What an amazing experience! Food, fun and Top Golf! If you can go on a weekday, you will save yourself time. Very busy weekends. Loved the concert in the bottom and golf up top.

Came for a bachelor party and completely regret it. Topgolf is really fun which is why it's always busy. We had a group of 11 guys and had to reserve 2 bays which was a minimum spend of $840. Ok, no problem. We get it. What wasn't worth the price was complimentary food poisoning. I started feeling I'll about an hour in. Just brushed it off as maybe having 1 too many. I'm 215 lbs and can handle a few. Being on my second beer shouldn't have made me feel that way. The next day, we went to Jack Daniel's for a tour and tasting. On the way, we had to pull over so 5 of us could violently vomit behind an Exxon. I went into the bathroom after to clean myself up. Felt something in my nasal cavity and blew out a piece of chicken from the nachos... yes, this happened. Our guys weekend ended up something completely different than what I planned. I literally have a bad taste in my mouth for Topgolf. At least we were able to come away with some very funny pictures.

We truly enjoy every second at Top Golf and this year us and our closest friends started the New Year with their VIP package! It was a ton of fun and we stayed warm even though we were outside!

Tourist trap. No REAL golfer would go here. More bar than driving range. This place is meant for drunken morons swinging clubs dangerously as they attempt to hit the ball. You have drunken partiers crowded around you as you try to take a swing. NOT FOR THE SERIOUS GOLFER !!!

This building was crazy hot with no fans or anything of the like, and it was insanely crowded making it even hotter. Half of the locations you could be seated at for playing felt like they were a jog away from the bathroom, and the employees they hire seem like they're just show pieces.

Great customer service. I put the wrong phone number on my reservation so I didn’t respond to confirmation texts, but they honored the reservation anyway and got my friends and I started immediately. The drink service was great too (thanks Aaron)!

Was here for a big group event, staff was very helpful and nice, they gave us pointers on how to golf. Bathroom said there were private spaces for pumping or breast feeding if you wanted to utilize them, very family friendly. Food was great, try the injectable donuts

Man time goes by really fast here! We were on the second floor let me tell you, the game felt like it had just begun when it ended (and im not a pro either)-- spent a good amount, but it was definitely worth it!

Had a great time on the third level. Took some time to get used to the clubs. The clubs are slick so get a good grip before you swing. Food was good and a great drink selection. Price was right on point for me not to high or to cheap. I would highly recommend going just make sure you have time to wait or get a reservation before you get there. I will definitely be back. Still not sure how they score the game but oh well..

Very cool concept. We went as part of a bachelor party trip and all had a blast. The food was excellent and the drinks were not nearly as expensive as they are in other places in Nashville. Would be fun for golfers and non golfers alike! Wish there was one near me in Michigan!

Quite possibly the most poorly managed business I have ever been to. Told 2.5 hours, called at 3.5 after seeing multiple employees hitting balls at empty bays. Most are reserved and empty. It’s a good thing other locations are successful to keep this one afloat. Instead have to pay absurd drink prices at their bars. All because I’m Native American.

We had the best time here celebrating two birthdays! The food and drinks were so tasty. Charles, our waiter, was awesome. He was great at carrying conversation and even gave us 30 minutes of extra play time for free. Will definitely be returning!

Just got a phone call from you guys in regards to a small issue that we had there the other night..I just want to say that we could not be more appreciative that Brad took the time to personally call me and apologize and want to make it right. That is why I wanted to come back on here and give a 5 star rating. We understand that mistakes happen and the fact that someone took the time to call me to apologize and assured me the issue was fixed is why we will continue to come to this Top Golf with our friends and have a great time. Terrible experience. We ordered food and had 8 people in our party - 4 adults and 4 kids. We ordered food and it took an hour to receive everything. Two orders came at 45 minutes and when we inquired about the rest of it, the waiter blamed the kitchen and said no one was on their game. The rest of the food was cold and hardened (it was breakfast food). The waiter comped us an extra 30 minutes of play because the food was so late. We asked him for refills three times before he actually refilled our cups - this was over the course of 30-ish mins. The waiter took both debit cards since we were splitting the bill and he confirmed who was on which bill. Then he charged the bills on the wrong card, blamed the computer and then came back to admit fault and asked us if we could just settle the bill between our party versus voiding it out. We have went to other Top Golf locations in VA and have never experienced this level of bad customer service. We will not be returning - not at all worth the high prices.

