I can't express just how much this company has helped me. Last year I purchased income property as well as a vacation home in southern Florida. In the last year I have needed contractors for a wide range of things including new installations as well as repairs. I've run into some terrible contractors and was at my wits end when I happened upon Jupiter-Tequesta. I have to say that they have become a savior to me. As far as I'm concerned, they can literally do no wrong! Okay, maybe that's pushing it but I'm not exaggerating how great they are. How much better they are than the norm. Their reps on the phone are better than any I've ever dealt with. Their repairmen have all been knowledgeable, as well as personable. They have always managed to give me quick response and get me back up and running. If they did appliance repair, I'd never have to call anyone else. Love these people and can't recommend them enough.

I recently had Jupiter Tequesta Plumbing out to my home to resolve a plumbing issue in my bathroom. Just making the appointment was difficult because I was left on hold twice for extended periods and had to hang up and call again later. I was given the name of the 'seasoned' employee who would be coming to complete the repair. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, I called to confirm as I did not receive the confirmation call on the day prior which had been promised. I was told that the same employee identified previously would be coming for my service call. He, however, did not show up but was replaced by two other very young employees. I had no real issues with the technicians but once I received my invoice via email, I noticed that I was charged $99 for a protection plan which I had very specifically declined at the time of service because I am in the process of selling my home and it would be of no value to me. I called Jupiter Tequesta that afternoon, the following day and again on the following Monday requesting the correction and refund of the overpayment. Each time, I was promised a 'Manager' would call me later on the day of the respective call and resolve the matter. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK FROM JUPITER TEQUESTA AND WHEN I CALLED THE FINAL TIME, I WAS TOLD BY THE OPERATOR THAT THE MANAGER AND/OR OWNER WOULD NOT SPEAK WITH ME. After the endless time on hold during each of the calls during which I was subjected to relentless commercials espousing the outstanding customer service, I could not believe what I was hearing. It is not merely the money but the principles involved in the situation. I could not be more disappointed in the customer service I received from this company.--it was abysmal! Heed the warnings and look elsewhere for a company with integrity to perform your a/c and plumbing needs.

I called this company to get a price on replacing a toilet and was told that a person from the company would have to come out to do a estimate and the charge would be $89.95 for the visit, why would anyone pay this fee when they already know that they want their, toilet replaced,seems simple to me,quote me over the phone and if something unexpected comes up then other chargers may apply.I called another locale company and they quoted me over the phone and after agreeing to the price I was serviced the same day and very happy with service and price.I think Jupiter/Tequesta should rethink this practice,your losing business .

Had nothing but issues with Jupiter Tequesta AC. I’ve spend over $3500 in the last 9 months on work being done on a 4 year old unit. Every time they come out to “fix” the issue, problems only get worse. I had someone out today to replace a part that he believed was the issue and the ac, literally, is not blowing any air out of the vents in my house now. Didn’t have that issue yesterday before they touched it. Called to complain about it and get another tech out to my house to look into the problem and I can’t get anyone back out until I get home from work tomorrow. I feel like they are just playing guessing games with the issue. I will probably have paid for a brand new unit before they actually fix it... not to mention the sky-high electric bills month after month due to the unit continuously running and using electricity.

I've had more issues with this worthless company since they installed my new unit about a year ago. First it took 4 different tech's to figure out I had a bad switch board for the thermostat to make a connection with the outside unit, and that's 3 days of turning the breakers on and off several times. Then I had them come out for another maintenance issue and the tech accidentally cut a wire on the outside unit. Cut it right in half when he was putting it back together. Now today, I am having another connection wire issue with my outside unit. They have been to my house over 6 times just this year. I'm sure this is just pure bad luck but I've had it with these guys. Nothing gets fixed and always breaks again 2 months down the road. I wish I never used them to install the new unit. Beware if you decide to use them. This is just my experience.

