July 3rd, kids coming to visit and Upstairs A/C unit crapped out. Looked for authorized Trane dealer nearby. Called, expecting to hear maybe next week, but they came same day. Marco called and said when he'd be here, and was on time. He asked the symptoms, and told me his plan of attack. As he made tests, he explained what he was doing, which I like. He gave me options and a recommendation, and got me working in relatively short order. I felt the cost was reasonable (and I am a cheap, old fart). Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

If I could give this company no stars I would. It started when I called service today about 4pm to have a leak fixed . You know they have this sameday service guarantee. They tell me the plumber will call when on way. They tell me I will pay after hours charged and pitch a service plan. It will be not after hour charges of I purchase and I do. At 10 I still hadn't received a call so I call the after hours emergency number. No answer, I then call back it's picked up and then hung up. I wait til next day and call and they have no idea why plumber never showed. They send someone over that day. I decided to cancel service plan because why have it if one of the sole purposes is you pay no after hours fees. Hell they don't show up after hours anyway. You would have thought they would have given me a disc for all the trouble but they didn't. Then today I get a call that says I owe a 55 dollar balance. Really how you guys charged my card did you not run correctly. I will not use their service again. Think twice before you do.

I called Service Today to find out how much they charged to come to my house and I explained I believe it was the thermocouple. They said it would be $133.00 and that would cover any minor repairs. The repairman showed up at 8:02 which was pretty prompt. He replaced the thermocouple in 32 minutes, (a $15.00 part), and then charged us the $133.00 and another $262.00! I told him I thought the lady on the phone told me the $133.00 would cover minor repairs...He said it would if he was here for a half hour...l asked him what time did he get at my house and he said he didn't know...There's no information on our bill stating the time he fot here or got done! They are very misleading and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Service Today has always been prompt in responding to service calls. The technicians are courteous, calling ahead to alert us to their expected arrival time. They wear disposable booties over their shoes to avoid tracking dirt. When they installed a new system and we had problems, they replaced the units with a new system. They really live by their guarantee.

We had a Mitsubishi air and heat unit installed in our sunroom. Craig our salesman was great to work with and the guys that came to do the install did a great job. There were some last minute changes they had to make, but they jumped right in and worked it out and got it installed. They were professional and did a wonderful job. Not knowing that the next day our house unit would give up. Called first thing in the morning and they were there within an hour. The news wasn't good, but again Craig came and we found the perfect unit for our house. The guys came to install it on a Saturday on one of the hottest days this summer. They we very professional without one complaint even after being up in our very very hot attic. They had us up and running within a few hours. This was our first experience with Service Today and we were treated with 1st class service all around.