Not sure I will be returning to this location and will definitely be sharing my experience with other local attorneys and firms who hold corporate membership cards. I was treated with utter disrespect and disdain from your associate manager Josh. I am a thirty year old local attorney who brought in a party of 10 for a birthday celebration. We sat down at the bar and knowing that my drivers license had just expired two days prior (on my birthday), I presented an alternative form of identification, A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID (concealed carry permit), with my picture, date of birth, DL#, expiration date, address, and all the other identifying information contained in a Drivers License. Both the bartender and the manager, with BOTH IDs in hand, refused me service at the bar because Topgolf doesn't accept a carry permit as an acceptable form of government identification!?!?!?!?! I was told only a drivers license was acceptable and while waiting with my party for a bay for 3 hours, I can't even tell you how many people I saw turn in other forms of ID for bar service. Then, your manager engaged in a pattern of embarrassing conduct: making sure EVERY bartender behind the bar knew that I couldn't be served; pointing; walking by me every 10 minutes; and even going so far as to have a server posted up on the wall to my side watching me. EMBARRASSING and extremely unprofessional. Internal Policy or not, a government issued Identification card suffices for EVERY OTHER BAR serving liquor-by-the-drink. Consult a TIPS training guide for clarification should you need it. What possible justification is there for not accepting a carry permit issued by the state, with all the security features and information that a drivers license has? RIDICULOUS.

Top golf is a fun, family friendly place. They have a variety of food and beverages. They have everything from sodas& mockatils to craft brews and mojitos. They have menu items such as, flatbreads, loaded waffle fries, nachos, and burgers. Great place to take a round of drinks while having a round of golf

Paid for VIP on a Sunday, terrible service. Is it still TopGolf? Yes. Is it a good/ even decent TopGolf? No. Expressed our discontent about the service and they took 2 beers off a 300+ evening. Very disappointed, but hey, money is gone now.

Overall pretty solid experience compared to other Top Golf venues. Very accommodating for a bay on a Friday night with little wait time. The food and beverage service definitely doesn't match the rest of the experience. Our food order came out just before we started our second hour of game play. The bay host/bartenders seemed to be stretched thin as drink orders weren't very quick. As with most Top Golf venues, treat the food at your bay as snack time, not full meal time. It's also quicker most times to get your drinks at the bar.

This was not our first Top Golf experience and we loved it last time. This time we had a reservation and for a less than desirable bay on the first floor w seven of us. In addition, we planned to party for Father’s Day w my husband sons and their family; however it was 90degrees and my two grandchildren did not even get the water we ordered for them for 30 minutes. I had to get it myself and the server did not until she saw me getting it myself. The manger gave us game credit but we quit early due to frustration and went inside to eat lunch. The manger launched us and it was good. After ordering food for 8 people, it took an hour to get served and the fried chicken breasts were tough and so dry it made us choke. I spent over 200 dollars and it was sooooo not worth it. We have a hard time finding a date when we can be together and this felt horrible. Our server in the bar was polite and not available after we ordered. Ugh! I appreciated the response from Top Golf on line but no response to the email that I was given to communicate with. Hmmm... does that indicate a social presence but no real concern?

This place is so much better than bowling. My wife was sure she wouldn't have a good time. Top Golf turned that thought around. We have since went back 3 times. I will say this is a pricey outing, but well worth it.

Terrible from start to finish.... food was about the worst I’ve had and was sub par bar food throw back. I had time to explore the menu as the hostess forgot to put us in the waiting line. So we wasted an hour and a half sitting at the bar drinking over priced drinks eating terrible bar food waiting for a bay that never came. Will not return or recommend.

