We noticed power problems over the weekend causing flickering lights and power surges. We contacted John on Saturday morning and he quickly stopped by to assess the problem. He re--worked his schedule so that he could replace our service lines that Monday. John was very nice, professional and did quality work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

He called me back within an hour of my call, I told him that my family was without power since last night and said he'd meet me at my house in 10 min. After diagnosing the problem (which turned out to be a minor fix), he explained what problems could arise in the future, but was not pressing me to make changes right away. He was fair and reasonable with his pricing for the visit. I felt very comfortable having him and his employee Brendan in my house and I would trust them to be alone in my house if need be. My first opportunity to use John&#Electrical service go back at least 10 years when I had him come out to trouble shoot and upgrade the electrical in a house I was purchasing. In the time h was here he did a very thorough job. stayed very close to his original time line and was very fair and competitive in pricing. Another time was when my wife wanted cabinet lighting in our kitchen, again John keeps up with the latest equipment out on the market and helped make the best choice for the installation we needed, needless to say my wife was blown away again by his skills and professionalism; We could not be at home during this time and gave John the keys to the house so he can do the work, Honestly we trust him like family. John will come in, do the work and clean up after himself, you would never know he was there. Again we use John’s Electrical Service exclusively.
