Had an issue and they were able to fit me in 2 hours after I called, which was great and the receptionist was very polite. While the tech was on the way I was able to figure out the problem on my own and they allowed me to cancel with no worries. The technician also told me on the phone how I could solve or prevent the problem that I was having. He also was very courteous, friendly and informative without even having to come to my house or charge me anything. I have not actually had them do services in my house yet but I would not hesitate to call again and use them in the future based on their professionalism and courtesy. Some electricians in my area also charge by the hour which this company does not. And they are about 40 minutes from my house. Great professional company wouldn't hesitate to use them

Great work. No mess. Had two ceiling fans with lights replace two canned lights and wired under the sheetrock. Had a large chandelier put over the tub (replaced another canned light) plus added a GFCI to the bathroom. Had the garage door opener wire (builder left me with a mess) reinstalled under the sheetrock. These people are very good and we are having them back for more work. Prices were competitive and absolutely no gripes. Thank you.

On August 1 (very hot day) we lost 220 v power on one of our 200 Amp service panels. This meant we had no air conditioning, no kitchen range, no hot water, and no clothes dryer. The main breaker and the bus bar in the service panel were fried and melted together. While my wife was in surgery at the hospital, my daughter and I called Expert Wire while sitting in the waiting room. The very courteous representative said that they would have someone out to the house between 3 pm and 7 pm. At 3:30 pm two techs, Matt and Brian showed up with two trucks. Matt assessed the situation and said they could have our power restored that evening. Matt called the power company so the meter could be removed and ordered all the needed parts from his office. A truck was sent halfway to meet Brian and he brought the needed parts to the house. Matt stayed at the house and removed the burnt panel and marked the wiring. Both Matt and Brian installed the new panel, rewired all the new circuit breakers and reattached the outside meter. Before dark that day we had power and everything worked! Both Matt and Brian were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Thanks to Expert Wire and their professional techs, Matt and Brian, we were able to bring my wife home from the hospital to a cool and comfortable house the next day! Richard S. / Cindy T. I just moved into a home that was built in 1987. I initially contacted Expert Wire to hook up the existing Bose speaker system that came with the house. They were able to complete the repair in less than 5 minutes! Since it took so little time, I asked if they would hang a large light fixture that I had purchased. I am forever grateful that I did because they instantly knew that the wiring was completely messed up. This particular outlet would only stay turn on, there was no switch to turn off the power. They ended up staying later than expected (I felt bad for that) but I feel 100% safer knowing that my install was done correctly. I knew that there were going to issues with the wiring in such an old home, I was very surprised to find out about so many safety issues. They took the time to explain and SHOW me where some of the issues were. There was no doubt a potential fire hazard. There was literally an open wire sparking. I will continue to use Expert wire for the remaining issues. They quoted the price prior to any repair and the price didn't change, even with all of the difficulty. I can't think Matt W. and Brian G. enough making me feel safe. I can only hope that Expert Wire send the same team next time! I HIGHLY recommend!

Matthew Kondash was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He called hours before our appointment time to see if we wanted to take an earlier opening, which of course I was thrilled about in this warmer weather. Expert wire has helped me numerous times now. What can I say, since the first experience, I don't see why I would use another set of electricians. From a panel upgrade, ceiling fan installation, and installation of one awesome entertainment set up (not a device or wire seen other than the TV and Speakers themselves), these guys can do it all. By the way, did I say clean? I'm walking through the new house with shoes on, and these guys are putting on slippers right behind me. I have had horrible experiences with other contractors in regards to cleaning up after themselves, but not these guys. They continue to deliver and leave a lasting impression on our home!

On a Sunday night after coming home from a 3-day intensive seminar, I found myself in a smoking bathroom, coming from none other than my bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. I was in a total panic and Murphy's Law dictated that it would strike during the most inconvenient of times: 10:30PM on a Sunday night. Because of both Dave and Morgan's knowledge, I am now back to operating as usual without disruption. They are simply wonderful, in that they execute their skill and knowledge coupled with the right combination of soft skills that any houseowner would want when opening up their house to total strangers under less than comfortable circumstances namely being kind, courteous, and most of all, discreet with the personal items that I have around the house! Mayhew Kobash came out and in 10 min had diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Then checked for any other issues..He was polite, courteous and efficient. I'm very happy to be part of their "club".
