Several years ago, we paid aiello thousands to install a water softener and filtration system. Now that we have some issues, they "dont do those anymore". Absolutely no help at all about who might service, where to get replacement parts or cartridges or any help whatsoever about what might be causing problems.

Great all around service! When I called they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 2 days. All customer service communications were clear and up front of their process and what to expect. My technician (shout out to Nick) was super helpful, professional, respectful and friendly. He was able to identify how to address the problem quickly and made sure I was aware of the costs that would come with the repair before he started. Quality service does come at a higher price than others. I’ve had the same issue they came to resolve two times prior. Both were with a cheaper service and were only able to keep the problem at bay for a few months. I’ll follow up on if paying the higher price was worth the investment.

Rocco identified the problem with my sink right away (clogging) and also found additional areas which needed attention- leaking, a vent which should have been put in and he recommended a new faucet which he installed. He was knowledgeable and professional and I would not hesitate to have him back if I ever needed more work done. Well, it is that time of year again to get our heating system all checked out before winter comes. And surprise- surprise - it was Aaron again who was sent out to check out our heating system this year. Aaron had already come out a few months back to check out our AC system. Once again- Aaron came exactly at the designated time- 7:30 to 8 AM. We exchanged Greetings and he went right to work. Went downstairs to the basement- and he explained all that he was going to do. He spent a little over an hour taking care of the system. We tested the system after he finished and the heat started to come out of the vents. Before he left- Aaron told us to keep an eye on our system as it is nearly 18 years old. It is a Lennox System - and it is still working fine - so far! He told told me all the upfront charges- and that was it. Like the last time- he did a very good job . Looks like we are good for another year! Thanks Aiello and Thanks again Aaron-

The plumber was so thorough and found the source of the leak. He was friendly and picked up everything. These guys are liars! One star because that is the lowest rating i can give but these guys don't even deserve that! Call other home service companies and they will tell you that they all fix these guys mistakes. We got quoted for our boiler to get fixed for $2000 and they did not contact us for 3 weeks. We decided to do research and find another company. They fixed the issue for less than a 1/4 of the price! If you use these guys good luck! I will continue to let more and more people know so that they do not get ripped off!

Easy to set up appointment and on time and respectful workers. But they are way over priced. I checked pricing on what was used and it totaled less than $100 but I was billed $1000. It only took about half an hour to complete. Not happy with that at all.

Their helpful and well-informed replacement specialist worked with us to choose the best products and come up with a fair price -- and on the day of the installation, their crew arrived right on time, worked hard all day, and completed the work smoothly, with a minimum of fuss and no mess (their clean-up was little short of miraculous). I decided to reach out to Aiello today to address several slow leaks in 2 of our showers, 1 sink and water leaking from our furnace from some PVC piping that was backed up. The work and technicians were prompt, technically sound and polite. For the work that was performed however, I found the pricing to be a bit extreme. The leaks ran over $1k for some very basic parts and labor. Even the furnace was a matter of replacing PVC piping and installing a shut off valve. That part I can see costing a bit more, but for a relatively easy fix/minimal troubleshooting, over $2k all said and done just seems high. It was about a hour/hour and a half worth of labor for each techs portion of the job. Again, the techs were great. I think Aiello’s pricing is too aggressive. Ah well, hard lesson learned.

Rob the electrician was fantastic, fixed the trigger wire for my external air compressor. A gentleman. Pricing is not up to him, this 3 start review is reflective of Aiello. $240 (diagnosis fee + service fee) for 4 feet of 18 gauge copper wire, spliced and taped is just outrageous. Time spent was less than 20 minutes of labor.

I required my hot water heater be replaced as it was leaking badly. I called Aiello and was greeted by a very courteous person who took my information and because my situation constituted an emergency, I was told a plumber would be dispatched ASAP. Only a few minutes after my call, Aiello called me to alert me that the Plummer was on his way. He arrived shortly after and proceeded to inspect my problem. He then informed me what needed replacing and quoted the cost of the repair. His work was very professional and had my new hot water heater up and running in about two hours. I am very pleased with his work and speedy service. I would recommend Aiello as a competent source for plumbing maintenance and repair.

