I called several Plumbers for an issue I had with bathroom faucet in a rental property - Most Plumbers had no availability to come out to look at issue or would have been onsite within 5-6 hours ...Aqualine responded immediately and had a tech out within 40 minutes. My airbnb guests were checking in next day from the UK ..I had to act fast. Aqualine was able to resolve the issue quickly so I can get back to the business of rentals. I highly recommend them if you’re in an emergency situation - They were fair with their pricing as the issue was a cosmetic one easily resolved . A++++

I am apprehensive about calling service companies since I was ripped off by a big name AC company a few years ago. I had to find a quality plumber to fix a leak in my wall. I called Aqualine, spoke with DeeDee, and scheduled a same day appointment. Chad came out, fixed the leak and didn't charge me a fortune. I'm glad there are still honest companies with skilled technicians and caring office staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought a new Trane unit from Noel of Aqualine. The outside unit they installed does not come with a panel were the wiring comes into the unit and has a large opening for rodents to get inside the unit. Of course, if rodents get inside the unit your warranty is VOID. I explained this to my installer and Noel and while they recognized the glaring entry point for rodents, did absolutely nothing to remedy. I am left to seal up the brand new unit against rodents myself to keep the warranty valid on this new AC Unit.

Had a main water line leak via a tree being blown over in a monsoon storm. I first thing in the morning and they had someone (Bobby) come out immediately. Bobby was there the rest of the day and found/fixed the leak but also found a secondary one caused by the tree. Bobby presented me all my options and how insurance will view them each. Came back the next day and replaced the whole line. Bobby was knowledgeable, present, and offering as much help/advice as he could about dealing with homeowners insurance.

We had a house main water shut off valve that I went to close to do a house repair it would not shut the water off all the way and would not turn the water back on it was just a slow flow in the house. I called Aqualine Plumbing I got an appointment for the same day between 2-4 pm. Shawn Shea came out and got it to open so we had water and he said he would have to order a new shut off valve because of the size of pipe. He was back out the next morning and did the work to replace it. Aqualine Plumbing and Shawn Shea were prompt with doing what needed to be done would use them again.

Bought a new washer and the technician was not able to hook the hot water connection up because he couldnt get the hose off. Suggested the new connections be installed as the ones I had were so corroded. Michael from Aqualine was able to come, on the same day I called and put two new valves in for both hot and cold water, having to cut the hot water one to get it out. Couldnt have asked for a greater plumber than Michael. So personable and shared with me everything he was doing. Very reasonable with price and did a great job. Would recommend if you need anything done. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

Had a plumbing emergency and called them at about 1030pm when they closed 30 min later. Despite being off at 12pm Tom came out and took care of the issue even staying until 2am because "he couldnt go home and sleep knowing he had the chance to help someone but didnt". Tom was incredibly professional teaching me about the issue and how he planned to resolve it as we were diagnosing what was going on. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont normally give reviews like this but I just felt the need to give a huge shutout to Tom for really getting me out of a bind! I 100% recommend Aqualine Plumbing! Will definitely be calling Tom any time I have an issue again!

Absolutely terrible. Shower drain needed unclogging. Called around several companies to see who could come out. Aqualine dispatcher said a time frame and said trip charge is $25. I asked if there was additional fees for coming during the evening. She said no. Plumber gets there and uses two different snakes, couldn't get the job done. The two bathrooms in the house are back-to-back and he said there were two clogs, not one. Charge was for $315 for each one, which I think is way too high based on ranges I've seen. He said he wasn't going to charge me for coming out at night which he said is around $100. So somebody is lying... who am I to believe? The dispatcher who said "Trip charge is $25 doesn't matter what time, we're not that kind of company"? Or the plumber who made it sound like he's cutting me a deal? His best guess is a toy got stuck down there. Definitely not the case. He didn't have a camera. He said the camera they use is too big for a shower line. It can only be used on the main line. His best guess was that the entire shower would need to be dug up to get to the problem. He said maybe we can buy the camera and they can do the work. Didn't wear booties over his shoes. Touched areas in the house that left them dirty for me to clean up. Had the audacity to say he'll charge me $315 for one unclogging even though he didn't unclog it and didn't diagnose the problem. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have to wait one hour until I call office again. And one electrician came in hurry he had to do some thing some where. My schedule was seton3days ago for first thing in the morning. And he find out problem quickly change battery of remote control for ceiling fan. He charge me $ 225 initially for 25 min job. I show why. Kind of no understanding response. He said he is certified electrician proudly and finally discount to $ 200 . He came from different co. Which was different then local co that I call before. And he was gone fast. The problem here are 1. Cost too much 2. They do not keep schedule time at all.

