We had an older bathroom faucet that has apparently had a slow leak over the years causing some rust on the water supply lines and valves. Darrell did an excellent job removing all the old hardware and replacing with a new faucet. (He had to use lots of elbow grease because of all the rust) He also removed the old pipes and updated with new pipes bringing us up to the 21st century! He cleaned the work area before he left and it looks fantastic!! All of our experiences with Sanders Plumbing have been excellent and today’s visit was no exception. I would highly recommend Sanders and will always call them for our plumbing needs.

Called in in the morning and they said they could come out the same day, was told they would be here between 2 and 5 and the technician was here by 2:30. Received a text with the name and picture of the technician that would be arriving. He was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. Would recommend Sanders Plumbing and the technician Mr. Chad Davis. Would definitely call them again in the future with any plumbing issues.

Austin with Sanders was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The technicians wore booties on the feet while in the house and completed the service in a timely manner. Sanders emailed and texted me notifications informing me of who my technician would be for the service call. Austin called 30 minutes prior to arrival per my request and I only had to leave the office once I knew Sanders was on their way. Not having to wait hours wondering who or what time the technician will arrive is great.

Best service in the state of Arkansas for sure!!! I realized at 1:00 on Friday, that my air conditioner was not working. I contacted Robin, who was so helpful and even though their next appointment wasn't until Monday morning, contacted a tech (Austin Crabill), who was able to squeeze me into his schedule and by 6:00 pm, my air conditioner was working like a charm! It's nice to know that we have a company in LR that cares about their customers, even if it means having to stay late on a Friday, in order to make sure the customer has been taken care of! I called Sanders about the A/C unit in the house I just purchased as it stopped functioning properly right after I moved in. Jason Fields came out to assess the situation and find a solution. He did a thorough check on the system to determine what could have caused the problems. Ultimately it appeared to be a lack of maintenance and after blowing out a clog in the drain and cleaning the outside unit everything seems to be running fine. I would highly recommend Jason and Sanders Services, they were prompt, courteous and professional.