First time here and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’ve never had such bad service. I got billed for 5 drinks that I did not have and when I tried to tell the waitress (Morgan H), she said “I HEARD YOU HONEY”. Then, when she finally got it fixed she threw it on the table in front of me. I was very respectful and have never had such bad and disrespectful service. Will not be back.

My family enjoyed our visit. Top Golf is growing fast, they have nailed down what people like. Top Golf was really fun. I gave it 3 stars because I made a reservation online because I’ve heard horror stories about the wait times. I paid 50 dollars for a reservation. I guess I didn’t pay much attention, but that only secures your time and bay. It doesn’t go towards food/play anything. I was extremely upset. I spent a total of 140 for 2 appetizers, 2 beer and 1 hour of golf. I will just wait IF I decide to come again. 50 dollars is steep for 2 people just to hold a certain time.

Went to pay for reservations for next Saturday for two bays, which we spoke to them prior and no issues were brought up. Well today they said they were unable to accommodate that and said I would have to pay $860 to assure that we had bays next to each other. What a scam they run

Had a great time. There was 5 of us and 3 kids. Played for 3 hours, only 2 of us had some golfing experience and the rest were all 1st time swinging a club. Everyone was very comfortable eager to play. Servers were nice and helped with the setup and made recommendations on what games to play. The food and drinks were a nice addition and brought right to your booth area. Definitely recommend.

If you haven't been to Topgolf, you have to. I'm an awful golfer, and my wife isn't a golfer, and we both had the funnest time. A variety of games for all skill levels and a great thing to do that is "outside". They have heaters for when it's cold and fans for when it's hot.

Had lots of fun when a group of friends and I went one night. The building looked very well maintained and the staff was amazing. I wasn't able to try the food but the menu looked like it had great options. Removing one star because we had to wait quite a long time before we were able to start playing. Other than that, it was great.

Had so much fun at this location. The waitress was very helpful! We went at about 5:30, which makes the price jump to $45 for one hour for up to 6 people. We only had 2. The wait time was about 20 mins, and we were supposed to be on the first floor, but it wasn’t as cool looking as the 2nd and 3rd, so we asked for a switcharoo, which was done without a problem. We just had to wait another 15 mins. We also had to pay $5 for the membership cards which has to be purchased as a first time player.

This is a unique fun experience! You can select different game modes to play from ranging from yourself to a large group. The set up is simple to understand with the offerings of food or drinks available. You can easily find someone to help if you need it. The food and drink isn’t anything to write home about but fits the setting.

Wow. I love Topgolf and have had a number of events at the Phoenix and Las Vegas locations that were amazing but i will never go back to the Nashville location. Spend $1500 for a bachelor party and our event host is never around, the buffet was mediocre at best and they didn't even put our group in adjoining bays. Whoever is running this place needs to take a serious look at what they're doing and the franchisee should be concerned. I really recommend Topgolf in Phoenix or Vegas but when it comes to Nashville save your money this place needs improvement.

I cannot comment on this establishment in regards to golfing. This review is specifically about my experience with their event venue. I drove 8 hours one way to see dodie on 9/14. I was very excited for this concert and purchased balcony tickets so I would not have to fight the crowd. Though this was accomplished, there were two issues that made my experience less than stellar. Please consider replacing the far left balcony door or turning down your main music during concerts. It was very hard to enjoy/hear certain quiet songs when all I could hear was the music from the main area. Even worse, there was a group of very loud (possibly drunk) people by the downstairs bar that would not shut up. If there are people very loudly and rudely ruining the show for other patrons, there should be staff set aside to take care of it. I did not pay $25 to hear gossip all the way across the venue.

Location - Just about 5 minutes or away from downtown Nashville. Venue - Clean newer looking place similar to others and large bar areas. Staff - Friendly staff and very nice and helpful. Tips - Place gets packed and need to make reservations in advance for sure. Cost - Same as all other spots. Gotta pay the price to play. Overall cool place and worth checking out. If you feel like chilling then head to the lower level and chill at the bar with music.

Golf game, bowling style. Rent a bay for a cost between $25 and $45 depending on time of day. Food is always good. Typical entree is around $11. Place is ALWAYS packed. While they have heaters, will be interested in seeing how it goes during the winter.

