Awesome experience with Climate Partners! I had several quotes from AC Contractors for the installation of Central Air. Brian from Climate Partners was very knowledgeable, honest, and seemed to be the one most interested in listening to my needs, as well as providing a fair and competitive price. I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Brian would not be doing the install. Plan were made for a walk through with the installation foreman a few days later. Joe, the foreman of the project seemed to be equally invested in taking the time to make the customer happy even if it meant more work for him. Joe and his crew arrived promptly on time a few days later and I cannot speak more highly of them. They worked diligently, neatly and efficiently. Their work was amazing! All duct work in the closets were nearly tucked away in the corners using as little closet space as possible, salvaging the closet organizers, with likewise results in the attic. Joe and his crew were amazing! After the installation and the testing, Joe patiently explained all of the equipment and operations as well as giving useful advice. I highly recommend Climate Partners for a new A/C .install.

It was Sunday night at 8pm, during a winter storm that Jovens came to our house for our service call. What a polite and respectful young man. He did all he could to help us have heat again. Our luck it turned out to be a very small HSI part that was in the warehouse and not available in his truck for a quick replacement. Jovens was apologetic and promised to return ASAP the next day to replace himself. He did exactly that. After 15 minutes -we have heat! Jovens was very knowledgeable in explaining the problem. I received a second quote for the installation of a new A/C unit and was very glad that I found Climate Partners. Brian came over first and was a pleasure to deal with. Having been an installer in the past, he was very knowledgable on the best way to install the system. He was also very straightforward with everything. Joe and his assistants did the install in 1 day. It was an extremely hot/humid day and the job took a bit longer than expected, but Joe and his team worked nonstop to make sure I had cool air by the end of the day. James the electrician also made some suggestions on bringing my electrical services up to code and even got along GREAT with my dog! The system works perfectly and was worth the investment. My only suggestions would be that the office be more thorough in preparing their technicians for the job (they were shorts a few parts on arrival) and I did find a few drill shavings here and there in my basement. Overall, I would definitely recommend Climate Partners.

**BUYER BEWARE** Called because my condensor unit would run but would not produce cold air. Technician came and told us we were low on Freon. He did a cursory look around the unit and could not spot any leaks so he filled it up. Technician was overly salesy and tried to sell us on everything from the moon and back including $1,000 to try and source the leak (if there was any at all). Technician also attempted not to honor their claim that "if they did the work" they wouldn't charge a diagnostic fee, and only waived it when I saw the charge on the invoice. The unit worked for all of one week. Now the condensor unit is hard-starting and won even turn on. Im convinced this is not a coincidence and the technician created a new problem (possibly overcharging the unit). I WILL NOT be calling them to come look at it again, because I don't believe in giving them more money for something they caused. Will be calling another company. Moral: Stay away from Climate Partners and any local HVAC business that has more than 400 shady google reviews (fake/forced)

We've recently replaced our whole HVAC unit in the house. Before that, in order the to get some quotes we got in touch with all the highly reviewed companies in CT. We decided to work with Climate Partners as their approach was the most genuine and authentic one. 4-5 people worked in the house for 2 days and they did a very neat job. Two thumbs up! Connected w/Rebecca via HomeAdvisor late Tuesday afternoon and had Jose here fixing the leak today. He could have come out yesterday but my schedule wouldn’t allow. Good communication both before (got a call about an hour prior to his arrival) and during the work (Jose described what he was proposing to do to fix the leak, updated me as he progressed and summarized what he had done when finished). Water was only off for approximately 4 hours. Now it’s back on and no leak!

Mark was the one bright spot of my ordeal. He diagnosed an issue with my external dryer vent. A vent tech with special tools was supposed to come out and fix it. The second tech didn’t fix it. That tech claimed that he did fix the vent and that my vents were clean. I continued to have the same problem of water leaking from my dryer. Since I was told the outside venting was fixed and my vents were clean I called an appliance repair person. $80 I didn’t need to spend. The repair guy told me my dryer is fine and it’s a vent problem. Mark came back and spent hours working on and correcting the issue. He is so nice and personable. He truly cares and it shows. He’s a great person and I am so thankful he was able to help. This continuing issue needlessly dragged on due to the second tech and cost more money than it should. But Mark made it bearable. Mark is truly awesome. He is very knowledgeable and it’s a pleasure to work with him. He deeply cares and it shows.

There was a small issue with air flow when the new system was initially tested, so they called another service technician to evaluate it. Anthony arrived and fixed the issue in no time, he assured me that everything was working perfectly. Great customer service, short wait time for install appointment, fair cost for quality equipment. I'd like to start with the positive. Climate partners came close to on-time, seems to have done a quality job and I think they were priced fairly. The issue is that we are selling our house and the inspector found a small leak to the boiler on my hot water heater. The technician said there was nothing that we needed to do at this point in time. The issue is they would not write this down for me. They did not want the liability "just in case" something happens in the future. This does me no good as I need documentation and I may need to get a different person out to evaluate my boiler. If this is the case, then I basically spent money for nothing. I have called and left several messages but the manager has not called me back.

Climate Partners was great to work with from start to finish. I needed to upgrade my furnace and water heater. I sent in an internet request for an appointment early in the morning. Someone reached out before 9 and had Bob scheduled to come meet with me later that day. There was snow outside and I greeted Bob at the door. He came in my house and instantly removed his boots. This was my first sign that I made the right choice. He then took his time to examine my house and what my needs would be. After a little time he sat down with my Wife and I and explained our options in detail. I had another couple companies coming out so I thanked him and told him I would get back to him. They came out on the day of our installation and that crew was just as pleasant as Bob. They had our whole system installed and ready to go for us in 1 day where others estimated 2.
