When my wife and I moved into our new house we weren't getting any signal from our coaxial cables. Conway corp couldn't fix it nor could they figure out the problem so I gave Terry a call. He showed up on time, got right to work investigating the problem, and told me that I didn't owe him anything if he couldn't get it fixed or figure out the problem. Sure enough he figured out how to fix the bad signal and he was able to get a new cable outlet installed in a bedroom that previously didn't have one. He was quick, polite, and professional and I highly recomend Terry for any of your electrical needs