Amazing! My 7yr old decided he wanted to celebrate his bday playing golf. He's never played before except at putt putt golfs. My husband is a fan of Topgolf so we all went. I've never gone but actually found it fun!! The food was delicious, the beer was great but the atmosphere was amazing. No one was crowding us & there was no rush to leave which made it for a relaxed & enjoyable Sunday. The waitress surprised all of us by bringing her co-workers over to sing Happy Birthday. Carrying big letters to spell my son's name was so unique & cute!! Bravo TG! U did awesome!!

Its adds up quick. We entered as a large group and under the impression it was split the cost between us. However that is not the case. You pay for each individual and there is no renting a lane. You pay per hour. Other than that is was a fun experience and there is multiple games you can play.

Brought our daughter here for her 15th birthday. Stacey was our hostess and she was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to have the tab split between parties and it went smoothly and quickly. Great facilities, clean, food was very good and everyone was shown southern hospitality. This was our first visit and we will certainly come back!

I don't golf; went here for a work event. Regardless, I was impressed. The staff are helpful, the accommodations are stellar and food and drinks can be delivered right to your bay. The parking lot was a bit crowded but they do offer valet service.

Beware, they charge a 50% tax on liquor. I bought 2 $9 drinks and paid almost $30. Nobody warned me before I ordered, then they straight up lied saying that all of TN charges a 50% tax on liquor. We all know that’s not true. Don’t not buy any liquor from this place.

The wait staff was great, we never had to go looking for anyone and they brought our drinks in a timely manner. The bay was clean and the equipment was in good condition. The only thing holding back the fifth star was that the food was barely warm if not cold. On previous visits, the food was served right out of the oven so I don't know why last night was different. Overall though, it was a fun night. We will definitely visit again.

We went last night 1st time and the dining area wasn't that busy. We sat down right away and ordered pretty quickly. We ordered and waited 50min for food to arrive. If there was such a back up the waitress should mention something. We saw several tables up and leave. We were close to leaving and canceling our order. Food is ok, the place is more for party time for what we gathered. Not sure will go back.

Had lots of fun! we came in after 5pm. After 5 the games are $45 and hour. They have a special for military (half off each hour) until the end of the year. I would advise you to play before you eat or eat before you play. If you decide to eat and play it can get tricky, because there's no way to pause the game while you eat. The food was really good, my husband had the large ribs and he said it was delicious. I had the burger which was also good. You can easily spend hours here, we will be coming back soon!

Do not plan an event here! Birthday, corporate party, anything. Horrible policies, planning process is a nightmare and devastating waste of money. No one calls you back when needed and service at the venue is pretty awful. You cannot cancel anything THIRTY DAYS or less in advance, no matter what the circumstance, even if you booked less than that. Save your event and money & go elsewhere!

Spent the good part of a Saturday morning here visiting from Ohio. A group of 4 of us ate lunch and had a fair amount of drinks as well. We got here around 9 am and had about an hour wait. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait so that was a little disappointing but we sat @ the bar until our bay was ready. The buffalo wings were delicious and the drinks were made well-not too much alcohol nor were they watered down. The golfing was super fun and will definitely be back to a hometown topgolf.

Top Golf Nashville is a blast! Conveniently located right off 65s, so you don't have to go far into the city to find the best place in the city to drive a few golf balls! Plenty of parking and even more driving ranges platforms for you and all your friends to act like Tiger Woods for an evening! If swinging clubs isn't your thing, Top Golf also has fantastic food selection far from your typical "bar food" with cocktails to match. The prices during peak hours can be a little pricey, but with a group of friends together sharing a driving range, it's very doable. Love this place, 2 thumbs up!

Terrible service. Went to eat at the bar before a show at the Cowan. Got ignored for about 20 minutes. Finally had someone take my order. After another 40 min of being ignored I told the bartender to cancel my order... I was missing the show. She said my food had been sitting at the end of the bar for like 30 min because she didn’t know who’s it was. Really? You can’t ask around? Its Wednesday night...not that busy. Maybe engage with your customers every once in a while. Sent an email via the website to complain. Got a response the next day from Cassie Leach, Food & Beverage Manager; “Sorry for your poor experience, give me your number so I can reach out.” So I did...crickets. I guess my return call is sitting at the end of the bar with my food.