I am very disappointed with them :( I won't be renewing my contract. I used other hvac companies before and none of them mentioned anything about my unit having mold. Tequesta technician shows up and all of a sudden my unit is covered in mold. Do you guys carry a jar of mold with you so you can sabotage people's AC units? Then they tried to sell me bunch of nonsense over priced gadgets. For example a UV light. Please check Amazon and Home depot. The most expensive UV light is around $130 and it comes with 1 year warranty. You do not need to be an hvac specialist or an electrician to install it to your unit. Tequesta asks $1000 for it... What???? How is your UV light different than the rest in the market? On top of it they try to sell ozone generator... Oh My God!!! Ozone is toxic!!! If there is mold, it WILL NOT kill the mold. It will eliminate the smell of it. You are complaining about an engine noise in your car, and they are offering you a pair of expensive ear plugs! Also long term exposure to ozone will harm you as well!!!! Even if it was not harmful ... Ozone generators - if they are not standalone units - are also around $100 yet Tequesta charges thousands again. Their technician made a long list of gadgets that I need... UV light electrostatic filter ozone generator some weird hepa filter thingy... The total was around $5000. I can add a little more and buy a new AC unit. What is wrong with you all??? I understand that the goal is to sell bunch of accessories to customers to make money, but can you put yourselves in our shoes? At this day and age with such an easy access to internet we can find any information easily. If you charge maybe $100 or $150 extra for the additional equipment then people like me wont bother ordering these items online and install them on their own... They will let you do it!!! That way instead of gauging only 1 person to make money, you can sell the item to hundreds or thousands and make more money overall. Bad business overall

Had an appointment scheduled for 10/1 and the technician never showed up even though I received an email that work had completed. The customer service rep that evening said they would look in to it and the next day they confirmed that nobody came. We have been calling every day since then to find out when someone will be back to complete the install that failed inspection. I now have a new AC that I have already paid in full for and it has not passed inspection to my knowledge. Nobody is returning my calls. He was very professional and considerate, and thorough in explaining all the areas he checked out. My unit is only about 5 years old so just need to have the annual maintenance completed. I would contact this company again and ask for Carlos should I need any further service to my AC unit!

I had a new hot water tank installed in May. It was a preventative replacement and recommended by condo HOA. In other words, my other tank was fine but it was older so it was recommended for replacement. Last week I did not have hot water. I called for service and there was no sense of urgency. To make a long story short, I had 5 service calls, was told I had an electrical problem and would have to pay $855, and I took an entire day off work at the request of a service tech, and on Thursday, I still had no hot water. I finally got my new hot water tank repaired (bad upper element) late Friday. The issue was poor customer service, no communication or miscommunication between staff, and poor treatment overall. Another thing to note; the representative named DON that handles my HOA did absolutely nothing to assist and never returned phone calls when I explained that I had a problem. The positive I will say is most of the service techs were nice, sympathetic, and trying to help but were not supported by there managers. Be careful when dealing with this company. They say one thing when they sell you something but do not follow through on promises.

This company is great. They always do good work and show you what needs to be done before doing any of the work. They also will show you if something should be done in the future so you can plan for additional expenses. They are always very professional and friendly. All of the technicians that I have dealt with have been very courteous, kind and friendly. They are very good at explaining repairs or just maintenance issues so that I can understand them.

After evaluating my system he determined that my concerns were valid however there were no additional repairs needed and explained the noise coming from unit. Techs are sent out very quickly and they always arrive on time. They never complain no matter how hot it is! Our favorite tech is Carlos, he is exceptionally detail oriented and experienced, and he is always friendly.

We use this company for several of our properties, but the best thing we can say about them is that they have a lot of service people so getting same day service is always possible if you buy a Platinum Plan. However, there have been many issues and problems. Twice they botched installing drains in our commercial property, and damaged merchandise in our warehouse. After the tech said they would pay for the damaged goods, the office ignored these requests. Last week when they were there to provide maintenance service, the tech caused drywall damage in the ceiling. Water was running onto the desk in the office. He promised that someone would call us to repair it last week, but still no response. We are supposed to get service twice per year and filter changes four times a year (they charge us over $1000 per year for this service). However they don’t do it unless I call to nag them about it and they have missed many of the filter changes that we have paid for. Looking for an alternative.

