My mother took lessons at Easy Method years ago and told me to call them. They were able to pick me up after school in a new car for my lessons. The teacher was extremely patient with me. I also took a lesson before my test in the same car and It was so easy to pass the test for my license. I will be driving myself to school this year.

My son had an appointment for his last behind the wheel instruction today. At the south Milwaukee location Unfortunately there was an untimely death of his grandmother and with everything going on we forgot to reschedule an appointment. When I called to reschedule the woman on the phone which she stated she was the supervisor informed me that there was a $40 same-day cancellation fee. This was after I already explained the situation and to my surprise when I asked her if she could have a little bit of compassion for our situation she stated "you signed an agreement when you're Son first signed up and unfortunately policy trumps personal issues" I was shocked any other company that I have dealt with in the past in ways of hardship we're totally understanding but not you your company is all about the money. I asked to speak to somebody above her and she stated they were on vacation. And unfortunately they are a small business and they have to follow the policies. I then explained to her that when I signed up my son for these classes We weren't planning on my mother dying and that my son was in no condition emotionally to be behind the wheel so it was also a safety issue. The bottom line is I'm very disturbed by the way your company policies are followed there should be some sort of a clause in regards to unexpected unavoidable situations. And it really truly sickens me of the thought of any human being that would put a policy over compassion business or otherwise. I will be strongly protesting your company to any and everyone recommending they go to a different driving school, as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau thank you for listening. I'm a new driver, it was my first lesson and they sent a rude instructor, who kept losing his cool,freaking out and kept telling me "I'll lose my job" . The car they sent smelt like sweat and was claustrophobic. The instructor literally gave me a panic attack at the wheel. If that wasn't enough the instructor wouldn't stop getting irritated, instead of making me feel more confident. I would never recommend this company to learners. Their staff is impatient, unqualified, NOT easy to work with and instead of teaching the proper method, they blamed me. (If it was up to me I'd give no stars.)

Wish I could rate it a 0 star! Literally, the worst place ever. Don't even bother. I rarely will ever rate and review anything, once in a blue moon. But I seriously want to tell you pre-drivers that this place is hell! I'm guessing this depends on your instructor, but mines was the most unprofessional person ever, this person shouldn't even be working as a driver instructor. Talking on the phone while the other students were driving? Laughing while the student made a mistake and almost had a car accident? Asking the student to pay and pump the gas(but using her money)? Seriously?! I didn't feel safe at all and tbh if you were there, you would feel the same. don't waste your money and go some place else, that is actually worthy of your money. Im quitting my classes with them.

It's Alright...but you better off studying and going up to the DMV and do everything there from permit to road test.... Only thing they can provide that you might want for yourself or kids is the behind the wheel lessons ...other than that i wouldnt recommend you waste your money...

It just took me a phone call asking for the address of the place to figure out this is not the best place to do business. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Instead of good afternoon.. she ask me "What do you want? I will find other place.

I actually had a lot of fun while doing my behind the wheels, as well as learning a lot of new things. I had a really awesome instructor, Mr. Williams, who walked me through things that I had difficulty with and didn't at any point get frustrated with me. He always told me the things that I was doing great and also the things that I needed to work on. He would also ask me what I thought I needed to work on so that I would get better as a driver. He was also very polite to our parents and to us students as well. I feel as though he is one of the best instructors.

One thing in life you must learn is that you have to have an open mind and be willing to accept CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM because it ONLY makes you STRONGER and BETTER.... Mr. Taylor is the best and most respectful teacher I know, He can be a little hard but he knows when to have some fun. He cares about the people that want to learn how to drive. If you want to learn how to drive I would recommend easy method.

I had an bad experience. I paid 400 only to still not know how to drive . They never practiced on a back road with me, I went right into the main roads . The people are very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t send your child here

This business is a scam. The first session no one showed up, and blamed us for not answering a confirmation call. There was no call on our phone. Then, no instructor was available for more than a week. Appointments are scheduled almost two weeks apart, which doesn’t give the driver a chance to feel comfortable. We advised the school that the driver was moving out of the area, and they made no effort whatsoever to schedule the five sessions within the two months before move day. And they refuse to reimburse any unused sessions. There are plenty of driving schools. Stay away from this one.