This place refused to let me reserve and pay for 2 bays unless i buy the alcohol and food package which was $900!!! WE DONT DRINK ALCOHOL! and we were eating before!!! They didnt care at all. They just want to rip you off and force you to buy their alcohol!

This is definitely the farthest away from what You would expect. It was so loud with hip hop music the waitress couldn’t hear you and you couldn’t even talk to someone. The staff wasn’t very helpful in how to play or figure it out. The food and drinks came quick tho. And we were told they have walk in booths available but we’re told it was a three hour wait. I feel this was more or less a three story dance club with teenyboppers running the show . Felt like anyone could come in and just hang out like it’s bar and partying everywhere instead of coming in and enjoying what golf is suppose to be .

Called and wanted to reserve 2 bays for a birthday. Had 12 people. Was told that we had to do the VIP for this event. After spending close to $900.00 for bays, everyone’s golf, and food, I was so disappointed. Reservation time was 11:30. Was told that a host would meet us in the lobby. Got there at 11:15 and checked in. The girl and guy at the desk were soooo rude! They said my event started at 10:30 and that the host had been down there and waited for us. Told us to go on upstairs as this had started an hour ago. After clearly explaining and showing them my confirmation email which said 11:30, they kept on saying that we were an hour late and that we would not have a host now. Food was good and I think everyone had a good time. But for the money, I was disappointed with the service downstairs. Ended up having a really nice host and she apologized for downstairs. But still. Made us feel like an idiot and that we had shown up late. They just kept on saying that. For the money, not worth it.

I have never played golf before and this experience was just great!! This isn't just "golf shooting range" but it also has games built in the dinamic. You can shoot for distance, for point, as an individual, as a group or against other tables. The service is pretty great, food served there is first quality as are the drinks. The staff is super friendly and this is an activity perfect for sunny or rainy days.

The first time we went they were out of the beef ribs so we went back the next weekend. They finally had them but they were served warm not hot and the fries were a little salty but the service was great. I recommend you change your menu not a lot to choose from

Place is impressive, but is far too expensive and trying to golf while on a timer just isn't right. This is something to do with a group of people who wouldn't all rather be on a course. If you're in a bay on one of the sides of the facility, you need to stand awkwardly off-kilter to aim for the pins, and if you aren't fairly consistent already then you won't get feedback on the all of the display screens and you won't get points on any of the games. It can be tough to aim consistently with mats that frankly just don't line up with a majority of the pins. The ball-release system is neat, but you're there under the gun, so if you take your time between shots then you just won't hit as much. Other people have mentioned that this place isn't really the place to practice because of the price, but it seems wrong to have such a large facility dedicated to golf and it just isn't remotely economical for an individual to practice like they would at a driving range, and there aren't any pins past 185 yards so plenty of athletic adults can't even hit with their longer clubs. I guess that's the price of entertainment, but I can get 3.5 more hours out of it at a course for the same amount of money I spent, and I can actually hit my driver and putt.

We loved Topgolf. It was so much fun and for the most part we enjoyed it. I would love to come back. If it wasn’t for a waitress who STOLE FROM ME. She was an absolutely terrible waitress. She never even told us her name. She barely came over to us. When we asked her to refill our waters, something I think she should know to do, she sighed and said we can fill it ourselves from the water pitchers. I would have been okay with that snotty answer if she was busy. Oh no. She was sitting on her phone ten feet away. Every time we asked something of her which was far and few between because she BARELY showed up, she gave us attitude. She was horrible. We left her a cash tip. She decided it was not enough and took a tip from my credit card. A THIEF. I am waiting for someone to contact me because I will not be a victim to her stealing from me. She should be fired. I’m sure it was not the first time. I am livid.

