I’m truky dissatisfied with my experience with D and S. She doesn’t give u an exact time of lesson and sometimes she might not even show up. She always has some reason my daughter can’t do her lesson. Wasting both of time because we are waiting for this lady to come all day and she never comes or even sends a message saying she’s not. I want a refund and I want to take my services elsewhere because she hasn’t helped my daughter but waste our time.

I signed up to take lessons because my mother didn’t want to teach me, she just has anxiety. So i take two lessons at most and the instructor tells me to ask my mom to practice with me. My mom refuses so I try to text her back but she never responds. A year later I text her about getting a refund, she refuses to give me a refund and says I can take the lessons still, even though I’ve already hired someone else. I try to text about scheduling the lessons and she never texts me again. Still never gotten a refund or the lessons.