I can’t say enough! First of all after 2 days of no air on the hottest weekend of the year in Phoenix area, and 2 other companies saying they would call and come (and they didn’t at all!), we landed on Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical, and A/C through an internet search of 5-Star review companies. We landed on Guillermo. $150 to come to our development and diagnosis, but he called when he was on his way and he came on a Sunday night at 9:00. I know listing said 24/7, but I didn’t quit believe it would happen. Didn’t take long to diagnose and Guillermo said he’d be back the next day to install new parts as long as they were in stock. He was honest about need and price. Last night was first time I’ve ever prayed for A/C parts! As promised he returned today, told us how long he’d be, and worked in a 140-degree attic for an hr. I am so happy, husband is happy, pets are smiling! WE HAVE AIR and it is quieter than when we moved in. Guillermo did not leave until her knew the air was coming out of all vents and all thermostats working. He did not present us our bill until he knew we were satisfied. The work was honest and professional. Guillermo was kind and patient. Thanks Aqualine. Thank you Guillermo. I will recommend Aqualine on our neighborhood FB page too!

Very disappointed with my technician Chad who lied to me about my broken water heater being out of warranty so he could quote me $1,672 to fix my small 50 gallon water heater. With a labor rate at over $230/hr, I would have expected more honest business practices (be sure to verify yourself!!) One star rating for unprofessionalism, price gauging, and manipulated diagnostic/quote.

It was about 8 o’clock at night when I noticed one of our two AC units had frozen up with ice and was putting out warm air. I looked online for reviews for AC repair companies, and Aqualine seem to have one of the highest number of five star review ratings in our area, and more importantly, they were open for business at that time of night, where as many of the other companies were not. I was scheduled for the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00, and their technician, Oliver, showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. Oliver was very professional, answered all of our questions and offered solutions that we hadn’t considered. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and the prices are reasonable, and we would most definitely call Aqualine again.

They were installing nest units, repair the our smoke alarms and repair and electrical issue. By 1230 we received a call from Leo and he said he would be up within the hour. He was very helpful. After coming in with the lowest bid we selected them to update our electrical service panel. This was required because we were having solar panels installed. After covering my needs with their technician Tim he gave me an install date which landed on a Monday. I just so happened to be picking up old permits I had pulled to see previous work that had been done to the house over the years (I have only owned the home for about a year) only to find that Tim nor Aqualine had requested or paid for any permits to do any work on that upcoming Monday and since it was Thursday I got the permits myself. Monday comes and Tim comes out to start the project and calls me two hours late to let me know he arrived. I asked him if he would still be able to complete the job today and he says "yes." I come home early and Tim is no where to be found but, there is an unlicensed assistant pulling wires through the new panel. Turns out Tim realized he would not finish as promised and drove back to Tempe to get a generator. I thought at least I'll have power. When I see Tim pull up I go outside because I did not see a generator behind his service vehicle. I get outside and Tim pulls a 3hp generator out of his van. At this point I'm thinking the time it took him to drive to Tempe and back he could have completed my installation. There were several other mistakes but the major one is that they installed the wrong panel due to it being underrated for solar and it was a waste of $2900 of which they claim no responsibility of even though I gave Tim all the information I received from my solar company. I wouldn't recommend these guys to change a lightbulb.

Worked with Rick at Aqualine on a full A/C replacement. He was incredibly helpful and prompt. We have 2 kids and the house was 90+ degrees. He even paid for a hotel room for us for the night since they could not get us done same day. Another company also said we needed to have additional parts and it turns out that would have potentially made it worse! He was able to provide the service, parts, disposal...everything for about half of what another company quoted us! And the system he put in was more efficient and bigger. We saved a ton of money and the installers were quick and got it done perfectly. We are now sitting in nice cool air. This company was amazing A to Z! Thanks to Rick and team.

Last night, I noticed my outlets in my bathroom weren’t working. After trying to reset everything, we contacted Aqualine. The dispatcher was awesome. I told him I wanted to know if it was dangerous because it was freaking me out, instead of dismissing me like most would have - he called an electrician and had the electrician call me to discuss what was going on. Leo the electrician called me right away (it was around 8 pm). He asked me what was going on and tried to save me a trip out, but realized it was probably a short and he would need to come. The next morning he was at my house. He is an extremely kind man. He fixed our problem fast and explained what happened in detail. He was awesome. I would definitely ask for him if I needed an electrician in the future. It’s nice to know that if anything went wrong, I have someone to call. I highly recommend this company!

Prompt service, tech was good. Since we needed the work done right away, it was an expensive service call. $209 to change the fridge water line valve alone. There was no fridge to move, no walls to deal with as it's a remodel. I would definitely get a few more quotes next time and not be in a rush to get the work done. And they charge $25 just to come out for a quote... FYI.

Do not ever use this service. Within a month, the AC stopped cooling again. This time it was capacitor issue. Mike should have done a complete check the first time. He had already charged me $420 for filling the coolant only. Now a $40 capacitor turned out to $385. You can charge a bit extra for the profit but not 10 times more. Bits and pieces of services with no guarantee to customer satisfaction!!! Will never ever use this service or Mike.