Carlos Martinez came out for the 6 month service of my A.C. per my contract. I suspected a partial clog in the drain line which had happened before. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the system. We realized there was a leak in the drain line. He spent a while analyzing the issue and determining the best method to repair it. He explained and showed my the problem and my options to fix it, as well as costs involved. He was sincerely looking out for my best interest. His honesty and extensive experience made me very comfortable. Carlos is quite an asset to Jupiter-Tequesta A.C.. I would strongly recommend asking for Carlos to solve any AC problems you may have. We recently were infested with rats which destroyed a lot of our duct work in the attic. We had Jupiter-Tequesta come out to fix everything the rats destroyed as well as fix the work that another company had not finished properly. The gentlemen who came out on a Saturday and worked all day were very polite and professional. However some of the work was not done properly and the work they were to fix that the other company did not do , never got done. Carlton came out ( whom was very experienced and knowledgeable) and fixed one thing and assessed the previous work that was done (or not done) and reassured me that he would talk to his manager to rectify the situation. The next day we had an issue with the split-systems both blowing hot air in which they sent out Carlos at 9pm to assess the problem. He was also very experienced and knowledgeable and got the system up and running in no time. We have the Platinum service contract so there was no additional cost to us. They are scheduled to come out and fix and complete the original work they did on next Saturday. I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their work, 24/7 emergency service, and they work weekends. It is very had to find a company that does that especially in Florida.

However, we were fortunate to have Justin St. John from Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electric, Inc. respond to our service call. He was prompt, courteous, professional and best-of-all capable. He installed a new hot water heater in short order. The entire process was hassle-free and efficient. I strongly recommend this firm for all your requirements. Today, we used them for electrical work. Ronnie and Sean were both very professional, competent and courteous. They completed the work efficiently and timely. It is comforting to know that we have expertise available from this company for all our plumbing, air-conditioning and electrical service requirements.

They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and worked all day long until the work was done. The entire time the plumber was fixing the problem, he tried to coerce me into signing a maintenance contract. He also claimed I had another problem. When I refused to sign a contract, he seemed angry and charged me MUCH more than any plumber has charged to fix that problem. The second problem? Another plumber confirmed the problem was nonexistent.

I'm giving a poor review on Jupiter-Tequesta due to poor customer service and suspicious billing practices. We needed two clogged toilets cleared at our office which shockingly took 2 plumbers all day to clear it (??) The original estimate was already high, but after 8 hours on the job, the bill skyrocketed to nearly $1000. I took them at their word on the root cause, but after reviewing the situation with my landlord, their story never added up. A few days later, I called their office to calmly discuss the situation with a manager, but the receptionist was hesitant to do so and only repeated what I already knew. Eventually she agreed to put me in touch with a manager who was supposed to call me within 24 hours ... that was 3 days ago and I've never received a call. I'm now left with the impression these plumbers took advantage of our desperation, dragged out the appointment to pad the bill, and misled us on the root cause. If they would have honored their word to call me back, I probably would not be writing this negative review, but ignoring me has taken my suspicions & anger from bad to worse. Use caution with this company and don't expect much from customer service.

Tim has been our service technician for several years. On his first visit he was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately spotted a problem with the drain tube and was able to repair it. Two other technicians had serviced the unit prior to Tim. I knew immediately that I wanted Tim to be our future technician. He is always friendly and thorough. Tim is an asset to your company. If only there were an option for no stars. I had a new AC installed Thursday. 2 days later and it is not working at all. And then someone comes out Saturday and says they can’t get back till Monday. Omg! Worst experience I’ve had in a really long time. Guess they got their $7800 and they’re good. Don’t let them install yours!!!!!!! Update: they did rectify the situation but I don’t want to remove the review because it’s a good reminder to be careful when deciding on providers.

Terrible company Unprofessional Salesman came to my house. Roamed around for an hour and half. Cut open entrance to duct in attic. Did not ask permission and now AC not working well I called the next day to complain about him and was told there was no manager or owner on duty. This is BAD company. Dishonest When he left my house i knew he had done something wrong Beware. They send coupons to lure you in He did not ask permission to hang around my house and do things in my garage and attic. And he was rude. Stay away

Blower motor went out in my unit, technician came out and did the diagnostic to confirm which was all good although he couldn't get me a price on the motor on a Sunday he did provide me with 3 quotes to replace the ENTIRE ac system for $7700. I told him I would have to think about it. The next day he called and said it would be $2300 to replace the blower motor but he couldn't get the part for 7-10 days but he could install a new system tomorrow saying trane parts are impossible to find. There is a trane parts store on vista parkway that had plenty of the motors in stock and had my local ac guy replace it same day for $1200. Bottom line is they are not in the business of repairing anything, only trying to get you to replace everything at once, I would strongly suggest getting another estimate as it is apparent they can not be trusted.

