We registered our son for Behind the Wheel and was told that we were within the driving distance that would allow for the drivers to pick him up. It turns out that the information that we were provided was incorrect. My son was picked up late for each of his scheduled times and there was one day that no one showed. Once they do arrive, he is not given the full 50 minutes because they have to get the other passengers/drivers back. I asked if we could be refunded our money since they were no longer able to do as they agreed, but of course the owner is out of town and no one can get in contact with him. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed, especially with the other positive reviews. So, as I wait to get my money back, we are now looking for another company to provide his lessons. And then I was told that the time that they did provide will probably not go towards his new lessons. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The best school ever!!! I took a 3 fail learners course. My teacher was Daryl which is the best!! He made the class fun and interesting. I took the class on 03/9/19 and my test today on 03/12/19. And I passed my learners test. I was so excited I cried!!! It’s been a long time coming and I finally did it! I recommend this school to anybody! I will be going to them to get my License. Amazing School!!

Excellent experience for private driving lessons, I cannot speak to other services although it would probably be great as well. Friendly company to interact with. You just call or email the front desk to purchase services or ask further questions that are not on the website. For private lessons, you and the instructor mutually agree on lesson times and it is a good value as well. Instructor Daryl taught me invaluable driving skills that will be useful anywhere I go. (I highly recommend him and this company)

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at Colonial Driving School. Due to my schedule, I was required to take the online version of the Driver Improvement Clinic. The curriculum was helpful, the price was competitive, and the manager was able to meet me halfway between where we both lived to administer the final exam. Overall, two thumbs up! I highly recommend it.

I had to go here a few years ago. Aside from is being incredibly boring it got me out of a speeding ticket. So it served it's purpose. The instructor was really cool and I'm just glad it's over with.

I had to go to Driver Improvement Class. I chose this school mainly because I went to this one about 7 years ago and the instructor made the class so enjoyable & not boring. Unfortunately there was a different instructor however he made the class also enjoyable & not boring. The instructor was Sav Tropiano and he was great! I will definitely refer others to this School.

My experience here was great, the instructor, Mr. Tropiano, was very polite and informative about the curriculum in the class I'm here because of an 81 in a 60mph reckless driving ticket, this class helped me realize what my mistake at the time I was pulled over with, how to prevent it from happening again, and just in general learned facts I didn't know from other people's personal experiences within the class itself too

I attended a defensive driver course in August after getting a speeding ticket in Chester, VA. The class was great- nice facility, easy to understand instructions, etc. The videos were actually not outdated like you might often see in a classroom setting. The instructor (Pedro) was very to relate to, fair, and easy to understand as he went through the material. I would definitely recommend Colonial Driving School to anyone in the tri cities area with a ticket or looking to add point to their license!

He was a great teacher-funny, endearing, kind, and more! Walking out of class I talked to the people that took the class with me and we both agreed we felt super blessed that it wasn’t dreadful.
