My son turns 15 nexts week and can get his permit he goes to north gaston and we still hadn't got a phone call or anything about when he can drive so he can go get the permit and over the phone the people in the office are rude and unprofessional I wouldn't even give a star if I had the option

What their teaching in the class is opposite from what the actual DMV hand book tells you. No wonder so many kids are failing the test on the computer at the DMV! Everytime one fails, the staff at the DMV hands them the real DMV handbook and tells them to read it all the way through and come back next week to retake the test. The second time around, they pass the test. This place needs their business license revoked! Total scam!

Never been here but I got stuck behind student driver car in the left lane going less than the speed limit matching the speed of the vehicle to the right of it. If this place can’t teach the concept of a passing lane then this businesses “graduates” are going to be the cause of traffic issues to come.

I thought going through the state would be quick and easy. Setting up my first private adult lesson didnt go so well it took almost two weeks after they charged me for me to meet my instructor for the first lesson. The actual lesson went really well so I wanted to pay for more. I had to call 3 different offices just to set it up and everyone treated me like I was stupid and were very rude and disrespectful. I finally managed to get a hold of the right person and they charged me for another lesson. Then a week passed by and no one ever called me to set up the lesson. So I called them and they told me it would more than 3 weeks before I could actually have my lesson because even though I already paid them, my lessons didnt matter as much and I had to wait for them to fit me into their schedule. I was so fustrated at this point that I asked for a refund. Which I had to call another 3 different places just for that and then someone called to harass me about the scheduling issue and were very rude to me again. I will never go through these people again or reccommend them to anyone, state run be damned. They are unprofessional, rude and only care about money and not the student if they are adults. They tell you schedule is flexible but thats because they go off whats convient for them and not whats helpful to the student. All students should be treated eaually and with some respect, adult or otherwise. Awful, just awful.

My daughters instructor has her driving all over the county to every pawn shop in what he said was a search for an Xbox. Speaking to other parents and former students of this instructor this was the case in years previous as well. Makes one wonder what other reasons he has to go to these places which generally arent the place Id have my kids visiting for safety. When my daughter insisted in getting out of the car at one of these stops he became angry but she refused to sit in the car in the heat. He wouldnt leave until my daughter went back outside the shop. She commented everyone inside knew him.
