Completely disgusted by the lack of communication and customer satisfaction they have in this establishment. The instructor was the only one who was very professional and informative. They’re classes aren’t as flexible as they say. I called weeks in advance for the day I needed and still there were issues, even after I offer to pay the walk in price of $80 ($20 more than $60 already paid). I was denied my money back after paying in advance. The worst, they are liars and racially motivated.

Took the class in December, date of completion was put in as October, called to get it updated, they told me it was fine and 3 months later when I need to reinstate my license I can’t because they still never fixed it

Yoooo! Not only was this place less expensive but they were super nice, had complimentary snacks beverages and feed us lunch! Tara made the class fun and easy to understand. I learned a lot like I've been driving around in Denial!! Lol it was an amazing course!

Asked for the RADIP course and got the standard course when i arrived now i have to find a class for the other part and hope that i only have to go for the othwr 4 hours needed

The staff was awesome and very friendly. I forget the ladys name that took my appointment and payment over the phone but she was so sweet and kind. And Ms Vicky made the class so fun! Of course going in I was thinking this is going to be a long day but it really flew by and she was so funny and upbeat, I highly recommend going to this class versus all the other classes in Virginia Beach (:
