This is not about their service, just about one of their drivers. I was driving today and came to the traffic circle for Broadway and Redlands parkway. Their driver in truck #09 was talking on the phone, around 1257 p.m., he pulled out in front of me, I had to lock up the brakes and jump the curb in the middle to prevent from hitting him. He then just looked at me, with the phone still to his left ear, like I was an idiot. I will not ever use this service, or recommend it to the business that I work with. Technicians are the face of the company, complete lack of professionalism! ** Since I cannot reply to your response, I screenshot and posted a picture of it, so I can reply on here. Your response confirms my beliefs about the lack of professionalism in your company. One of the main things that bothers me is that you said you "may" talk to the driver about talking on the phone and driving. With no mention of said driver running me off of the road. There was zero concern for me or my property within your response. This is a complete lack of character and professionalism on your part.
