Did a fantastic job exactly to specs and expectations and cleaned up neatly after. In a prior job, they took care of completely wiring (lights and outlets) our newly finished attic. True to their namesake = Professional!

Today I used your services, the technician was Zach S. I had of things to address, Zach did quality work, was neat and is highly knowledgable. Very personable too. I was concerned that some unforeseen thing that came up would make him late, he was very happy to troubleshoot that as well. With his knowledge he found some serious grounding issues and corrected them as well, and said he'd never leave things that need updating to be safe. I will recommend this company without hesitation. Lastly, this company went out of it's way to be in contact with me from start to finish by texting and email as well. Robert and his crew replaced two old, 100-amp breaker panels, located in my family room, with one larger, 200-amp panel. I'd been putting this home improvement off for 20 years. Robert impressed me with his professionalism and respectfulness, listened to my questions and patiently and thoroughly answered them, and provided an estimate in writing. Once the contract was signed, his office followed up to confirm the appointment date. On the appointed day I received a text that the electricians were on their way. Angelo and Addison arrived on time and, again, listened. Specifically, I was concerned that the work would disturb footing drains, that exterior cables would interfere with shutters, and that the new breaker panel would deface paneling in my home. They took these concerns seriously, explained how the work would be done, and executed as planned. When the job was complete, they left the work area clean. Robert and his crew are top-notch. They excel at communication and customer service. I'm a happy client.

Bob and his apprentice were very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate our busy schedule and got the job done very efficiently. My husband and I have used Professional Electrical Services to install numerous outdoor lights on our home, and also lamp posts to light our sidewalk to the front door, complete with outdoor electrical outlets. We found Bob to be very responsive, and he got the lamp posts in quickly so we and our visitors could safely navigate our somewhat steep and curved front stone stairway. Outstanding service! We were moving into an old outdated house, having our kitchen and two bathrooms updated and we had PES upgrade all of our electrical and rewire the whole house. They also installed all of our new light fixtures, along with new outlets and switches. They were very courteous of the other workers in the house and always arrived on time when they said they would and finished up all the work in the time frame they gave. Very professional, does a very neat and acceptable job. And always cleans up after they are done. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family who need electrical work done!

Amazing! I've NEVER experienced outstanding service like this from a contractor! We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called Professional Electrical Services to come and look at it. Zach came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job! Blown away and very happy with the now-functional light fixture. Highly recommend these guys! Great go-the-extra-mile service and excellent communication you rarely find out there...

Zach and Addison were great, they went out of their way to help move some big pieces of furniture. I had a lot of little things that needed fixing such as replacing outlets, installing and replacing ceiling fans, repairing and installing outside sockets, etc. They were very professional and prompt. We called Professional Electrical Services because we were having a bunch of different electrical issues. Bob and Zach fixed a lot of different issues, and in the process, made our house a lot safer and up-to-date. They are both knowledgeable and friendly, and their text system worked out great to know when they'd be arriving. On top of that, a family friend needed an electrician for an emergency call--I told her to call Bob, and he was able to get to her house that night to take a look at things and help her out. Great prices and great service!

PES did a great job. Bob was hands-on and did the consultation and exceeded my expectations. My old transfer box was not adequate and many of my circuits were not working. After PES installed my new transfer box everything worked great. He even found several short circuits and electrical issues between my generator and new transfer box. He took the time to label all the circuits. In short, Bob is my new electrician.

I had my ac unit installed and pes did the electric and the guy that came was so rude and didn't say his name and brought mud in my house. The wiring job was awful and the connectors were loose, screws not tightened all the way, left holes and didn't caulk them. The guy was rude not friendly and his work is awful. I'm going to call tri-city and report him. Never again will I use them.

We ended up installing a receptacle that was not compatible with the cord Home Depot uses and Bob came out on Super Bowl Sunday to swap out the receptacle so we could have a working range in time for our party. My project ended up changing, he gave a quote- I had gotten several quotes already- and he gave a price that I would expect and was fair, and was able to fully understand my nightmare of a panel upgrade and come up with a realistic plan in a very short time...other electricians had a hard time with this. I Called to have my Door Bell fixed because their was no power going to the door bell. Got in touch with Bob who claim it to be an easy fix. Took them a week to even come by and fix the problem. So finally when they came the looked at and and agreed their was no power going to the bell. they bought a transformer with them which was not compatible with my Ring Door Bell unit. That blow upon installing it. so they went out and got another one and the door bell became functional.They charge me $325 for the whole job with was suppose to be an easy fix. after a week goes bell not power to the door bell. I called them and they tell me some B.S and that I'm out $325. I would highly Stay away from this company and their practices.

Not sure what to make of this the guys were great and they started out strong but in the end I was extremely disappointed. They came in and gave me a good estimate with good recommendations but on the day of the install I discovered that they totally missed that I had a generator circuit in the garage so they did not even install the correct panel with an additional breaker so it would be up to code. In fact they never connected the breaker to the circuit and they did not explain this to me. I had to discover this from another electrician. The last day the rushed out and did not complete labeling the panel and left a heater on on the basement that I did not discover was on full blast to three days later. After the inspection was complete they did not close the wall as promised. I was looking forward to a good relationship with them because I have other work that needs doing and always know homeowners that need an electrician but now I am not sure?

PES LLC is amazing. The outlet where my washer and dryer are went on Christmas Eve. I figured I would inquire about having two outlets installed for a new location for my TV. PES came out the same day, literally three hours after I called. While they were there, I was offered, at no added coast, to have a new outlet cover placed where my dryer is. The outlet the seller of the house installed was the wrong one. While I ran out the buy it, PES noticed a few other small things and fixed them since they were there. I can not believe how prompt they were and helpful. I am a new homeowner and I have found my electrician for future issues.
