We started using Paschal last year after our AC unit stopped cooling AFTER being serviced by another HVAC company. The technician talked us through the cleaning, diagnostics, and solution for our problem. He showed us how to ensure that our AC was running at its optimal capacity and how to keep the unit clean throughout the year. We were so pleased that we opted into their maintenance program and had our furnace tune-up through them as well. The technician that performed the maintenance on our furnace was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely thorough. We just had our AC tuned up again, and we are still just as pleased with Paschal’s service. On top of being very reasonably priced, their technicians are timely, knowledgeable, and are always willing to walk me through their tune-up process. I would 100% recommend Paschal for any diagnostic, repair, or maintenance work.

We noticed our A/C stopped working Saturday morning and texted with their customer support immediately and in a matter of minutes I was on the schedule for a technician to come out that same day. Gabe was my technician and was fantastic with his communication and arrived at the time he said he would (which was greatly appreciated). He was very considerate and timely with his work. We had a really bad emergency situation with an electrical fire on our main electric meter box on the house. Super dangerous! Mark and Ray came out very quickly and were right on it! They were booked solid, still worked us in and came and stayed late at night to get things back in order and safe. Back the next morning again between other work and finished the project!
