Appex driving school is the best school. Mr, Charles the owner is very kind and patient, I had horrible experiences with other schools but Mr. Charles was so professional and sharp. AApex is a school where everyone can benefit. I would recommend no other school. Loved every bit of the school. Escuela auto mejor en el mundo.

Exceptional and thorough but unpredictable scheduling. Pro: Our instructor was owner Charles. He carried white board to diagram concepts first; taught driving on various road types: crowded neighborhoods, narrow curvy roads, interstate; devoted day to teaching parking: parallel, slanted, and regular; and even taught things like how to make three-point turns and pump gas. Very little silent "dead time," always giving safety advice and sharing stories. (5+ stars for lesson content and quality) Con: You must have ultra-flexible schedule, be willing to not know exactly when lessons will begin and end until last minute. Pay first, find out later, and have even that repeatedly changed, even on same day. We lost count of how many times lessons were changed. Extremely frustrating. (At most 1 star for professionalism in scheduling... Almost an overstatement to use the phrase "scheduling" because there essentially is none.) Tip: Be advised that though hours say open until 9, office can close several (4+?!) hours earlier and all you can get is an answering service that does nothing more than take message and promise call back next day after office opens at 9. This gets to be a problem when two of the three possible lesson times promised are before opening next day and you haven't gotten a confirmation call before office closed the day prior to the lesson. Have the mentality that you are "on-call" for your lessons, and you'll have set your expectations appropriately. Note: Called office to praise them for lesson quality, encouraging them to not "shoot themselves in the foot" by being so haphazard and unprofessional in scheduling and commitment to word. Not convinced anything will be done or changes made to remedy this. Hope it will though because my understanding is that Charles is a driving instructor far superior to any others out there. Other driving schools don't even teach parking, and instructors just sit next to student as they drive around standard roads, hardly say anything. All companies recommended by daughter's high school friends were fully booked. We chose Aapex because "first choices" were taken. I'm convinced Aapex would become the first choice if only they could better manage scheduling, and our roads would be safer for it!

Last summer , my daughter payed to take a class through this company. After , she had completed the class , I noticed months passed by and she had not received a letter for her to go and get her license. The ladies I spoke with were very nice and professional, however there has still been no solution for this issue . My daughter saved her own money to pay for the class and now her paper license has expired. I keep getting the same run around and I called a few weeks ago and I didn't get a response. The ladies were helpful and made attempts to resolve the issue and were apologetic for the inconvenience this has caused us , however I am frustrated at this point because no resolution has been made & my daughter has expired license.. I feel her money was wasted and I am very disappointed.

I'd absolutely recommend Aapex to anyone who wants to learn how to drive the proper and the safest way. My instructor, Charles, was great! He was very informative, kind, and patient. He has the passion to teach and that was really evident throughout my behind-the-wheel experience with him. He taught me all-important driving skills not just to be able to pass and get my license but importantly, to make sure that I will become the best driver that I can be.

I told adult behind the wheel with Charles after dealing with driving anxiety for years. My mom wouldn't teach me, my dad instruction made me too nervous. I finally turned to another driving school but the instructor yelled at me so I ended lessons after just two classes. I was very worried I wouldnt be able to finish college because of my internship which required me having my own transportation. However, learning under Charles was a breeze. He made driving less scary, helped me with my confidence behind the wheel, and was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. He has a very laid back calming demeanor that is helpful when dealing with anxiety but will be firm and oush you to better your driving skills. I recommend him to any and everyone. This driving school is the way to go!

If you need a driver improvement course and your on a deadline, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They scheduled a class with my foster sin, he showed up, they did not. After many calls, I finally got the receptionist to call me back, she rescheduled him fi err a class the day after his court date, and said she would write a court letter and she did, but noone is there to give it to me. but she only works three days a week, and can't tell me what happened. My foster son has to go to court with no letter, and no class , pray for us.

After failing my permit test 3 times I decided to take the drivers ed class at Aapex driving school. The class overall was enlightening and very helpful. My teacher made me feel comfortable while I was there and made sure I understood everything. A week later I passed the test and earned my permit. I recommend this driving school to anyone who is needs to get their permit fast.

Great service, exams can be long but trust me it’s so worth it and the driving teacher he’s very calm and doesn’t make you nervous!!!, I totally recommend!. I finished in a week and got my drivers license quick!

Charles is one of the best instructor you can have for learning driving. He is soft spoken and never yells at you. After taking classes with him, I have reffered many people to take classes with him.

All the instructors are the best!!!!! I have to say I was not looking forward to going to attending driver improvement class until I walked in the door. The 8 hour class just flew by .... I've been driving for many years and I learned so much information in one day that I haven't learned during my many years in driving. Hands down the best school ever!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

"Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." I took the adult behind-the-wheel program. I was nervous and not confident in my abilities when I first started, with my previous experience only knowing how to brake, accelerate, and keeping a car in its lane on a straight road. My instructor Mr. Charles taught me with a calm demeanor the fundamentals of effective and safe driving. I saw quick improvement in my driving skills with each session, and my confidence has increased. I learned good driving habits that I wouldn't have learned from my friends and family. Mr. Charles was able to answer every question I had about driving with straightforward responses, using analogies and sharing stories of his own to help me understand the concepts. My only criticism is towards the scheduling, which is understandably irregular because he can't teleport the car from one place to another in an instant. However, after signing up for the class, I was told by a representative in the office I would be getting a call the following day about when I would be starting - which I never received. I called back a couple of days after, and we got it sorted out. Once the program got started, it was seamless and very consistent.

I will admit the in-class portion was pretty good. But they have some severe issues with scheduling. I'm still trying to take the Behind the Wheel part of the Adult Waiver program, and they just will not tell me when it starts! All I get is their answering service and they take a message for me, but they still haven't responded back. I recommend this school only if you like to be kept waiting a long time, and have some money to burn.
