I thought I was hiring professionals, instead, I got shysters. The finished job looks like something from Jed Clampetts first house. Just for example, they used a 2" conduit to run a single wire down a wall. The conduit which was supposed to be unobtrusive sticks out like the proverbial sore thumb.

Electrician was very professional. He came the day that the AC was not working. Found out that the breaker fuse was burnt possible from lightning strike. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, making sure he had a complete understanding of the work I wanted. We reviewed it to make sure we were on the same page. I got pricing right then, with exact numbers, not vague ideas. We set a day for the work to be done. On the day of the appointment, Shannon came, with Preston and Wyatt, and they reviewed all the work being done. They were also very professional and did excellent and fast work, exactly everything I needed, plus cleaned up perfectly, too. When they were done, they went through each item from the list with me, and told me everything they did and explained the warranties,too. I am beyond impressed with their service, and will absolutely call them again for anything I need, plus refer everyone I know who needs electrical work, and know they will get the same prompt and professional service I received.

I would definitely recommend Buzz Electrical. They were on time with the estimate, and honest about the work that needed to be done. I had 12 light fixtures replaced in my house, and on job day, they were on time, and worked so hard all day to get the job done. They did a great job. They even fixed a light fixture that wasn't working, and came back to install it that week. I would use them again for sure.

These guys are not only the nicest electricians I've ever worked with, but they are the fastest and by far the cheapest. Fantastic work. I'd give them 10 out of 5 if I could. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. They came in with an amazing amount of knowledge about what I needed and got the project done. I called them around 9:30 today. Appreciated the knowledge and electrical evaluation Shannon provided and the suggestions that would make my home safer. Preston came out and installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit, repaired the 15 amp that was a concern, checked out my breaker box, installed a whole house surge protector and some new hard wired smoke alarms! Then, for guys, they did a great cleanup job!

I would highly recommend using this company in NWA! I had an immediate response and quick quote. Wyatt helped us out and seemed very knowledgable about what we really needed. No other electric company reached back out to us so we went with the first to respond to get a dedicated line to our garage fridge. I will be using them again for sure. I cannot comment on price as I could not get competitive quotes from other companies. There is a service charge that comes with an estimate FYI. I would give Buzz Electric's customer service, readiness to help, quality of work (i.e. no extra, unnecessary wiring or holes in the wall), clean job and expedited on the SAME day an A++.

Having the need to call an electrician is never fun, but Buzz Electrical was professional, fair and did great work. It started with the lady who answered the phone, she was professional, understanding of my difficult schedule and a delight to speak to. She got me worked in to their schedule and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know the tech was going to be a few minutes late. Most other companies simply give you a window of time and you have to wait half a day, not the case here. The electrician came out and had the problem fixed within a couple hours. The price wasn’t the lowest I was quoted, but the work was done professionally, I felt comfortable with them being at my home and the overall service from Buzz was top notch. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, and their service and warranty is by far worth a little more up front for long term peace of mind. I won’t ever use another electrician as long as they are around. Kudos to the staff.

We received a guaranteed quote from Shannon on what it would take to do the upgrades we wanted. TJ completed all the work in a timely and efficient manner, checking with us to be sure that placement of fixtures and switches were exactly where and how we wanted them. Extra leg work needed to make things right as he went along was done without added cost. Both men were courteous and stuck to their word. TJ cleaned up after himself regularly throughout the process. We will definitely look to BES for our future electrical needs.

Office keeps you updated on status of appointment and if you aren't 100% satisfied, they come back and fix any issues cheerfully and, in our case, at no extra charge. Buzz Electrical will be my go-to for all electrical needs from now on. I had two separate electricians come out and tell me it was impossible to run wire and install a breaker for a convection microwave we just purchased. They informed me that they’d have to break through sheetrock and I’d have to get someone else to come and patch up all the holes. I called Buzz for a final opinion before simply returning the microwave. Shannon came out and immediately looked where the other electricians were too lazy to check out. Not only was it doable, it could be done without destroying a single inch of Sheetrock. Two electricians came out the next day and did the work in under two hours. They even installed the appliance for me. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Price was on par with what I researched when I knew I’d need electrical work done. They’ve earned all my future business. Call them up for your next electrical project and I guarantee they’ll earn all of yours. TLDR: 100% satisfied customer. Buzz is reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and affordable.

We we're having some major electrical issues...Shannon came out and seen that our wiring was from the 60's...had no ground wire...also our fuse box had the old screw in fuses and was located in a bedroom closet. VERY DANGEROUS. So they are returning Monday to rewire the whole house and move fuse box outside. Shannon was very thorough and professional. I appreciate this employee and company so very much.
