One of two units was not working. Opened one up and found an electrocuted mouse. Thought that was it. But that was the one that was working. Kept after it till he found a capacitor on the other unit that was at half strength, the hardest problem to find are the ones that are barely problems, till the technician leaves. Well he kept after it till he found and fixed the problem by replacing the capacitor, not the flux capacitor, but the motor capacitor. Still working on the problem. They are replacing the whole unit.

Alex was excellent and performed excellent service. I have been a customer for many years and when I needed plumbing work I called them. I had come to expect prompt and quality service, but the scheduling for these services was poor, both when they came out to determine the work and when they came to do the work. No reason was provided, but both times they were two hours late and the second time someone different came then who I was told was coming. I would use them again as their work is superior. Hopefully they figure out their scheduling problems.

The technician (Jairo) was very competent, polite, and considerate. He introduced himself and explained what he needed to do. He put shoe covers on each time he entered the house. He worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned everything up when he was done. I am very impressed and am happy we called Bud Anderson!

Office staff pleasant to work with in arranging the appointment. Mikey the plumber was prompt, courteous, skilled in diagnosing and fixing the problem, which was a clogged sewer line with a broken seal on a toilet. Will definitely use Bud Anderson again!

Mark did a great job! I am having my roof replaced and noticed that my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air! Called Bud Anderson on a Saturday afternoon, they sent Mark out to check things over. He found that the roofers had shot a nail through the air conditioning line. Things happen when you have work done on your house. But..it is July and it's finally gotten hot. Mark wasn't able to fix the same evening, but has me scheduled for a SUNDAY repair! Mark was very outgoing, smiled a lot, explained everything very simply. He wasn't disgruntled or agitated that he was having to work a Saturday evening. He put me at ease about knowing I would soon have cool air again. Would love to have him back anytime, but don't want my air conditioner to not be working! :)

Fairly certain at this point the reviews are paid for. This company did an "inspection and tune up" that left us out of service within 24 hours. They also recommended a new unit and redoing our duct work. Fast forward to 4 days of no a/c and a new company came. They found all of our panels were still off on our a/c unit and that there was a completely clogged filter in it that didn't belong and the outside unit was filthy. We we're back up and running in minutes. I would never recommend Bud Anderson.

Our water heater sprung a leak at 3:00 AM. We called Bud Anderson and Michael came out, assessed the situation. Initially it looked like a repair but the manufacturer of the water heater no longer sold the part we needed. When it became clear that it needed to be replaced Michael and Jason went to work installing s new one. It did not take them long and they cleaned up the site very well. Michael also replaced an old cast iron drain pipe that was the cause of water from the washing machine backing up into a nearby sink. They fixed it quickly also. Michael is very personable and very good and honest about what had to be done. We will definitely call Bud Anderson again for any plumbing problems and ask for Michael. Thank you Michael

Updated: Had to have plumber come out second time as they 'forgot/didn't know' they had left the hot water heater off, so next morning I had no hot water after spending 2200.00 with them. Got to reviewing the bills and found out they double charged me a 90.00 membership fee, Associate I spoke with "couldn't understand" and engaged a manager. Manager couldn't make decision as to what to do as well so had to contact someone else. They fixed the issue or so I believe but their customer service and attention to detail has been very poor. They van says "100% satisfaction guarantee" That is a lie, I am not 100% satisfied. I was told not to call them in the past and now I see why. Original Review: Not a big fan of the office associates. They failed to follow directions and the company had to reschedule 2 times. That being said the Tech who came to the house appears to have done a good job and while the news is bad he appears to have a firm grasp on how to resolve the issues. I would consider using Bud in the future.

AC stopped blowing cold air. Called Bud Anderson's. They sent out a repairman quickly, who was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away, and ordered the needed part. The part arrived overnight and Daniel Hall came that next day, installed the part, and everything has been working fine ever since! Great service! I would recommended Bud Anderson's!

Then got right to work fixing the problem and installing the bathroom exhaust fan and switch. Cleaned up after and was very courteous. Thank you so much to TJ and Bud Anderson Home Services. Would use again. The second Workman was the first to arrive and on time. He advised me regarding a question I had about changing out a shower arm to add a shelf. He immediately fixed the problem with the cold water faucet in the MBR. He gave the option to repair the older faucet in the guest bathroom or replace it. He gave me the name and number of a plumbing showroom that I could order from. He left after just about an hour. The same gentleman returned the following Wednesday to install the new faucet. Very nice. Would hire him again. Regarding Bud Anderson Home Services: I thought I was hiring a handyman and got a Master Electrician and a Master Plumber according to their bios. I will likely look for another handyman for any future projects because I cannot afford any further projects this year. Yup, I am suffering from sticker shock. $$$

Service tech Mike was extremely polite and mannerly. He complimented us on our home numerous times. He shook our hand as he was leaving. Our problem was successfully fixed and he made sure we were satisfied. He explained all details of the problem and how he fixed it. My only complaint was after he left I went to clean up under the sink and it was extremely nasty. The shelf, wall, cabinet doors, cabinet walls, pipes, floor, and even my shower where I guess they had used it for something was dirty. The toilet lid was raised and left up. So I took disinfectant wipes and cleaned all of the above.

Today after Nick, the technician, looked at things, my decision was to go ahead and replace my heat and air system. When calling to set the appointment they were very helpful. I asked how much it would cost to look at my ac and they said it’s around 75$, and they set the appointment. However, when the technician showed up, he was rather abrupt, but they were quick. He found out what was wrong quickly, but we didn’t want to pull the trigger because it was a semi clogged condenser coil, and we didn’t want to spend the money at the time because our ac was still working. He looked as if we wasted his time, and after we didn’t want to pay for him to fix it, we were told it was going to be 200$, with a 75$ dispatch fee, and a 110 dollar “labor” fee for 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong. I’ve called the company twice since to inquire about the labor charge and to find out why it was so high, and have been told twice I’d be contacted by someone, but haven’t been reached out to. I’m not one to complain online about service, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. My parents were the ones who told me to try this company, but this experience has left all of us very skeptical about whether we will continue to use this company in the future.

He called to let me know how far away he was which I greatly appreciate because that allowed me to get my dog in a separate room (he’s a friendly dog, but a jumper) before he got here. Pleased with plumbing repair. However, I have called twice over the last four days to inquire why I was charged $381.00 "retail" for a kitchen Fawcett that cost $81.00 at Lowes! I am more than happy with the service I received. What I am not happy about is the fact that I had to call to setup my regular spring tune-up. I am a gold member. When I did call I was given a date in July for service. This service has usually been done in late April or early May. I was given an earlier date, but only when I complained. I am also unhappy that you no longer provide filters when you service my unit. I want to repeat, I am not complaining about your service technician. He was EXCELLENT!

We have been using Bud Anderson for our hvac service for many years and have always been pleased with their service. Today Egan came to service an AC call and found the problem was more extensive than expected. He gave us recommendations for repairs and also for a new unit. We decided getting a new unit was the best route to take and within the hour, he had Caleb here to assess our needs and counsel us on replacing our current HVAC system. Caleb spent time measuring our square footage, looking over all of our current duct work, returns, etc., and then competently explained all of our options, costs, etc. He was very professional and gave us good advice on what we needed. He was not pushy or out to make a big sale, just honest about what was best and would most economically fit our needs. Both Caleb and Egan get high marks for efficient and professional service.