Awesome experience! I am in town visiting my family and it was my first time visiting. I came last year but it was crowded and I definitely know why! It’s the perfect place to bring family and friends. You are able to hangout, have a good time and hit the ball. They also have a variety of games you can do so it’s not complacent. I recommend if you are a family or have a group of friends and you want a place to hang out and hit a few balls, this is the place. I definitely want one in Memphis!

We came here during our long weekend getaway to Nashville this past weekend. I have celiac and did not expect to be able to eat anything here, but figured I would ask our server and see. To my surprise, she had the chef come right out to talk to me. Chef Ashley was incredibly understanding and professional about the severity of my intolerance and told me exactly what I could eat. She even did a separate pot of oil so I could have French fries. It was a wonderful experience and I did not get sick! Every staff member we came into contact with was wonderful!

My wife and I had a fun time. The service was nice and the time went by quickly. It was rather expensive though. A nice bowling Lane would be similar entertainment for half the cost. Plus, even with a both opening almost when we arrived, it still took half an hour to get started. Still, if you're bored of bowling it's certainly fun.

We took an out of town guest there last night. I arrived before my husband and his friend, so I sat at the bar. There were roughly 10 other people in the entire main level dining area at the time. The bartenders walked by me countless times without asking for my drink order. Finally, I got a drink after sitting for 15 mins. My husband, his friend, and me got our bay and played golf and ordered our food. When the food finally arrived (nachos, chicken wings, and a burger plate) two of the three plates were not edible. The guacamole was brown, the nachos and wings had clearly been done for some time. The burger plate was very fresh though and our guest said it was delicious. Our waiter came and took the food back for us and had our orders remade. The manager came over, apologized and offered us a free hour of golf. Our remade food came out fresh and was very good. We were happy with this outcome until the bill arrived. We were not given the free hour, but instead charged for it. Spoke to the waiter, he spoke to the manager, we got a new bill. We paid the new bill and all was well- or so we thought until my husband checked our bank account this morning. Not only were we charged the original incorrect bill of $180, but we were also charged the corrected bill of $150!!!! Now my husband has to go through the hassle of calling this morning and trying to get this corrected. Very irritating to say the least. UPDATE: my husband spoke to top golf who said yes the charge would be corrected BUT IT WILL TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for OUR money to get back into OUR account. So let me get this straight, you mess up our bill, charge us the messed up bill AND the corrected bill and we are the ones who have to wait 5-7 business days? What if $180 was going to put us in financial difficulties? This is absurd and we are very unhappy. And I’ve read the responses to other reviews regarding issues, so I’ve already contacted the marketing dept as has been the standard response to other people who’ve had bad experiences. I certainly hope they look to correct this situation Update: Brad (marketing manager) personally called us this morning and made sure this situation was addressed. It meant a lot to us that Top Golf cared enough to address it. My husband and I will be going back soon! We will definitely give a new review (hopefully 5 stars this time!) but we can’t say enough positive things about the fact that they actually address issues. Update after our return visit: we went last night to give top golf another try and were so glad we did. The staff was attentive and efficient. We ordered the exact food we had issues with last time and it was flawless! This place truly has some of the best nachos around. Brad personally came and spoke to us and thanked us for giving them another chance. That speaks volumes to me bc this place is always packed. They don’t have to care about one customer who had a bad experience but they do. My view of this place has been completely transformed. Thank you, Top Golf (especially Brad) for actually caring about customers.

Cool concept. I know that these are popping up all over the country but this is the first one I've been to. I'm sure they're similar: Prices were a bit high, games were not super well-conceived, and the automatic mandatory $5 lifetime fee per person was lame. Otherwise I did really have a good time with my father. Food service was great and the mooshi (Mexican sushi) was delicious. I'll be back if I ever come across another one - especially since I'm now a lifetime member ;)

Went during an off peak time. Wanted a bay on the second or third floor. We were told that the wait would be an additional 15 minutes (over the original hour wait we were first told). We said that was fine. We killed an hour and a half, and when we arrived, they said our bay was on the first floor! This is specifically what we told them we didn’t want. When we told them we wanted the bay on the second or first floor, we were told it would be another hour! This is ridiculous. They were unprofessional about it and acted like they didn’t care if we ever came back.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon/evening. We were told the wait would be about 3.5 hours, so we went downtown while waiting. We got the text (30 min warning) after only 2 hours. Great fun in the hitting bay, but one of the targets wasn't working (I hit 4 balls in there and got 0 points). Food service was quick and polite. Food quality was good but not great. Food and drink prices were actually semi-reasonable. I was one of the very few that brought my own clubs. Definitely not a cheap evening, but it was a blast.

