I got home last Friday night and had NO air conditioning! After I panicked, I called Wade's at about 7pm expecting to only be able to leave a message. A very nice woman answered and asked my problem. Ten minutes later I had a call from a technician. His name is Mark and he explained that he was busy on another job, but as soon as he finished he would come our way. Mark was fast and efficient and found an electrical problem and fixed it in short order. THANK YOU WADE"S!!!!!! You will always be my first and only call! GREAT FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!

100% excellent! November 2018: Called about a small rattle noise in our system they installed 8 months ago. The noise was very small but keeping me up at night. They had Jason come out the same day I called. He was amazing, hunted down this tiny noise and fixed it. I feel that it would have been easy for a serviceman to disregard my concern. But Jason took his time to find the noise and make it stop. I love Wade’s and definitely recommend them. (Feb 2018): Had entire carrier system (ac+ heat) installed by Wades. Very fair price on a manufacturer’s scratch and dent model. They went above and beyond in all aspects of the installation to ensure we got what we wanted and needed. From the quotes Chad worked up for us; to the installers Brad, Jeff, Chris, and Cody-we thought we couldn’t be happier. Until we met Jared who fixed our electrical box!! It’s perfect that Wades has licensed electricians on hand for issues like ours should they arise. They stand behind their work and guarantee their labor for a year and provide service and parts for 10 yr manufacturers warranty as well. After the system was installed another employee (who we forgot the name of, sorry) came out and inspected all the work. They got this all done fast and efficiently. No wasted time or money. Best of all, if anything does happen and we need their services, someone is answering their phone 24/7 and they will come out in an emergency to get their customers all fixed up. Top notch service. Definitely recommend.

Called on Friday, arrived Monday which was great. After examining the problem, the tech decided that the problem was irreparable and left without even charging a service call. I will definitely call them again.
