My experience with this driving school was pretty good, I enjoyed the class with Coach Keys, and driving with Steve was great. He helped me have the confidence i needed to drive well. Coach Keys is a very kind and funny teacher and took extra care stressing key points of his lesson. I felt very badly for him though, as he was interrupted several times and was bullied by this man BRETT. Brett was very rude, walking into the room and cutting off the lesson, and he was openly unkind and hateful to coach Keys . I was very uncomfortable watching the situation and felt it was really unprofessonal. The owner stopped the class for at least 20 minutes so he could count money, and even yelled at some of the students who were talking. These kids parents are paying you to teach them, not to count their money in front of their children. I thought coach Keys handled the situation well, but I was annoyed that his lesson was interrupted so many times that it took almost 3 hours just to finish chapter one of the lesson plans, which wasn't written very well to begin with. Why is lesson one 2 pages and the other chapters a paragraph, or sentence? Don't even get me started on the grammatical errors and sentence structure of the text. I was astounded by the unprofessionalism. At one point Brett came into the room and told the class to, " text your girlfriend or boyfriend's for about 5 minutes." And proceeded to show coach Keys his phone. Something that could have probably waited until the class ended. The owner also had conversations with Coach Keys about private company business that could have waited, but instead had the conversation in front of the students. Overall, I learned a lot from Coach Keys in his class, and really enjoyed driving with Steve, but management needs to get their act together for the sake of the company.
