Recent move to Sedona had be looking for a quality electrical contractor. We purchased a new ceiling fan from Home Depot and used the contractor referral service for installation. Connolly called the following day and set up the time for install (at reasonable price). I had to move the time the day before to later in the day and they were very accommodating. He arrived right on the rescheduled time with a call right before. He quickly reviewed the situation including letting us know the ceiling mount was approved for the fan we wanted installed and had the fan up in just over 30 minutes. Diagnosed another fan issue and finally, replaced bulbs in our garage florescent light fixtures with non ballast LEDs which are incredible (quick/bright) at a very reasonable cost. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Would certainly use them for any future needs as well as recommend them to others.

These folks are great. I called multiple HVAC/electricians in the area, and they were the first to respond with a quote. Had Trevor and Shaun out quick to replace my heater. Very professional and experts in their trade. I will definitely be calling them to replace my AC when the time comes. Highly recommended.

She gets an appointment set up quickly for whatever we need, and when we need it. She will also call the day before, to reconfirm the appointment. Steven, the technician, is always on time, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He always answers any questions I have and never leaves until the job is completely done. We have been customers of Connolly for a couple of years now and could not be more please with their service. Once, when we had a furnace failure over the weekend, they came out and got us up and running in no time. We purchased their twice-a-year inspection and found them to be prompt and thorough. They don't try to use inspections as a pretext for selling repairs we don't need. Mike was here today for our inspection and explained in detail what he found. Since I am not able to climb ladders any more, we had a couple of little tasks we needed help with like changing smoke alarm batteries and installing a floodlight in a broken fixture. He was happy to do this and did not charge us for this work. We have used other HVAC/Electrical companies in the past and find them to be the best,

Late on a Friday afternoon I realized our A/C unit wasn't working, it was near 100 degrees out. I called Connelly Electric, Susan answered the phone call and very promptly got me schedule within an hour for a serviceman to come to our house. Daniel showed up right on time and Efficiently fixed our problem on an old A/C unit. He gave me some very helpful tips and the bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend Connelly Electric. I called Connolly Electric service on June 17 in the morning and Dan came early in the afternoon. He was knowledgeable of the AC system and shortly found the problem. Had them come for faulty air conditioner. It was not fixed. I called them back and finally fixed it. Charged me for another visit. Said that he didn't do a full check the first time and that was not his fault. Would think that if the job is done right the first time then there would be better customer service.
