well as basic electronics, like my demo smart plug and many pairs of headphones. The staff are really good at showing you around the store without hounding you too much about buying their products to make a sale. Their returns are a breeze and they take them back without giving you a hassle for returning items. Worth a stop if you cant find what you're looking for online or are just browsing.

The people that work here are very helpful. If you're like me and like to just wonder around the store, expect to be asked if you're finding everything alright multiple times. Excellent returns and price matching as well. Don't let this place go the way of the Toys R Us, price match and get it now!
This Best buy is pretty well maintained, and seems to have a surprisingly wide variety of products to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to find how they had grown their PC Parts section. While it's Fry's or MicroCenter, they did have enough parts in there to mostly overhaul a computer. They seemed to have lacked motherboards and cases, but had everything else.
What can I say? This is one of my favorite places to shop. Online ordering with in-store pickup is super quick and convenient, and even though this isn't one of the biggest Best Buy stores, I almost always find what I'm looking for.
The selection is great and the staff are k knowledgeable and eager to help.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH THEM! They do not have a clue how to service apple phones and I would have normally never used them but apple sent me there. They were suppose to have my phone for two hrs. They say that a part from apple was defective and they have the piece to fix just not the time. Now I have to wait overnight. I was suppose to be going out of town but I guess that will wait! Thanks Best Buy for being COMPLETELY USELESS!

Staff could be more knowledgeable
The smallest Best Buy but it has the best electronics around. They often have great deals and the latest gadgets. Poor management has led to disorganization and lowered overall satisfaction, though. It is not recommended as a place of employment due to multiple HR nightmares, again, on behalf of poor management and despotism.

I have visited this store very frequently lately. I was in the market to get a new bluetooth speaker for work. One of the staff recommended that I get a specific one. The product worked for a couple of days and ended up failing on me. I took it back with no problems. They recommended a couple of other speakers that weren't right for me or were defective. I slowly lost respect for the staff, especially a guy with a long beard and a bald head that I will not name who treated me like garbage today when I came in. They have basically given me a "go away, we're sick of you" attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

One star because the local phone only directs you to the website impossible to talk to a human. 4th try finally found ability to speak to geek squad only. Only call number if you want to listen to an automated system telling you to go to the website.
Truly the worst experience we have ever had. One star because it requires one. Extremely disappointed and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in comparison to our last unsatisfying experience but lesson learned. We will no longer spend another dime here.

I will definitely be coming back, the customer service and friendly atmosphere here are definitely a strong point, I highly recommend!

The service was excellent and I think I got what I needed
This is a fairly new store. The employees are helpful but i gave it a four because they could be trained on the products they sell better. I went in to get a 3.0 usb on one end and type c on other to usb tether internet from phone to laptop. The employee went out of his way try to figure out what i was talking about. He also helped me until we found what they carried but he had no clue what I was talking about.
The employees can be like pests. Would be nice if they just backed off when you're browsing. If I need help I will get help.
Super helpful staff. I typically don't review huge mega chain establishments because everyone knows what to expect, but these Idaho Falls guys have always been great and really went to bat for us when my daughter got a lemon of a Chromebook and had to return/exchange it.

Went here to get some accessories for my new smartphone. Was asked by at least 3 people if I needed help. When I did ask for help the person I got was fantastic. When I asked if the cordless charger would work on my phone he took me to the employee desk area to test out if it would work and we found out that yes it did. Great place to shop.
My wife and I have recently made two purchases from Best Buy. A washer and dryer set and a freezer. Both times the Geek squad called us to notify us that the delivery would be delayed for "mechanical reasons". The delivery truck is broken down. I would suggest that the stores get more trucks or make sure they run! We had a beef coming and had to make other arrangements to store it until the freezer gets here a week after it was supposed to. What a joke.
Had an issue with a phone case, did not have the belt clip with it and I could not find my receipt, the manager still fixed the problem immediately