Jeff was super friendly and easy to talk to. He educated us on different systems that are available to us,. we had no idea that there were different types of central HVAC systems. He took the time to teach us the pros and cons of each. He also walked through plans, the existing house for additional work to be done in the future, and listened to our concerns and needs. At the end of the day we need to make a decision that is best for our family and our budget. We are building an addition with a defined amount of money, so we must be shrewd and smart. In that light, we are receiving quotes from different companies as good consumers on a large project should do. But so far Jupiter Tequesta with Jeff as the front man has been a very big selling point for us, and is the standing measure of customer service at this point of our experience. THANKS JEFF!

Taylor was fantastic. Texted me ahead of time so I knew within 15 minutes of his ETA.... Allowed me to continue working instead of sitting idle at the house waiting on arrival. Taylor really knew his stuff as well. Had a hot water heater installed. Unfortunately, installer broke my new IKEA kitchen faucet when trying to figure out why no hot water was coming out. Little did he realize that there was no hot water coming out anywhere. He did something wrong, which he figured out and corrected. In the meantime, my faucet was broke and he tells me I can go to Ikea and get the part. Will not use again.

I thought $278 just to drill 2 holes and install a Nest Thermostat that I provided was a little steep. This probably isn’t the most affordable option. However, Rob and Tim were on-time, courteous and completed the job quickly.

This is the second time I’ve used them. Once was for a general ac service to keep everything in good condition and today was plumbing. My spigot valve had a slow leak. He showed me my options and explained everything. I even told him my frustration with access and he came up with a solution as show in the pictures. I would recommend their services to anyone. I recently had a new ac system installed by Jupiter Tequesta and it was a great experience. The salesman Don was very friendly and patient because I had a lot of questions. The price I paid was very reasonable, I shopped many other companies for the exact equipment and I saved a lot with Jupiter Tequesta. The installers Jorge and Glen were amazing. They were early for the install, took their time and made sure I was fully satisfied with my new system. Cant say enough great things about the entire experience. If you need a new system I would definitely recommend Jupiter Tequesta.

Called Jupiter Tequesta AC because the coils inside my AC unit were very dirty due to a misplacement of the filter. They came to the house and service the unit clean the coils and fixed the filter holder so this does not happen again. The technician was very nice and detailed with the job. Everything and all the options to make my house AC systems better was explained to me. I would defiantly use this company again!!! Thank you Jose for a job well done.

We have used JT AC for the last 5 years and it has progressively gotten worse in regards to customer service and ethically repairing equipment. We have had consistent issues with both our AC units (both bought 5 years ago and installed by JT). We recently went a week without AC, zero communication from my technician who was handling ordering the new part and fixing my unit. When they finally came out to fix it, the technician realized he ordered the wrong part and I would either have to wait another week+ do get my unit running again or have them “rig it up” so that it would run. So end result is my drain pan is still cracked, they experimentally rigged up the draining system - which could break at any moment and leak through my ceiling again - and I was still charged. Do yourself a favor and use another company because the work is unethically done and they will rip you off in the end.

Your electrician, Brendan Mulhern, is a delightful and capable young man. Throughout the service call he was efficient, polite, capable and innovative. The two recessed LED replacement lights he recommended and installed required some creative adaption because they were slightly smaller than the existing fixtures. But, he figured out a way to make them work that was completely satisfactory to me. As a result we can now actually see into the linen closet because the new fixtures provide at least 100% more light and far better dispersion than the old ones. If I need further electrical service I’ll be certain to ask for Brendan.

I just had all my AC ducts replaced, with returns and extra vents added. I was seriously anxious about how hot and awful the experience would be. I was not prepared for the actual experience... it was awesome! Excellent work, super professional and knowledgeable, and GREAT attitudes! These guys worked in awful conditions all day long, and were so friendly, never once did they slow down or appear even fazed by the 170+ degree attic they spent the day working in. And after working 12 hours in my house/attic, in mid-July... now that they're nearly finished? They are vacuuming and cleaning my house!! I think it might end up being cleaner than before they came. their service visit is way over priced most places offer 50-65$ for a service visit i called today telling them i found a coupon in the mail and telling them i have a small leak in my AC Unit they told me just for the service visit its $89 so even with a coupon the other place i called that said $50 for a service visit is cheaper just before they come to look at it god only knows what they would charge for a small leak . very bad if your looking to burn money for same level of quality work as another company this place is for you.

