I was required by the DMV to take a Defensive Driving course and I chose A Plus Driving School at the Stafford location. Bob was an awesome instructor and you could tell her genuinely cares about the lives and safety of his students. As a retired police officer, he definitely knows what he's talking about and kept the class interesting with stories of personal experience that related to topics. I found the class also fairly priced after seeing the prices of classes elsewhere.

My instructor was very good at giving information to the class and making sure that we were taking notes. She has thought me new information that I haven’t been taught yet. I recommend this class to anyone who would like to learn more about the rules of the world.

I learned how to successfully drive without colliding into wall, trees, signs, street lanps, cars, and pedestrians, birds, oxygene, and water. I highly recommend being trained here.

Not professional! The address I was given by the operator this not match the address on their answering service. One location was close and the other could not be found by GPS. The operator was unable to direct me to their location. She blamed my GPS on my IPhone and informed me if I did not get there on time I could not get in the class. I recommend 2020 Driving School for excellent costumer service and professionalism.

I’ve failed my permit 3 times, and of course you have to take a class... Sarah was my teacher and honestly it helped me because the next day after I pass my class went to the dmv for my permit for the 4th time and finally gotten it! Thank you guys for helping me the class is honestly worth the money and doing it.

The Driver’s Improvement class was great! I thought the class was going to be a drag and the worst 8 hours of my life. Instead Professor/Officer Bob made the class enjoyable and actually FUN! He gave real life examples of key concepts, answered any and all of our questions, and created an amazing learning environment. I recommend everyone attend his class. You will get your money’s worth and more! Payment was easy and you will receive a receipt if you pay in cash. The experience overall was great!

December 2017: Very unprofessional! I was on the phone with my grandmother telling her that I felt like driving school did not help me. The two women (Rochelle and Sarah) decided that it was appropriate to yell and curse at me, as if I'm not entitled to my own opinion. Edit 9/23/18: they still seem to prove my point. They still lack professionalism and have poor customer service. At this point it’s still a way that you communicate with your customers.

I recommended Mr. Pete he is a wonderful driving instructor I took my driving test yesterday and I passed with only one mistake and a score of 97% and it all was because Mr. Peter took the time to show me all the areas to work on and I am so very happy that he was my driving instructor I love A plus driving school what a great company.

Our teacher was very knowledgeable and upbeat. Her experience as a bus driver gave a lot of real world scenarios. I learned a lot that I surprisingly did not know as a 44 year old driver. It was very inclusive and time went a lot faster than expected. If the need arises I will be returning to this business.

Called June 04 2018 Mean horrible person on phone ignored my request for info sons beginner driver awarness class. called back same day, manager refused to provide owner info. Nasty business I intend to report to bbb and virginia dmv.