I came here with my co-workers for a group outing. I had never golfed before, and I didn't think I would enjoy the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised! Our server was very detailed in explaining how it worked, and she was super quick with taking our orders. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the drink and food selection. The food was great too. We had a large spread of wings, pizza, and appetizers and they were all spot on! The music was a little loud, but overall it was a great experience!

Great place for group events. Somewhat overpriced. Good food. The concept, implementation, and technology are amazing. You're playing "golf" by driving chip-embedded golf balls down the "fairway" where you get points for your shot based on where it lands. Think of it as a combination of darts and golf. The cost of a bay (up to 6 people) starts at $25/hour. Food is extra. Alcohol, as well as a full menu, is served. There's a $5/person one-time membership fee.

We've been to Top Golf a bunchfor shows and golf. We love The Cowan. We usually go to have drinks and a bite to eat before the show. Last night we waited for an hour and 45 minutes for flat bread. When I said something, the waitress rolled her eyes at me. I asked for a water refill and waited 20 minutes. I finally took the empty cup to the bar and had the bartender fill it for me. We usually get great service and food. This time we missed the opening act while the waitress left our food sitting. It wasn't even hot when it got to our table. If I knew my customers had been waiting that long, I wouldn't have left their food sitting. The manager comped the food. But the experience makes me rethink our routine. Not to mention the fact that my husband loves to go play golf. We're going to go back, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally.

Worst service I’ve ever received. The employees were rude and not willing to accommodate. They had no respect for our service and did not understand the Tennessee law. We had a buddy that had a valid ID and did not honor it due to their discretion. The manager came and talked to us and spoke down to us and wanted us to point out an employee that was being helpful.

We had coupons from Taste of Music City which we were told at the time would be stackable so we went here and found out at that time that was not in fact the case, so that was a bit disappointing. The food was hit and miss. Nachos were good. Fish tacos very bland. Got a mocktail that tasted like sweet watermelon syrup...was hoping for something a bit more developed and not like something from dave and busters. The place had great food and bar service, plenty of bays for playing at and a complete selection for clubs. The only downside is we actually made a reservation in the morning when they weren't too busy, we even checked in 10 minutes early to our reservation. However even though the place wasn't full and we could see plenty of open bays we somehow still had to wait half an hour in the lobby (20 minutes after our reservation time) before we were able to actually get a seat and watched other non platinum members get seated faster. The games were fun and our hostess was so nice and did her job great, I'm only taking off the 1 star for the long wait despite me paying a fee for early reservations. Either way, I really enjoyed it and would go again, but I'd try to make sure they had my spot ready over the phone before waiting half an hour in the lobby.

This was our first visit ever to Top Golf. We actually Googled to see if they had a restaurant and lucky us, they do. What a great atmosphere and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food isn’t actually Keto friendly, for those who are carb/gluten free. We had the best waitress, Mariah. She was so sweet and friendly, she took good care of us. I had the pulled pork sliders without the buns. It was outstanding! The secret mop sauce was so good with the pork and the beer slaw. Very flavorful! Hubs had the Hot Chicken Sandwich and was pleased that it wasn’t extremely spicy. We will definitely come here again!

My fiance and I went to Top Golf for the first time tonight and it was amazing! We went for college night to save some money but have a good time and we got so much more. After an hour or so of playing, they held a multiple bay game with a prize and we won! It would've been fun even if we hadn't, though, because all the staff were upbeat and having fun too. Our server, Randi W. was the best! She was so helpful since we had no idea what to do at first and kept the energy going throughout the night. Everyone was so friendly and the drinks and food were great! Definitely recommend this place!
