I used Cross Lines Electric Repair for a job on my rent house and was very impressed with the level of service and communication that I received. There was a $75 diagnostic fee and it was worth every penny. I wasn't able to be at the rent house during the time of inspection, but I felt like I was there. The electrician sent me pictures through every step of the process to keep me well informed of what was going on, what he was looking at, and to show me any issues I was having. He clearly answered any questions I had via text and was never short in his responses. The communication was very professional and exceeded my expectations, and as long as Cross Lines continues to maintain that level of customer service, I will be a repeat customer for ALL of my electrical needs.

Excellent job I needed my above ground pool wired all the way from my house about 200 feet excellent excellent job wiring in the breaker box the pump and into the house no problems very fast very polite Showed up right on time like he was supposed to no problems whatsoever would recommend him to anyone Job well done

Had to have wires underground replaced. I didn't think we would be able to have it fixed the same day. He said he would be there at 4:00 and he was. He replaced the wiring and we had power back on in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