They told my 71 year old mother she had mold and scared her into immediately changing her AC. They never tested for mold,and mold testing is to be done by an unaffiliated 3rd party. All it was ,mildew. Wiped it off $5000 later. Shame on you FPL AC /Jupiter Tequesta. You are using scare tactics that are lies to sell air conditioner's. It was 89 degrees in our home. I called and spoke to Caitlyn who was fantastic! She was so friendly and I loved her greeting when I called ("How can I make you smile today?"). She assured me that a tech would be able to come by between 7-9pm (I was calling early afternoon on a Sunday). Chris Cherry, the tech, called and was able to come at 4:00. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to make a temporary repair until the part arrives. The temperature in my home became tolerable within a few hours. He will be back to install the part to make the repair complete. Chris wore covers on his shoes so he wouldn't get anything on my floors. I appreciated it greatly. It's obvious that this company takes great pride in their customer service! This was our second time using them and we have signed up for their very comprehensive, reasonably-priced maintenance program to keep our AC system in tiptop shape. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My mother received a mailing from this company showing is recommendation by FPL, so she felt confident calling them when her a/c unit stopped working. She liked them so much over the phone that she requested a gold membership. They came out quickly to fix her unit, but that is where things went bad. 5 service calls in 2 days to repeatedly replace the same part with her a/c unit still not functioning. I called the company to discuss matters with them only to find that they recommended replacing the entire unit including a new concrete pad under the unit, they said they could give us a "deal" at $4800 on up. I was told the motor was completely burned up and required replacing at a cost of starting at $1500 with no guarantee of the unit or the work. No photos of the unit or written descriptions of the problems were given even when requested. There was merely pressure to buy the new unit because they told us there were no other alternatives since everything was "burned up inside". We contaced a different a/c person after dealing with this company long distance over a week, with my elderly mother suffering with no ac. The new company came out, fixed her a/c. Told us the motor and everything else was fine. 3 days later her system is still working like a champ, absolutely no problems whatsoever at a cost of only $100. When I called the office staff to request a refund, I let them know I had previously spoken with the manager Greg regarding the problem. The secretary informed me that no manager would be able to speak to me now or in the future about a refund for our Gold membership (like we would want to use them again!!) and that my only recourse would be to send an e-mail and wait for a response. Of course I have not heard anything back from my e-mail either. Please beware of this company. I believe they took advantage of my elderly mother because her children are out of town and cannot corroborate anything they said to us. Even when another HVAC repair person called on our behalf requesting diagnostics and photos, they did not follow through and provide them, they simply increased the pressure to purchase an entire new system. I would provide zero stars, but the tech Wendell was kind on the phone.

Jupiter Tequesta A/C has failed me as a customer. They installed a new Lennox A/C system and ducting in my home. Their installation crew were very unprofessional cursing and using fowl language the whole time they were installing my new system. I have a three year old that heard all of this.The install crew also left a bottle of urine in my driveway. The system they installed worked for a few hours after the installation and then froze completely up. I was without A/C for the weekend because they did not have the part on their truck.. My ducting system was unbalanced and I had some rooms that were freezing and some that were not blowing any air at all. They failed multiple inspections and every time I called them with a problem it took them forever to get it taken care of. I still have ducting and cans that are sweating due to improper duct installation and sealing. I contacted them regarding the sweating and they refused to service my system because I complained about the poor quality of work that was performed at my residence. Their customer service is terrible.Please save yourself the time, aggravation and money.They will not make you smile....

That was on September 12 about 4 technicians went to my house after the last one found the problem.they have to order the parts and guess what today is October 12 and still don’t know when the ac will be fix it. I’ve been calling every week and they just tell me lies the parts will be here in 5 days , next week etc...Manager never call to inform what’s going on. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR USE ANOTHER COMPANY. This company installed my a/c unit 2 years ago and did not even tell us that the vents are dirty. i found out this due to getting so many allergies so i call them to clean 12 vents and the dryer vent and they want it almost 700 dollars looks like many can be printed on 3D printers now!!!!! i called another company and is 189 for 12 vents but they don't do the dryer no problem i can handle the dryer.... what a shame

This summer, while here on an annual inspection (part of a service package we had been purchasing yearly), a technician offered to change a bulb for me, then offered twice more. I had the bulbs. Come to find that I was charged about $102 for him to "install" the three bulbs. I talked with three employees over a three week period, requesting that a supervisor or manager call me to discuss. Perhaps you think I should have known I would be charged about $37 for the labor of changing a bulb. I was never given a quote and as 4+ year customer it wasn't unusual for them to offer to do something small like this free of charge. I had plumbing and electrical services done before but those service techs were honest. The most recent guy, not so much. And when push came to shove, the management chose to ignore my complaints. Bravo, you've lost a good customer.

