We had Edgar install a ceiling fan for us and were super pleased with the service and quality of work he provided. He was on-time, friendly and professional. Pricing wise, TE was a bit more expensive than we had hoped, but the quality of work was worth it and we of course knew what we were paying before he started the job. We had Edgar quote additional jobs while he was here and plan to have TE and Edgar do additional electrical work for us in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Easy communication with individual technicians. Jonathan came to our house this week to fix cornice lights. The project became more complex as he investigated the causes, but he took time to report on additional time and cost requirements before doing any work. He is the consummate professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, a pleasure to have in your home.

I hired TE to run 20 amps to a room in addition to the 15 that was already present. My panel was completely full so it took a lot of work but Joaquin was able to add a sub-panel, move some breakers and run a new 20 amp to that room in just a few hours. He was responsive, professional and had no problem answering any and all questions that I had. He cleaned up after himself, and the new outlet is clean and fits perfectly in the room. I was overall very impressed and will definitely be calling and requesting him if I ever need anything again.

Steven did a wonderful job installing our new foyer light even though we have super high ceilings. He noticed that the light wasn't grounded so he took care of alsothat and updated the grounding for the house. This is our third project with TE and we will definitely use them again for electric and our upcoming plumbing projects.

I had three bad outlets, - 2 were GFCI outlets, a bad wall switch, remove (4) old and install (4) new bathroom lights, and finally hanging a new ceiling fan where there was no previous outlet on a very steep cathedral ceiling. TE Certified Electricians sent out Jaime Presley. Jaime called 30 minutes before arriving, wore shoe covers each time he came into the house, he looked over and reviewed the scope of the work, and gave me a written estimate with my approval before proceeding. Jaime was neat - laying out plastic over the entire work are, he collected all trash, he was dedicated to getting the work done in a professional manner. The hardest part was hanging the ceiling fan. He went into the attic several times to measure, had a part ordered to mount the ceiling fan, and install the fan that made it look like it look as if it was there from day 1. I can't say enough about Jaime and his skills. Outstanding Master Electrician. Thank you TE Certified Electricians for sending Jaime out. Any future needs I will certainly request Jaime.

I've had TE come out twice. Once to fix an electrical issue, and another time to install flood lights for our backyard. Both times, service has been exceptional. In this most recent visit, Doug and Blain from TE took their time in finding the perfect angles for coverage in our yard, and he also walked me through all the options to make sure I'm saving the most $$ while getting the best results. Doug even stopped by the house the day after to check on something to make sure everything was 100%. TE is definitely trustworthy and I recommend using them, both for quality and the way they treat people.

After an install of an oven on Saturday, I had discovered burned wiring while replacing an oven hood vent. I called TE to see if they could come by and check the line and while they were here see about replacing a kitchen overhead light. At first the very pleasant woman who answered the phone at TE said she didn't have anyone to dispatch the same day but would check again and call me back. Roughly 10 minutes goes by and she calls back stating she had someone who could come by in an hour. I was relieved as I could not use the oven until the hood vent was replaced. Well the electrician Edgar Cortes arrived promptly after a courtesy call, and as he came in put booties on his feet (which he did every time he came into the house from his truck getting tools and materials). Edgar listened to what I wanted done and he gave me options and the price on the spot. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix every thing very quickly. He also found out how to prevent the issue from happening again! Edgar was very polite, friendly and above all an excellent electrician. I am very happy with the service and will be using them going forward. I highly recommend this company for any electrical issues. If there were 6 stars I would because of the same day service!! Awesome! One of my toilets was leaking and they were able to have someone out the same day, even an hour earlier than they quoted (they called first to make sure it was ok to come early). They figured it out and got it fixed in less than an hour, and for a reasonable price. This is the first house I've owned and first time needing work done so I don't really have any basis for comparison, but overall I'm really happy with everything.

They replied to my email the very next morning, set up a great appointment time, called me this morning and came out and did the job updating my panel and installing my Tesla Wall connector just where I wanted it. We had an electrical issue, so I called TE based on a few reviews. I will say...this is one of the most professional companies that I have worked with in a long time. It is absolutely refreshing and great to know there are local companies that work this way. My tech was Jonathan and he was awesome! Jonathan was able to explain the problem in a way that I could understand, including issues with my breakers. I had absolute confidence in the issue and the solution....which can be rare. My issues took them a little over a day, but, they were great throughout. It was a fairly large project, but, truth be told, I only went with them based on the explanation of the issue and how to handle. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Jonathan! I hope TE appreciates Jonathan, he was awesome! Thank you TE and Jonathan!

TE Certified Electricians did a terrific job helping my 90 year-old mother-in-law out when her AC went out after hours. They called me right back, were extremely professional, and set up a Tech to fix it that evening. And the Technician, Kevin, was outstanding! He is a true professional in every sense of the word, let me know when he was going to arrive, arrived ahead of schedule, quickly figured out and fixed the problem, and all at a very reasonable charge. I had an outstanding experience with TE Electric very recently when I needed two additional can lights installed in our master bedroom closet. Joaquin, our technician, arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. He suggested upgrading the current closet lighting to LED rather than drilling new holes in the ceiling for additional lights, which was MUCH more cost effective and less invasive. The work was done quickly and effectively. We are very happy with the finished product. TE also called to follow up on their service AND sent a thank you note in the mail. Excellent customer service!

Josh Mayer to the rescue! Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, went above and beyond and walked me through everything before and after so I understood what he was doing and how to best maintain the system going forward. I was not scheduled to have someone come out until tomorrow but since he was willing to come tonight, with 90+ degree temps he saved me from having to endure another sleepless night. The person who originally took my call (and I apologize I can’t remember her name!) was also wonderful. Unlike another company I called she was able to explain the process and told me what to expect, including the service fee. Great service from beginning to end!

William went above-and-beyond running new wiring to our garage (not an easy job in our case). I contacted TE overnight to inquire about a Tesla wall charger purchase and installation. They contacted me the next morning and scheduled an appointment for the following day. They tending in contact and communicated when opportunities for an early arrival were presented. Jamie arrived and provided detail on all of my various installation options from placement, circuit size, future expansion, etc. No pressure to place the order, etc. When I said I'd like to go forward as soon as possible, he asked dispatch to send another driver with the part so he could just do it since he was already there. A couple of hours later, we're all done and couldn't be more satisfied. Except now I'm waiting a couple of weeks to take delivery of the vehicle!

The electrician Scott arrived promptly and quickly surveyed the 4 projects: grounding system, installation of 2 ceiling fans and a bathroom light fixture. Price quoted was very reasonable and Scott began work immediately. He explained everything in advance as well as recapped at the end of the project. His work was quick, clean and truly first rate. The grounding line is carefully secured and labeled. The ceiling fans run smooth - no wobbles or noise. I would say no surprises - but there were good surprises! - including removal of the replaced broken ceiling fan. Last but not least - In addition to being an excellent electrician, Scott is also a super nice person. Absolute perfection. TE Certified Electricians is a rare gem.
