This company resolved a chronic issue with the ac unit in my building and did so with a professional, courteous, and intelligent manner. They were willing to return after hours when the unit was not blowing and solved that issue as well immediately. I was impressed this morning that I got a follow up call from the office to check and see that all was working well. I am grateful the owner of my building called this company! Everything went well. Jason was very friendly and explained what needed to be done. He also was nice enough to change my air filter for me, which I really appreciated (I never enjoy going up in the attic! LOL) I'm just thankful to have my air conditioner blowing cold air again! I wasn't sure how much it would cost to get it fixed. It wasn't cheap, but it got the job done.

I'm am writing a new review,I had originally had a system installed by this company without a filter and had some communication errors for over a month and could not get the problem addressed, so I posted a review with 1 star bc of the problems that was occurring. The same day I posted a review I was contacted by the owner apologizing for the mishaps and assured me that it would be taking care of to protect my investment, JN came back out as soon as I returned home today and installed the filter on my system and got it back to good working conditions.so I change my review from 1 star to 5 bc I was happy with the system when installed and now the problem with it has been corrected,the owner and employees stand by there work in giving you a great operating system for you home.

They came out 1-4-2018 and found the compressor to be bad. After a little lack of communication on my part as well as theirs they came out and made the repairs. Heat pump diagnosis and replacement done very professionally by folks with well above the usual knowledge of air conditioning. Very courteous, committed to doing a good job and very conscious of customer relationships such as being careful to avoid tracking in outside mud, etc. Not necessarily the cheapest contractor I could find, but competitive and well worth any premium it may have cost.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by JN Electrical Temperature Control. The installation work was done by Mr. Andrew Hilley and Mr. Jordan Nikkel. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job doing an installation that presented some unique challenges. It is my opinion that the entire company is dedicated to providing superior HVAC systems and customer service. Andrew cheerfully helped me with things that went beyond the required installation, such as a carpentry issue to make a vent look better, help providing power to an outside shed, and extending the condensation drain far away from the house. Unfortunately I must recommend people *avoid* this company if needing a dock electrical inspection as part of the Corps of Engineers dock permitting process. I cannot speak to any of the other services offered. I needed an electrician to perform the dock electrical inspection and paperwork as required by the Corps of Engineers for a home I purchased on Lake Hartwell. I contacted JN and scheduled the inspection for February 2nd. Jason Nikkel met me there and provided good advice as to items I needed to repair, and we agreed that he'd proceed with the paperwork once I'd made the repairs -- emailed photos & video showing the completed work on Feb 12th. Three weeks later, despite several emails (and apologies from the office manager), the paperwork for the Corp was still not completed and I could not obtain any response suggesting when it would be completed. The paperwork consists of a single page seven-item checklist page, and a one-page drawing -- something that should take just a few minutes to do. I gave up and contacted a different company to do a completely new inspection. They did the inspection and I had the paperwork for the Corps _the_next_morning_. I'm rating two stars instead of one because Jason _did_ provide good advice for the repairs I needed to perform in order to satisfy the Corps. The second company's inspection noted that everything was in order, and the subsequent visit by the Ranger was successful. My complaint is with the complete lack of follow through and lack of any communication of substance other than the office manager's emails apologizing.

He identified a potential problem that we should consider replacing a valve, that while working, was not functioning properly. We have already recommended JN to our friends.