I had very bad experience with easy method. Every day new trainer for 5 days. We are going in wrong direction on last day and keep looking for college avenue DMV. I didn't do practice before exam because of him and got failed. Second time i practice and got licence.

Reading the past reviews, I will admit I was hesitant. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and not rude at all. I ended up enrolling her into the permit class for adults, and was very happy with her teacher. He arrived a few minutes late, but considering it was rush hour, I was ok with it.The teacher helped her get her temps in 4 days. She is now taking her behind the wheel, so far so good, no complaints here.

The school answered all my questions and were knowageable for the best and fastest way for me to get my license. Since I am a beginner I was very nervous and little scared about driving. I was picked up at work for the in car lesson and instructor arrived on time and was polite and opened my door for me. The lesson went by faster then I thought it would. Once I got comfortable the time just flew by. Easy Method also took me for the MVA test in the same car I had my lessons in. I also took an extra hour on the day of my test. I passed on the first try and my whole family was surprised and happy for me. They really made it easy.

Total unprofessional they will keep telling you that you are driving great until the time come for the test. The one-day days before they will call you and tell you that you are not ready and need more classes. this happen with my wife continues 4 time even before 4th appointment I talked to instructor and she said she is ready than she schedule 1 more class before test. After that class she left ( instructor name is Miss Bee) happily but than got call after 1 hour that we don't feel you ready and need more class. BTW using this way they have schedule over 25 class for my wife. They are totally unprofessional and just want to make money ( acting like they are DMV)

I went there (to the South Milwaukee one), ready to start learning how to drive, and I get settled in the one of the broken down wooden chairs. In front of me are 3 pseudo-gangsters who are constantly talking about beating the living hell out of one of their buddies. The instructor is wearing a black top hat for no other reason than to be a goofy lummox. He swears as one of the students leaves the building and slams the door. He doesn't even call my name, so I go up there to tell him my information. He just says "hold your horses, kid, hold your horses!" The dude is literally sitting there for 30 minutes filling out paperwork and ignoring my requests. I tried to give him my payment and he said the same thing. Eventually I just decided to walk out, without saying anything, because these people are real clodhopping cretin louts.

On the first day of drivers ed in the classroom at Easy Method I thought it was going to be boring. But time flew!! Before I knew it, It was the last day and already my last behind the wheel. Mr. Shabazz was really cool and I guess that's why the classes went by so fast.

Mr. Banks was my teacher and he's the best one you can ever have! He is super nice and very funny and has a very structured way of teaching! He focuses not only on making sure you're a good driver but also makes sure you're prepared for the road test. He made sure I was ready in just a few lessons and has always offered very useful feedback. He's very encouraging and makes sure you're a 100% comfortable before moving on to the next maneuver. He offered a ton of practice before letting me sign up for my road test and it's been a great experience working with him!

First and fore most, my daughter started classes 8/14 at the Center St. location. Was informed that she DID NOT have too use Easy Method for her "behind the wheel", so at which time fees ( minus behind the wheel was paid ). After passing/completion we ventured to the DMV for her permit. Sad to say, we had to return to EM, as they had not entered any of her class participation. At which time I enrolled her in their "refresher course" ( @ 76th Hampton)as they had no records of completion and would need the class to receive her permit. I'm guessing the lady felt the receipts I presented where for "donation" and not for the classes!! FFWD to 3/16 my daughter takes and pass her driving test, only to be told... She will need to get proof of her completing Drivers Ed, as EM had not entered any such info!! And now EM is playing games, stating there is a balance owed. Oh, and never explained why there was no record of her completed hours!!!! FYI: Best to go the old school route & wait til 18!!! I need anger management after dealing with this company!!

Horrible internal organization. Wasted my time teaching my cousin behind the wheel lessons, lack of communication with other employees with in the company. My cousin is taking a private lessons currently and 2 of them were the exact same lesson even though each lesson is suppose to teach you something different. They said they would give him a half hour extra on the last one. Which still doesn't give me back my $60 for that one hour lesson that was repeated because a different instructor came. Also scheduled for a drive and arrange a busy schedule for my cousin and they called being 30 min. late for his drive to reschedule it for 3 weeks later. What a Shi**y Fuc***G company. I would try another company don't waste money on this company.