Over the years we have used Aiello Home Services for a number of major (and some smaller) projects, including the purchase and installation of a new home heating system, replacement of our 34 year old central air conditioning system and most recently to come right out to resolve a major plumbing issue. We can't say enough about the professionalism and extensive "know how" that has always been demonstrated by any Aiello professional that has come to our door. If you want cheap find some fly by night company but if you want the job done timely and professionally and with the and with the reliability and backing of a solid company, give Aiello a call. I've never said this about any other vendor I've done business with but I can honestly say that I have no suggestions as to how they can improve their operation.

They quoted me 1600 to install one toilet. It's a one hour job, if that. If I brought my own toilet it would be 500 just for labor, again for a one hour job. I told them on the phone when making an appointment that I needed a new toilet, and they would not give me a quote on the phone. I had to pay the 80 dollar service fee to be told a new toilet would be $1100 for ONE toilet with a $500/hour labor fee. Be aware this place charges 3-4x the normal fees. I also had to wait 24 hours for someone to even come

These guys are great! The first time they came out to do my energy assessment they found mold in my attic which I really appreciated to find out. Once that was fixed a new set of guys came out to finish the assessment. They worked quickly and were able to finish in about a hour and a half. The driver showed up within of 15 minutes after the call from his dispatcher. The driver was very cordial and friendly. Doug,the service tech, was surprised my 18 year external air condition unit had not needed any service calls.Doug thoroughly checked all the electrical and mechanical components using a computer for both the furnace and outdoor unit. After Doug was done with the inspection he explained to me in "English" what work was needed. Doug replaced 2 electrical components that needed to be replaced and a water drain that the original installers screwed up.The bill was a little higher than expected but the quality of the repair work was well worth it.I have had electrical and plumbing repairs done by other contractors and they all cost more than you expect. Now that I found a trusted contractor I will call him for plumbing and electrical repairs as needed. I would definitely recommend Aiello.

I got home from work at 5:30 on Monday evening to find my panel in the basement (breaker box) was arcing and the main breaker was hot and melting. I turned it off, yet still had power throughout most of house. Online, Aiello said they were open til 10. I called and spoke to a young girl who said dispatcher would be calling me within half hour. Within minutes, Young Girl called back and said all dispatchers went home and they would call in the AM. I again explained my situation and she told me to call Eversource, which I did only to be told they can't do anything because it is inside. I called Aiello back to see if Young Girl has a different number for Eversource. A different guy answered. I again explain the situation. He seemed more concerned, but still a run around. In the meantime I went to a Facebook page for Windsor Locks, asked my neighbors and found a great electrician who was over within an hour and changed out my main breaker. Thank you TJN Electric. Receive a lot of junk mail from this company so I called to ask how much a particular, exact repair would be (confirmed by another company). I was told it would be $100 to send someone out just to confirm my issue before doing anything, with no rough estimate of cost. They said they'd confirm with the service manager and I'd get a call back within the next day, but it took nearly two days to get a call back. FYI, this was a minor repair and initial test of customer service before I upgrade to a new high efficiency furnace. Crossing this company off the list and asked them to stop sending as me mail, as they obviously don't need the business.

We had a service contract with them, every time they came out it seemed like we needed more repairs. This time it was almost $400 to replace a pressure valve on a hot water heater and that included the discount. I checked out the part on-line, it was $15 so say that wasn't commercial grade and call it $50. Over $300 in labor costs and they were already at my house doing the annual maintenance review. When I called to complain, the manager said "well if you can get me a couple of estimates for that job, I will take a look at the price". Why do I have to get you estimates, you know you are over charging me since I told you what the price of the part was. Cancelled service agreement and will look for someone that is more reasonably priced.
