I was off the road for approximately 10 years. Having moved to Richmond from NYC, I needed to overcome my trauma with a prior accident and drive myself around. Abigail's driving school empowered me in ways that words fail to capture. Please ask for Mr. Mohamed who is patient, understanding, but firm as he will ensure your safety on the road. I appreciated his down to earth demeanor and ability to eliminate any of my concerns. Learn with Abigail, you won't fail.

This 5 ***** is definitely not enough for the Driving schools like Abigail. I had an amazing experience with Abigail's Driving School. More importantly I would like to acknowledge my driving instructor/owner of Abigail's Driving schools Mr Mohamed. I'd recommend taking lessons with him! Not only he is a great teacher, but so mych fun to learn from. He made the whole experience enjoyable. In addition to these, his patience, kindness and clear suggestions were nothing but helpful. I really really appreciate this learning experience and I do suggest one who wanted to go to driving school not to miss Abigail's Driving school.

Abigail's Driving School made it extremely easy for getting my driver's license. The instructor Mohamed that I took driving classes with is great!!! He is very patient and his guidance is very helpful. Only in 3 sessions I was feeling more confident being on the road. Abigail driving school definitely needs more than 5 Stars. Not only were they attentive to your needs, but very understanding and full of patience. If anyone is looking for driving school for personal or even court mandated reasons . This is the spot. I recommend them to all my family and friends . They wont steer you the wrong way.

This is honestly an AMAZING CLASS. I started out very nervous and doubtful about the road, but this class helped me overcome this fear. The instructors are wonderful and really work around your schedule not to mention how patient and kind they are towards you. Believe me this is the best driving school in Virginia!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Abigails driving school services both for in school and behind the wheel training. I never drove before and with instructors assistance (his name is Mohamed) I was able to get a waiver after completion and get my drivers license. Prices are very reasonable, school management are very responsible and efficient. Would definitely suggest this school!!

I don't usually write reviews unless it's for something negative but I had to write one for Abigail's Driving School because this driving class is THE BEST in the Richmond area. Mohamed is the perfect driving instructor and really works with your schedule. The prices are more than reasonable and he makes learning such an easy and stress-free experience. Everybody should do themselves a favor and take this class!

Finished this driving school about a week ago. Had lots of fun and became a pretty damn good driver too. I was inexperienced and now I drive better than my mom! If you wanna learn how to drive at a pretty good price, Abigail's driving school is a good choice.

Really great place. Mohamed is a great instructor and is willing to go out of his way to help you out. I work full time, so thanks to his flexibility I was able to take my courses without needing to take time off of work, and he even came to me for the behind the wheel driving which was nice. Plus he's just a fun guy to talk too which is a nice bonus.

Best defensive driving class ever! Classes are offered at times that work for every schedule. Staff is very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who needs to take it for court ordered or voluntarily circumstances.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would very understanding teachers. My instructor Mohammed helped me so much I was able to learn how to drive in 8 days from me never driving before. It’s more of driving in the car with a friend other than a teacher he is very laid back but stern as well.

We hired Abigail's Driving School to provide behind-the-wheel training for my 15 year-old daughter. She had almost NO behind-the-wheel driving experience due a very anxious mom :). Mohamed was skilled at making her feel comfortable to learn, confident as she obtained new skills, and encouraging her to practice. The school was professional and very flexible in scheduling session. We highly recommend the school for any new driver!

The staff are very helpful on the phone. Their quick response via text message or email uniquely makes them a go to for me and anyone in need of Driving School in my circle. No one makes calls anymore but as someone who is extremely busy texting or emailing for answers helps me save time. This School was the only one that actually responded to my email. Interacting with Jennifer, Kevin, Gabriel, and Mohamed has been wonderful. If they did not have an answer - they found it and got back to us.

I initially came here because of the irony that the title had my name. But what I found was far more fulfillinging than I could have anticipated. It didn't only improve my driving but it was a confidence booster which seems goes hand in hand with being a good driver. I've learned you must be "comfortable with your decision making skills, in order to be a safe driver." This concept helped to alleviate my anxiety and I am forever grateful for attending Abigail's driving school. After years of procrastination and doubt that i could ever be a driver, I now can say I finally have my license. Because of this experience, I am now a strong believer and advocate that with the right guidance any one can learn to drive. Luckily I found mine, I would definitely recommend Abigail's Driving School.

Mohamed was an amazing instructor. Not only was he very encouraging during our time together but he also corrected my mistakes in a gentle way. I was a very nervous driver with little confidence having not driven for quite a few years . Mohamed really returned that confidence and gave a mini tour of Richmond which was really sweet. He was easy to talk to and very flexible with my schedule . Also allowed me to drive under many different circumstances including at night, in the rain, in the morning, on the highway, down windy city streets, and in more rural areas . It was an all around amazing experience.

Today my son had to take the permit re exam class at Abigail's Driving School. The location was a easy to find, great atmosphere and amazing teacher. The instructor who I believe name was Muhammad had patience with my son and the other students. The instructor even recommended that they take the permit test right after class is done, so that's what we did and guess what my son passed the permit test, Just a side note while waiting at the DMV my son said "I really like that teacher he explain things very well now I have understanding of the questions".
