The service was excellent. The price was a little high. $90 to replace an outlet espically when I provided all the materials (GFIs) wasn’t expected. One of the outlets wasn’t replaced however I was still charged for it. I expect that this was a mistake. Overall I was satisfied with the service, professionalism and courtesy of the individual.

The office contacted me in the morning and said Kevin could arrived before schedule time (bonus!). Kevin was very professional and identified my problem with my doorbell. When it was determined that a new doorbell unit was needed, he was able to help me find the correct unit and instal it immediately. I will contact this company again for any other electrical needs.

My family is beyond grateful to this company! I submitted a quote request at the most random time in the morning (2-3a) and heard back before 7a. Ed was over our house by 8a. He gave us options to the solution for our power breaker and had it fixed in no time. I'm talking within an hour. Including the time it took for him to run in to town for a repair part. After reaching out to Eazy Electrical. The company sent us a text letting us know that Kevin Maddox was coming out to our location and gave us an estimate on what his service would intel. He was articulate and spoke so we understood what had to be done to meet our City/County’s codes. We explained that we were low on funds and being pressured by Ga power to get it fix asap or we wouldn’t have service. Me being disabled and my husband being a Veteran. Kevin went to work promptly and started his obligation. He did offer the fact that we could get a second or third opinion. But for us we had no choice. With the threat of no service at all. A text was sent promptly on the morning that Kevin was in route. He unloaded his equipment and was fast at work. After working 4 hrs I offered him a drink. He declined and kept on working. When his was about to wrap up his job. His boss came to inspect his work and helped him get to a stopping point. He finally stopped to go have lunch. When he return he finished up and made sure that Ga power would get our power on today. This took a while. But Kevin went over and beyond his duty to check and see if our power was indeed reconnected. Thank you Kevin Maddox for a job well done in a timely matter. ...Ed at Eazy was truly a godsend...not one person in the area could help us with our water heater, everyone was booked out for 3 weeks, Ed made time and was at my house first thing the next day.. Our water heater stopped working. The plumber who looked at it told us we needed to get a whole new heater...and we were looking at 1500 ...we decided that we would look into an electric water heater, hoping it would be a better investment. So we called to get an estimate. When Ed arrived he was professional and on time. .. he quickly gave us a quote for the installation of a electric heater but asked to look at our current heater to see if there was anything he could do. Ed took time without charging us and explained and showed my husband how he could fix it himself if he bought a specific part. This was amazing news as the plumber told us that their was nothing he could do, they didnt make that part and a new water heater was our only option. How refreshing is it to have a contactor be honest. He wasnt out to make money off a young family... He saved us 1400 dollars. We are so grateful for his service, and honesty and will only work with him going forward.

EaZY Electrical is one of the only major electrical repair companies in this area. Because of that, and because of the quickness we needed the repare work completed, we were only able to get 2 quotes. They are supper attentive to needs and communicated with us until work was completed. They were able to fit us in within a day of calling. That’s valuable compared to others in the area. My only ding that I’m giving them in price. Almost $500 to install 2 outdoor GFCI recpeticals and to put a cover plate on a electrical cover box. I know electrical work can be expensive but this was a bit over he top in my opinion.

I compared several quotes for the same job and they came out the lowest price and came out the faster than anyone else said they could and then got it done very quickly and for the price that was quoted and not a penny more. I would have liked to hire them for some additional services and still plan to in the future but the prices seemed a little on the unreasonably high side for those things but I just talked to the field tech and didn't try to negotiate. Was pleased with the work. The tech's name was Jesse I think, just like most of these other reviewers are saying. The only thing that I found to be a problem was I requested proof of insurance 3 times and it was never presented despite them saying it will be. I was able to verify that they are licensed but it's important for an electrical contractor to be insured and bonded as well. That's why I didn't hire some fly-by-night hobo from Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor. Since it looks like the owner responds to these reviews and I might not see that response, my feedback to the owner is to put the insurance documents and licensing information on your website. In an age of unlicensed and uninsured "Chuck-in-a-truck" guys on these stupid apps, I think it's a good idea to instill confidence in potential customers by providing those documents without having to ask for it. Just my 2 cents.

We had a power pole knocked down an after endless calls Eazy Electrical was actually the only one to show up next day to give me estimate !,I can honestly say they really understood how important this was n there service man walked me thru what everything would intell n gave me estimate which I gave to owner after a few more companies finally showed days later with there estimate an I was so happy to see Easy Electrical was cheapest of them all , an after we insurance to go thru we was playing waiting game with insurance Eazy Electrical called an offered the owner financing if approved ,so to say least they went over n above to help get process started sooner n when they sent me ghe estimate for owner of house it was even cheaper than what they quoted first cause the owner of Eazy Electrical went himself back out to property n seen a better way of achieving same goal!!! An finally got payment ready for them n they was on it with in a day n we had to worry bout nothing they handled permits ,code enforcement , N GA Electric so please if you ever need a helpful decent price Electrical service Give them try there all great especially there service guys !!!