Justin our electrician technician as in the past was excellent. This company request that you respond to their email about the technician. Unfortunately as a business grad from tier 1 college I don't use nor have any need to use programs this company insists i.e. Facebook, Yelp, and other social media programs in responding. I've mentioned this to the owner and management and as a long time year round resident I never have gotten a return response. I've tried to contact them thinking in their web site their contact #s would be given. Sounds like my server when going out to dinner and food was not hot as requested. Excuses don't cut it. I could have not responded to company's email but that's not fair to the technician who was outstanding. Good workers need to be recognized!! It seems the owner is on a roll. He's doing so well so why bother to concerns like mine.

When no one showed up, I called and inquired as to why they did not show up. I was informed that my appointment was set for the next week. Horrible company!!! Unorganized, unprofessional, sloppy and they do not care... we’ve had an issue every single month ever since they talked us into buying a brand new AC unit, it has literally gone out EVERY month. With a new baby at home we begged for a quick fix and fast service but every time it went out it took 4-5 days to fix. This last time they finally fixed it after 4 days (long weekend couldn’t get part) of no AC, only for it to BREAK 2 days later!!! Oh and the best part- one technician took a SHOE COVER (the covers they wear over their shoes to not get the house dirty) to put over the motherboard in attic so that it wouldnt get wet!?!? Really??? No wonder we have issues. Save yourself time, money and the hassle. Do not use this awful company!!

Needed a simply wax seal replaced on a toilet. Called their call center and was told the repair wouldn't exceed the service call. When they got to my house they told me the repair would be an additional $200. I then wasted 30 minutes arguing when them on the phone. I decided to hang up and call Buckeye Plumbing and they quoted be $150 less! I had a horrible experience with Jupiter Tequesta plumbing- I do NOT recommend them.

Please rethink using this company. Yes they answer the phone 24 hours a day, however, their ineptness and lack of follow through with service is incorrigible at best!! We had NO ac for two days - they said they couldn’t get the part from their distributor until Monday between 5and 7pm. Guess there’s only one ac part distributor in the Western Hemisphere. They called and said they could install it Tuesday. I said but the part is here Monday. They said it wasn’t an emergency- not to them- it’s not 98 degrees on their office. After repeated calls, a manager finally called and said the part IS in and a tech will be there between 5-7pm Monday. 7 came and went,8 came and went. I called. They said they made a mistake that they’d be there first thing Tuesday. So basically the part was in, they just didn’t bother to bring it my house and install, nor were they intending to call and let me know they weren’t going to show up. Oh- this is the 12th service call in 15 months for the AC THEY installed 3 years ago!!

Really disappointed in what I found out today. Was told by Tequesta A/C tech that our A/C unit which they installed 1 year ago had a mold issue that would be best solved by installing a UV light. Was even shown photos of coils of “my unit” by the tech. Had a different A/C company come out today to give me a quote and this company opened up the unit and air handler so I could see everything for myself. The tech was very informative and wanted to put my mind at ease. The handler area and coils were literally spotless! Come to find out without having a mold specialist actually test for mold, the term mold shouldn’t just be causally tossed around. I know the term scared my family but luckily we were able to get a second opinion. Image all the people who couldn’t afford this luxury and just bought the pricy UV light out of fear. Fear should not be a product selling point.

I was having a problem with my Nest Thermostat and I had to get a common wire installed. I found this company through the Nest Pro Tool. My service technician Hector got to my place before I did for the appointment. He was funny, very kind and explained the whole process to me. It was awesome because it ended up being cheaper to get a service agreement for my A/C for the year (which I needed desperately since it is 20 year old unit) than just the service alone. I am so glad that I found this company. I love that they are a local company that has been around for 35 years. I highly recommend them.

The Little A/C the wouldn’t! I am not a Happy customer. I have an ac unit that seems hell bent on not working properly. JT replaced the unit in June and I have had at least 7 service in a six month period. Problems with thermostats, failure to property cool and now when the temp has dropped— I discover the heater doesn’t work. Disgusted with this company. Most bad reviews are about crappy AC installation and malfunctions. My advice get your ac from somewhere else.
