They lied about product. Charged me too much. For a light to get put in. The people were rude and did not know what they were doing. They sent young teens who did not know what they were doing .the light came out of the wall not even two days after they put it in. I called another electrical company they fixed it for me for a low price.do not recommend

BEWARE of this company. Yes, they are nice and quick and responsive but they will promise one thing and charge something completely differently. The person who came to my house to check out a few concerns (turned out it was nothing electrical) assured me, two days before Christmas, that he was not going to charge me for the visit because he really didn't do anything. He just asked that if I ever need any work done, to let them be the company i use. I agreed and was very grateful for the gesture and fairness especially considering the time of year. Then I started getting bills from the company. I called and left voicemails asking to speak to someone to discuss the matter and no one ever bother to return my call, just kept sending bills. I paid the bill, but just beware of them. They'll promise one thing then just bill you what they feel like and demand their money.

I used Electrical Plus for my business to install a new outlet on the exterior of our facility. When they came out to survey the work, I was rather clear about the demand that would be on the outlet. I was told their proposal would be sufficient. Once completed, we found that the GFI was constantly tripping because the outlet was overloaded. I had a conversation with them after, they were willing to come out and re-run an additional outlet at the same expense of the first one. When they were here working, they were nothing but friendly and professional, I have no complaints about the work itself. Looking back, I should have put the demand requirements in writing before agreeing to the project. I'm not an electrical person, I looked to them for guidance. Just something to keep in mind before you proceed with any work. Overall the experience with the company was fine, just didn't end up with what we hoped for.

I was very impressed with this company and Jeremy in particular. I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping for our septic pump and our septic tech suggested we replace or expand our panel. I wanted to have a certified electrician take a look at our panel to get an estimate. I googled local suppliers and reached out to Electrical Plus to ask for options based on their positive reviews. They were able to send Jeremy over and he took his time to understand the issue and the events that lead to the breakers tripping. He analyzed the events and recommended not necessarily replacing the panel but replacing the older breaker. I was amazed at the logical justification, clear communication, choices and support I was provided. I will certainly reach out to Electrical Plus for all my future needs! I could see that the focus was on doing it right by the customer instead of looking for financial gain! Keep up the great work!

The team at electrical plus were on time, professional, and courteous. They upgraded my circuit breaker box from 100 to 200 amp service. Kip answered all my questions and gave me a few pointers as well. They also fished coax cable through my finished basement and up to the attic. Kip and Gavin cleaned up after themselves and left the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Photos are the new box and service line.

I was really impressed they were able to pull the wiring for the recessed ceiling lights with only the two tiny 1x3" holes that they made. Jim from Electrical is awesome! I had an emergency situation on July 4th where the entire circuit panel shorted. He came in an hour and provided a temporary fix until the next day. He was incredibly diligent in his work and didn't rush through given it was late on a holiday night. He and his crew came back the next day to re mediate the issue. They were professional and did a thorough job. Given my plight, they could have easily taken advantage of me with the costs, but they did not. It was a very fair price for the quality work they provided. I highly recommend them for you electrical needs. In an age where people always look for an angle, it's great to see businesses provide a truly great service for a fair value. They are worth it. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called after hours and left a message and received a return phone call within 5 minutes. The electrician called me, gave me an eta and arrived right on schedule. He quickly found the problem was with PECO and he described to me what was probably the problem and what PECO would do to fix it. He was absolutely correct. I was not charged for the visit. I will call them again for all future electrical work.

It was pure pleasure working with Electrical Plus. Jeremy provided me with an accurate estimate over the phone, and had two of his guys go out to my client's home on short notice to install a dedicated 20 AMP 120 volt line for a microwave we were installing. The workmanship was top notch, my client said she had hardly gotten used to them being there when they were finished with the job and ready to leave. The office manager Jenna made the process incredibly efficient and kept me informed every step of the way so I could, in turn, keep my client posted. As a kitchen installer, I have seen the worst and the best that sub contractors have to offer. Jeremy Mueller and his crew are the best! I intend to use them for all my clients' electrical needs.

Will note that communication with office on another estimate went slowly. Apparently one task/item was omitted from the original estimate. When finally updated, the omitted task/item increased the cost by 50%. Hence, did not install.

Jeremy was very willing to work with us on tailoring/changing aspects of the job and scope of work.
