Zero stars is more appropriate! Had a 10am appointment, they showed up in an unmarked vehicle, over an hour and a half late. His reasoning was that he passed a truck for sale on the side of the road and had to buy it. Then basically laughed in our faces. We ended up passing on the services.

I needed the 220 outlet behind my dryer replaced at my rent house in Fayetteville so I called the national chain and talked with a receptionist that said they would send a technician to evaluate the problem for a fee. It did not matter that I knew what I needed done. I next called McCarthy Electric and Shawn, an electrician, answered the phone while on another job and said he'd be in my neighborhood later that morning. Shawn confirmed that the outlet needed replaced and was back with the part in a couple hours. He even helped my son reattach the the dryer vent hose!! In short, Excellent service and price.
